My daughter was referred to Wilson Dental 6 months ago for oral surgery needed for her braces. Her appointment has been rescheduled 5 times! Three of those were the day before or day of! Last time we showed up to have the procedure and they said they had to reschedule, I explained that this wasn’t the first time and that it was unacceptable. The receptionist said she could get her in the very next afternoon. 30 minutes later as we are driving home we get a call saying it’s being rescheduled again for a month out! That was today! Last night we get a text stating her procedure that was previously approved was being canceled because it needed to be pre approved again! Then we get a voicemail stating the appointment was being rescheduled because the provider is not in the office the entire week! You can’t even make this up! Today they call to cancel it a third time with a different excuse! My daughters father was telling them how unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible it is to cancel a patients appointment multiple times, 5x! Holding up her dental care and braces progress! And the caller hung up on him. We wouldn’t trust Wilson Dental to work on our child or anyone for that matter! Nobody knows what’s going on… everyone has a different excuse! They are rude and have no idea how to deal with customer service issues. They are the definition of incompetence! Avoid Wilson Dental at all cost!

They do a fine job of cleaning and repairing my teeth. The wait for service isn't too long and there are lots of technicians available to do the work. Also, they have a great x-ray machine always on hand to find any hidden issues like cavities and such. Plenty of parking in their lot and street parking too.

This place is not for everyone they are booked and have issues setting appointments sometimes that can get a little out of hand even for the most patient people in the back though there's a lot going on with the on site training so I was a bit anxious at first but they are all laid back and normally very happy kinda felt ignored but actually if you start talking they will too they jump around a lot Doctors and assistants but it does work for them the female doctors are very nice and understanding the male doctor for root canals needs to be a little nicer and less rushed but he did good at least so far nothing has happened to the tooth they never gave me aftercare instructions but eh Google works so in the end the place... its a little wild but it works they do care and try but they have a lot going on so if you can't afford a different place /that's the only place for your insurance just take it with ease and don't complain it doesn't speed anything up but always remember to as as many questions as you can they will be happy to walk you through things

It's not that the staff is bad, but they admittedly triple book you, so your wait time is at LEAST an hour to be seen. They make you confirm your appointment a bunch of times, so if that person verbally confirms within 24 hours (which they require), then you shouldn't have to wait an hour to be seen. Unfortunately, they are the only place around that will take medicaid for braces.

They accepted my insurance (Medicaid), and everyone I interacted with was caring and friendly. The outside of the building can be deceiving at first, but the quality of care I received was great. Only issue I had was some days I could be on hold for 30 minutes when scheduling,. Don’t just a book by its cover. Rating 5 instead of 4 because a lot of reviews are old and biased. They extracted my wisdom teeth without a problem and everyone I interacted with made me feel safe and cared for.

Fastest appointment I have ever had. Everything was great and half the time was watching how professional the dentist is. I hate doctors my blood pressure is elevated every time I go. I go here and they( all of them) make me comfortable. They r FANTASTIC!!!!! Hard working at cleanliness also every appointment I have had.

If you are afraid of the dentist go somewhere else. As a person who is afraid to go to the dentist and having Novacaine shots they have caused me further pain and panic and fear. When returning to my actual dentist and office I was so scared I couldn’t sit in the chair. Way to go Wilson Dental cause more fear. There is never enough parking. The actual dentists office and the head office do not communicate. I was told my insurance denied my claim and paid out of pocket for my services. After I paid in full at my root canal I was told every call I would have to pay in full. The head office actually called me the day before my post was to be placed to cancel my appointment because the insurance denied my claim. When I informed them I had already paid in full I was told they would have to confirm that because they didn’t see that in my file. Good thing I paid with a card and had proof. I waited every time I went in at least 20 minutes and the dentist did not stay with me start to finish I also waited in the chair. The actual procedure is a complete disaster. 4 appointments 1. Consultation 2 hours 2. Root canal numb for 3 days 3. Post and temporary crown placed wait for the permanent crown set over a month away. 4. Crown placed crown fits so improperly the dentist grinds it down to a stub, crown still does not fit slight bleeding continued for 3 days. Just over a week later I had a visit with my own dentist at a different office thank goodness. My dentist was shocked to see just what damage Wilson Dental had done to my tooth. THE ROOT CANAL IS NOT COMPLETE!!! The post is so large it barely fits in the tooth. The crown still does not fit properly and causes cuts and sores on my cheek. I will now have to pay again, only this time have my tooth extracted because they can not remove the crown and the gigantic post without destroying what’s left of the tooth. Wilson Dental head office called me about 2 weeks after my last appointment to set an appointment for me to get my tooth fixed. Seriously why don’t they talk to each other. I informed the head office I wouldn’t ever be coming back and that I firmly believed they should have to refund my payment. I have not heard from them since. Not a big surprise.

I’ve had four appointments here so far and have had a good experience at all but one. Dr. Maurice has an awful bedside manner, barely said two words to me before sticking a needle in mouth and was not gentle. It’s hard to express, but I’ve never before felt so unseen or unconsidered at a dentist’s office. Has hands were in my mouth, yet it’s like I wasn’t even there to him. (An extremely helpful and friendly male tech took the time at the end of my appt to explain the process, next steps, and made my next appt.) In contrast, Dr. Fomete and all the assistants and technicians I’ve met have been a delight. They talk and explain things throughout the process and treated me like a person and with kindness. I have a small fear of needles, so I greatly appreciated Dr. Fomete’s gentleness.
