A new discovery for me. Awesome building with fantastic city views from the 4th floor. The Andy Warhol show was the best (and best-looking) Warhol exhibition I have ever seen. I also loved the current "Basquiat x Warhol" exhibition, which focuses in particular of some of the joint artworks by Andy Warhol (1928-1987) and Jean-Michel Basquiat (1960-1988).

Visited here for the exhibition of Andy Warhol x Basquiat. The works are occupied all over 4 floor. I bought the ticket at the exhibtion or you can buy from the website as well. They have the reception at the front. The exhibition will be displayed untill 7 January 2024.

I have been to several exhibits over the years and am thrilled to see them buzzing again post Covid. The space / building is relatively small but epic. As a former substation for Con Edison (power authority) the space is wonderfully industrial with enormous ceilings. Typically you take the elevator to the top floor and walk down. Most recently I was there for the Warhol & Basquiat exhibit which was wonderful. Tickets are needed and are available by time slot on their website.

Went to Basquait exhibit! Wife was able to book tickets a while ago. There was a line if people outside waiting for cancellations in order to get in. The exhibit was really well organized. Viewers started on the fourth floor and flowed back down to the first floor. There was a large collection. I would have liked some more information about Basquait and the works or art because I'm not that knowledgeable.

Very unique and nice exhibit. A bit pricey but worth visiting for sure, considering its collection. Museum shops have great taste as well. Strongly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Basquiat x Warhol exhibit, not knowing much about their early 1980s collaboration. Please find out for yourself!

Great exhibit celebrating the works of Jean Michel Basquiat. 4 floors filled with amazing work. Added highlight was seeing Rap Legend Q-Tip. The place is clean and spacious, no wait to get into the exhibit.

Small intimate gallery that used to be a power station. The gift shop service was underwhelming. Otherwise the staff were all helpful. Nice way to spend an hour. The off-peak free entry is perfect.

I visited The Brant Foundation to view Basquiat x Warhol. In the past, when viewing Basquiat, I have stated Art is subjective. I was pleased to view Basquiat in a new light. I still think art is subjective when viewing anything by Basquiat, but I was happy to see something different. check out this exhibit if you are a fan of Warhol or Basquiat.

Went for the Warhol Basquiat exhibition and got to see a panel discussion with Peter Brant himself. Beyond the show being tremendous, the space was as well.

Basquiat and Warhol exhibit was amazing. The gallery itself was spacious and not overwhelmingly crowded despite being sold out. We went on half price ticket day and it was great!

Incredible building! One of the best spaces I’ve been in to observe art. When we went it was a bit crowded, but it’s free entry so I can’t complain! I love the way the work was curated. The building also has a nice view of Manhattan when you look out the floor to ceiling windows. Will be coming back for the next exhibit!!
