Park

👍👍 Nice new park! Quite large but easy to spot the kids. Trampolines, big swing, good slides, flying fox, shelter and BBQs, huge sand and water play area right next to the oval for a good dog walk. People often mention kids, good, playground, Great, play, area, great,

wonderfully manicured grass for cricket season and plenty of space for recreational use. Bit of a dodgy toilet block and important to look out for kids running about in the carpark. Closed gates if you want to let your dog stretch its legs.

Pretty good place for everyone here. A big oval, playground for the little ones, cricket nets for a social hit or a practice session for those who take it a bit more seriously & plenty of car parking. There are also toilet facilities here if needed but be warned, I think they were built when the area was first settled.

This park is safe for kids and separated from the main road. Three picnic tables and two electric BBQs. Picnic tables are in a good central location to be able to monitor the kids.

Was disappointed that there really wasn't much shade and the bins were overflowing with rubbish everywhere I have contacted the local council and awaiting a response in regards to over flowing bins. When we went recently there were flys everywhere and we didn't last long due to the sun and heat.

The play ground is amazing very attractive not enough toilets or slides or merry go rounds but the playground is well built I do suggest more shades

Great that they have high fence behind post to protect parked cars which also allows you to sit in the car and watch local footy (especially on cold and wet days) which you kind of need as there is literally no seats around the grounds for spectators. Not even a park bench

Please it's a request make more shaded areas with bbqs as we came 1 day only 1 bbq shed and all other families were struggling and waiting in very hot weather the other day.

Needs toilets closer to the new playground, pretty small could be much better. Not much car parking around

Got nets up behind the footy goals brilliant for not having to jump the fence to get your ball having a kick with the kids awesome

Went to watch my grandsons football match and there was an old fashioned scoreboard leaning against the fence on the opposite side of the field which was hard to see. The club have bought an electronic scoreboard which is in storage; the issue is providing electricity to the board which cannot happen as the council owns the change-rooms/building where the power would be accessed. It is also sad that the junior club do not have their own club rooms to display trophies and team photos, very sad for the players.

The old club rooms are better now, that they've put in more ladies toilets. The new doors, where the windows uses to be is good.so you can get in an out easy.

A great place for sport or remote control activities. Come there and play tennis with some friends using the 4 hard courts offered by Carrum Downs Tennis Club. Sign the kids up for AusKick or Cricket. Come and fly a kite with the kids. Many great things to do with such open and kid-friendly grounds. Go there all the time, Love it!
