Went today for my first appointment. Neck was seized up really badly. The receptionist was lovely. I saw Shane who was excellent. Had a great bedside manner and was very thorough. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Did a great job with my neck and instructions afterwards. Parking is easy enough right outside on street. Traffic might be a bit hectic around school run time. Shame I wasn’t sent the new patient forms before the appointment to speed up the process. Will be going back though as I was very happy with the service.

When I started treatment I was in a bad place. Tayla provided a plan and interventions each week to help me recover. It takes work on your own but the exercise videos really helped me to stay on track. Jackie at the front desk is so helpful. Great experience and quality care.

I have been working with Karl on a shoulder issue and we have quickly improved my situation within a few weeks (only 4 visits). So easy to go and not put into practice what you are told to work on BUT when you do the work the positive results come quickly. I am so glad I chose Parkdale Osteo and found Karl - thank you

Tayla Rhodes has been looking after us for a long time now with great results. Our visits are more maintenance but when something sinister presents, Tayla is astute, pro active and passionate about her work and clients. Highly recommended.

Chris had helped me so much over the years. They do not push for constant visits. They have provided me with exercises to help me maintain movement in my problem areas. Everyone has been great & friendly.

I have been going to see Chris since 2018 and will never go anywhere else. He is such a great person and an amazing osteo. I couldn’t recommend him more. I had a slipped disk years ago and because of him I have been able to get back into running and never feel the pain again.
