    I called another local Imaging place and was in their phone system for >8mins without anyone speaking to me. Then when answered it was fairly ordinary attitude and no appointment available. I then called BMI who answered promptly, offered an appointment for today and saw me on time. Great service, and friendly staff, the way we all prefer to be treated.

    Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. I have attended Brunswick Medical Imaging number of times and the service has always been fantastic. Very prompt and caring, clearly explained what to expect and genuinely enthusiastic about the service. Bulk billing is an extra bonus. Highly recommend 👌

    Damien is the loveliest radiographer. Took the time (past closing!) to get extra images for me. He is clearly very capable and knowledgable and most importantly took the time to explain everything he was seeing. Receptionist (didn't catch her name) was very friendly. Highly recommend. Very grateful that the clinic is bulk billed.

    Great service. Damien was professional and friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly and also talked me through the X-rays at the end. Bonus was that it was bulk billing.
