Have been seeing Christina for massage for years, and recently had a WONDERFUL massage from Joseph as well. I'm often nervous with male therapists but he's different. I was completely at ease and I booked another one with him afterward. Highly recommended both of them!

Joe is a miracle worker! I have never had a better massage in all my years. He locates the trouble spots and tackles them. He found spots I didn’t even know were sore. He was very professional and ensured you were comfortable. Can’t wait for my next.

I stayed a night in Shelbyville enroute to a funeral. I was excited Touch of Health had a 90 min massage available. The place was clean and very professional. The massage work that was done was good but SO MUCH oil was used and all 90 minutes I was face down. I had requested work for a stiff neck which I cannot turn without pain the next morning.

I have been going to Touch of Health for quite some time and I am very happy! They are friendly, professional and caring about your well being. I have medical conditions that are not curable or controllable, but the hot rock deep tissue massages give me tremendous relief!

I had my first Reiki massage session with Christina today and was just amazed at how gifted she is! I was so nervous, because I had not had a massage in about 20 years, but we clicked right away, and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She’s a wonderful masseuse and Reiki master and I can’t wait to go back!! Highly recommend.

I LOVE this Place. I have battled cancer and and a few other major health issues. I hobbled in there in pain.. my mobility was limited.. I walked out feeling MUCH Better and I was able to Move around ado simple things like getting dressed! and I walk without pain!! Thank you Christine! ❤️

I am a mommy of 2 babies 13 months apart and pregnancy/ delivery have done a number on my body. I have seen Christina twice already once for a prenatal massage and once for a swedish. This last massage was seriously the best one I have had ever hands down ! She is professional and personable, takes requests if anything is hurting or just needs a little extra love. I was training legs earlier this week and was super sore on my calf. I totally forgot about it until she got there and it felt AMAZING! She worked on that until she found all my knots in my back where she automatically applied the perfect pressure. I was so relaxed and comfortable I totally almost drooled🤤🤤🤣 This self care should be mandatory for any mama.

This wonderful relaxing place, is great for soul and spiritual healing. I went for my first massage and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The staff are very friendly and professional. I personally believe everyone should treat theirselves to some self care. If a massage isn't your thing check out the boutique store and find a nice piece of jewelry, or go get your lashes done by greyson ! (: You won't leave unsatisfied.
