From the admin team to our pediatrician Michelle, we have always been listened to, supported and every request is being responded in timely manner. Michelle is the most caring, non judgmental and kindest person we could have hoped for and is always available for additional support and advice post appointment. We were incredibly lucky to get into the clinic just after covid and see the beautiful Dr Suzi. She has been just wonderful with our son and we have really appreciated her kindness, patience and skill in helping to support him and us through a challengine time. We have also seen Dr Marcel who despite not being our regular paed made our son feel completely at ease and welcome. We recommend the clinic to any friends who have need for a paediatrician. As a fellow healthcare worker I have always been impressed with their service and support. We have always recieved timely responses and follow up with any issues we've had. Everyone we've dealt with has been professional and helpful.

Dr. Trupti was like a life saver for our daughter. Had to visit overseas and couldn't find any appointment with any Neurologist as my daughter had a severe seizure and was not safe to take her on such a long journey without medications. Dr. Trupti accepted our request in no time and did a full checkup on her and also provided full information to make our daughter trip easy with no complications. We will always be so thankful of her.

Our daughter has received exert care and medical advice about the nature of her diagnosis and pain. Dr Jane is down to earth and caring. I’d recommend her to anyone needing rheumatological care.

Amazing support, since 2016, for both of my kids, by Dr Talia. It is a pleasure to be back in Melbourne to have her supporting our family, after few years interstate. I love our Paediatrician, she is thorough and caring. She sees two of my children and we have received excellent and timely care. Sometimes I have trouble using the phone system to get through to the clinic.

Unbelievable, I had a consultation booked in with Sarah Morris I emailed and called the office multiple times - left a message in the morning, as there was a lot of traffic and road closures and accidents on the road. I was travelling over an hour to come to her and when the receptist called after 8:30. She said if you come within 15 minutes, then Sarah can see you. Literally arrived 17 minutes just after my appointment, and she declined me. She declined me and my daughter, she had no sympathy. No remorse to come out and say I'm really sorry, but I can't see you no remorse. No sympathy a simple. I can't see you.
