The place is clean and service is on the spot. It is hard to get that compared with other San Churro places around Melbourne. The cups they are using keeps the hot beverage at its temperature were it is hard to find those. My friend bought six of those for his house. I think it is glazed terracotta material. Go there ppl, you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service was horrible, didn’t have any change to pay by cash, strawberries where more green and under ripe, chocolate pot set half threw eating and had to wait in line to get it reheated to then have the rest of the food go cold. Horrible experience

The chocolate strawberry sundae was the only good thing to get at this overpriced dessert restaurant cause you were getting so much and it felt like a good deal, but still a little pricey at $14. Then you guys decided to REMOVE THE CHURROS FROM THE SUNDAE AND REPLACE IT WITH ONE WAFFLE CONE THAT PROBABLY COSTS 5c each. And who wants an empty waffle cone on top of a sundae??? Not me. This place was a great place for dessert if you love a massive massive massive massive sugar fix. The food was exceptionally delightful and very tastefully sugary, the ice cream I have to say was very tasty and all the different platters of plates that we ordered were full. A little bit on the expensive side. Highly recommended for all and especially people that love sugar

My churro order was incorrect aswell as sign said if you become a member get a single for free and I had to wait 24hrs although it didn't say that so very misleading aswell as they were way over cooked was like eating batter st a fish and chip shop. That is $40 I'll never get back. Very disappointed.

Matt is an amazing host. He is very polite with his customers and has full knowledge on items in the menu and will guide you if you are not sure about your order. Five stars for Matt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ridiculous and very poor service. Ordered 2 extra hot coffees and san churro. The person serving me asked whether it was 'take away' or 'have here' to which I replied, 'have here please' so he gave me a table number. I went and sat. Then they brought the coffee in takeaway cups with the lids on. I told the guy that I ordered have here. He asked me if I told them when I made the order. I said yes and that's why he gave me the table number. He said I will see what I can do. Then another person came and asked me the same question - did you ask for have here? I was like, are you serious! She wanted to take the coffee back to put in mugs . I said no thank you it's already served warm while I ordered extra hot so don't want it to get colder.

Had the Churros Fiesta, plenty of dips. Service great, waiter Unwin was very friendly. Dessert tonight .... Tick!!! A little noisy tonight on the outdoor tables though.

Giving it a 4 out of 5 stars because the atmosphere there is always super amazing, staff are always nice, the place always is clean, or if a table needs a clean, they get right on it when asked, but I do think the flavour of the coffee needs some work, maybe get some different coffee beans? Not sure if they use the san churro brand but it tastes a bit cheap. But everything else tastes amazing, especially the chocolate, sweets, waffles, iced drinks and churros

They added on a surcharge without saying a single thing??? Dodgy as. Their drinks have also gotten smaller since I last came. Most expensive coffees and you get the same quality as any cafe.
