I just want to say how easy the process was when I had an issue with a faulty item. Thank you ladies, so pain free.

Just returned an online order and explained the joggers (one pair I had to keep since I’d worn them) were terrible quality - stretched beyond being wearable after a few hours. They didn’t care - had no interest in my feedback or even addressing it. Do not recommend.

Don’t order from here if you want to return any items. Order a pair of shoes which were discounted by $10. Turns out they are too small and I can’t return them. Call the office spoke to a lady who was quite rude in manner. She landed up sending me a form to fill out as she make an exception to the rule as it’s my first order. I ticked the refund box not the store credit as I wasn’t 100 percent sure that the next size up would fit properly and then I wouldn’t be able to return them and a week later she sent me store credit not a refund. I knew that would happen, could just tell by her rude manner. Now I’m stuck with a voucher and I too scared to use it as what happens if I order something that is the wrong size? And I’m sorry but when items are slightly discounted or on a time frame sale you should be able to return them to exchange for a different size or refund. Totally understand if items are reduced to clear which my shoes are not cause now they are marked full priced. This store is living in the past.

Really awful customer service. I have had a few instances of feeling uncomfortable in the store but this last issue was the final straw! Returned a faulty item, was accused of lying about the age of the product, was told that the hole in the fabric was not a fault and they would only give credit voucher and not refund. Quite a demoralising experience. Despite product being brand new and clearly faulty. Further to my experience a colleague was in there yesterday and was basically fat shamed for needing a larger size. She was humiliated and talked down to. Says she will never go in there again as this was not an isolated incident for her. Even the ‘larger’ size rack is off to the side and not ‘inclusive’ of all the other clothes. What’s the strategy there white &co? Are the larger sizes not ‘cool’ enough? I’m sure now to tell all friends not to shop there. Same products elsewhere with far nicer customer service.

I absolutely love my recent purchases from White and Co. My order arrived quickly and I was very happy with the quality of my items. I follow White and Co on Instagram and love seeing the outfits they put together. I ordered a skirt, a top and some pants I had seen being worn on their social media posts. I love them all! Their website is easy to use and their customer service was very helpful when I had a query regarding sizing. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I just bought two t-shirt dresses from White and Co and I am thrilled with them. The quality and fabrics are better than I could have wished for. So nice to order Aussie clothes made here that are affordable and arrive quickly. The advice re sizing was perfect - I ordered a 14 in the one which said "relaxed fit" and a 16 in another where it was advised to go up a size if you didn't want it too fitted. Both fit me perfectly. I have already done another order for a skirt and I'm very happy to have found White and Co. :-)

Love this store. I have been buying from White & Co since they opened. Sophie & all the girls are so helpful & friendly, they really want you to leave happy with your purchase. Lots of helpful fashion advice too. Have just purchased the new Freya white & dark flair jeans. Love them.

I ordered a sweater online and ordered it to get for a particular day and occasion. I received the wrong item in the post and called them to discuss. They were far from apologetic, kept saying “we are human” etc and didn’t take much responsibility for the error. I asked if they double check their online work to which they replied they do. Clearly not the case. A gross inconvenience and I had to ask for a voucher for mishap and that was very reluctant at that. Far from good service when most businesses care in a competing business world. I’ll reconsider buying here again.
