Ordered a egg and bacon roll for breakfast with no cheese and when l returned home l almost threw up when l opened it. Melted cheese all over it l could not remove it ate the lid and a piece of bacon a waste of money. Management needs to train staff to look at orders the worst Hungry Jacks store.

Food was decent, the people on the other hand were extremely unfriendly. Kept asking “was that all” and just seemed impatient, got to the window and the lady opened the door stuck the eftpos machine in my brothers face, then shut the window. Didn’t repeat the order or tell us how much it cost. Waited a while which was fine, but got our order, with no spoon. Gave us our food and my brother thanked her, then tried to ask for a spoon but she shut the door realising he said something, opened it again and said “what”. Gave him the spoon and was in a rush to close the door in his face. We checked the order at the window with a burger missing. We waiting thinking they would bring it out but nothing, we beeped twice with no answer and when someone looked over my brother waved. A different lady asked what was the matter, we explained as the previous lady came over. Both didn’t understand we were missing the burger. They didn’t apologise or anything, again they just shut the door on him to get the burger. We did get our burger, and everything else we asked for was correct. The food was good, but service was horrid. I work in fast food myself and never in my 3 years have I ever been that rude.

Haven't been inside the newly renovated store, however this particular location is extremely popular with drive through customers wanting a quick bite. On a weekend night there will be a queue out into the entrance. Who doesn't love a fast food meal?

This is probably the worst HJ in all of southeast Melbourne. The food was good but the toilet was worse than third world. The pictures speak for itself. This place needs to be reported to the authorities!

If you're going to leave customers waiting in the drive thru for their drinks for 7+ minutes, how about offering them a fresh drink that hasn't sat on the counter and melted. I'm Sure the lady in front of me that you made hold up the whole que wasn't impressed either. My sons raspberry float was a raspberry flop by the time it was thrust out the window at me!

The best Hungry Jack's I've been to in ages! The staff are friendly and the burgers are excellently prepared. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and tasty. Loved the Memphis Whopper and Brekky Burger!

Fantastic freshly made burgers. I had the spicy crispy chicken Burger, and it was so juicy and crispy. The best I've had from any Hungry Jacks. Hubby had the whopper and loved how fresh it was. The only downside was it was a 33oC day and there was no air-conditioning making it a little uncomfortable. Otherwise staff are friendly, food is excellent and service is super fast.

so I have been hesitant to use Hungry Jacks again because it's good 3 times out of 10 and nobody seems to care. Ordered Bacon Deluxe Meal with no mayo and of course it was dripping with mayo. Chips could not have been colder. Popcorn Chicken 20piece maybe out of stock because got 12 nuggets instead. Expecting REFUND if they answer phone....never again Karingal HJ

The management in this establishment need to have a serious discussion with their junior staff. Especially when they speak loud enough that patrons in the restaurant are able to hear. Since when was foul language considered appropriate in a workplace? Who is going to want to take their families for a family meal deal?

Ordering breakfast from here is always a disappointment. The restaurant is typically quiet when I go, not many people inside and nobody else in the drive-through line, yet every time I get handed my drink and told to park out the front in the waiting bay. The entrance and exit are two separate car-parks, so it means having to drive around between them, where their delivery truck half blocks the entrance. (Which is also a safety hazard as it blocks visibility and could result in a crash if someone is driving in as you edge around it to exit) The wait itself usually isn't too long, which makes it all the more frustrating that I'm told to go to the waiting bay when the place is empty. It's like their goal is to inconvenience their customers. I order using the app, so I tell the app "I'm at the store" further and further away in an attempt to actually have my food handed to me at the window for once.

Gotta day, my second trip here and it was second time lucky. Ordered a wrap and a mango slushie and both were fabulous. Wrap was plentiful and a good size. Slushie was nice and icy cold considering it’s summer: What I like about this Hungry Jacks’s isn’t the indoor and outdoor dining area. It’s light and spacious and exceptionally clean. Always clean. Staff - both times I’ve done the staff to be helpful and when my order was taking a little linger than expected, I was kept on the loop and not left wondering. Big thank you for that. Notes: wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Good parking around the building. Dietaries catered for if you let them know.

Not sure the staff know communication is part of their job? An order confirmation & price is usually the minimum I expect but not normal here. Handing the bag out the window with no words spoken and a window slammed in your face is the norm. Hope you have your full order because its up to you to work that out for yourself.

What is the deal with the regular size chips being served as a large. I was a big fan of Hungry jack's but not anymore. Got a double whopper with cheese meal large. The chips was a mc Donald's regular size and only half full $17.40 no way never coming back pathetic You need to take a leaf out of America's book on portion size Australia Hungry Jack's total rip off never again.

NEVER ACTUALLY OPEN 24 HOURS. I GUARANTEE IT. They are signed 24 hours. Since before covid, every time I decide to give them a chance, the whole store is shut up and lights off by 11pm. Why lie? genuinely infuriating when your google page says open. Fire whatever drop kick manager you have working and fix your useless store.

This is the best place to go if your fat kids are screaming in the back of your VT commodore and you have just won $20 at the pokies, get down there and use the vouchers so your kids can get really fat and you can go back to complaining about other peoples opinions on your local buy and sell community page. Highly recommended, get the grand parents involved on the urine smelling play equipment

Well they mistake my order, and instead of having a good customer service saying anything, they just gave us the new version of the burger… same box, same burger, just an extra patty, with no words or sorry. Mistake happen, but a bit more respect would be good… And the burger was so empty, for a special with a price that is higher than the others burger, you would expect more than 2 pieces of oignons in it :(

Caters for vegetarians. Burgers are tasty and love the onion rings. Service was prompt and staff polite and helpful. Our Sunday go to.😊♥️

Thanks hungry jacks you have saved me a lot of trouble. My wife likes your burgers but after tonight we attended at 19:30 and you served the people after us in the driveway and ignored us. Even ignored us when we tried to tell the cashier. Now I get to have my favourite burgers. Thank you. Your awesome

Not enough staff on every time l've been, whether going in or drive through. Food always cold and things forgotten every time order through drive through, to then wait again. To wait up to 20 min is not an exaggeration with no one ever smiling either and happy.

Pretty good, nice staff usually. No complan, just like most fast food places. Good for when you want quick but tasty.

The staff do not know how to count as nuggets are always short. Never have the non sour frozen drinks working and are nearly always a cold meal from there. They are also the slowest restaurant in Victoria to get your food ready as you can sit in the drive through for up to 55 minutes. Pull your socks up.

Worst Hungry Jacks ever. Do yourself a favour and go to a different one. Food is always less than average. Dont buy the onion rings as always burnt. Wont be going back.

the costumer service here is disgusting, a girl at the pay window named annie was so rude, yawning whilst taking our order, swearing at the pay window, rolling her eyes at me, yelling at her other colleagues, absolutely disgusted. you can tell she is a junkie and doesn’t represent hungry jacks in a positive way at all. i then told the other girl at the pickup window, she was young, just as rude and didn’t even care. they all need to learn some basic human respect because this was an embarrassing experience on behalf of their them.

Such God Damn slow service, I ordered a soft cone with fried onion rings and it took me 15 mins to wait. I was standing there with teenagers playing loud musics behind me for 15 mins to wait for a soft cone and onion rings? Even the onion rings were faster than the soft cone. Maccas is a lot faster and they clean the teens out

The store was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a new kid serve me. He looked 12 😂 but did his best. HJ still has the best burgers. Please don't change this. Your burgers are still a good size.

Ok so went to hungry jacks today and had an amazing experience with a staff member named Bianca she was very kind and friendly, had amazing service skills, I ordered a bacon deluxe burger she was very patient with me as I wasn’t sure what I wanted, the food came very fast was really good I dropped my straw and she got me a new one straight away and when I was leaving I forgot my drink and she so kindly brought it to me at my table. Shout out to hungry jack Karingal they have great service 😊

Haven't dined in but use drive thru often. Have never had any issues with missing items from my orders and food is always hot. Frozen drink machine never seems to break down either. Staff are always very nice

Disgraceful to call them a fast food restaurant. Waited 40 minutes for an online order when they realised that they didn't make the order they just laughed about it and didn't even apologise. Food also after all this time was cold to the core. Don't bother going here

They are normally very good but the last couple of occasions the Fry's have been cold... like literally almost un-eatable. But I always have left the drive thru before I have realised and it's too much if a headache to turn back and go and sit on line in drive through again .. and let's face it we eat junk food like this so I'm obviously far too lazy to park and walk in and complain lol

I asked twice that my brekky burger be made without bacon on it and it still had it. They didn't repeat my order back to me at any point to confirm (although I didn't think I'd have to since I'd already said it twice to make sure). The service was also terrible. They didn't tell me where I was meant to go properly so I didn't know if I was in the right waiting spot, and it also took way too long to come out when I was the only one there. Ended up wasting my time and my money on something I couldn't even eat.

Don’t waste your time or money. Order 2 burger meals which were the exact same and just order them how they came. Got the burgers which were meant to include bacon, onion and lettuce. No onion, no lettuce and basically no lettuce. When I called and spoke to the manager the manager said he couldn’t do anything and that they tell him to put that much lettuce on the burgers. Couldn’t give me any reason to why it was missing the other items. Did not apologise or offer to replace the meal with the correct order just stated it wasn’t his problem and to contact menu log. Chips were also stone cold and tasted like they’d been sitting there all morning, I suppose that is standard for them though. Absolutely terrible experience and absolutely terrible food. It wouldn’t let me upload a photo but there wasn’t much to look at anyway as half of it was missing. I don’t post too many reviews and believe that some places just had their off days but terrible service and disappointed they did not try and rectify the issue at all or apologise.

Put one tomato, a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of onion.... 2 pickles. Ripped off!! Never order from this place or any hungry jacks for that matter

quite efficient turnaround time. Everything in the bag that was supposed to be there! A little thing that's ACTUALLY a big thing... Quality make from the kitchen. Even the bag was happy 👌

Those new chicken burgers are yumm but not even close to KfC'S zingers sorry but it only tasted like a thicker mc chicken from maccas and pretty soggy, maybe you should stick to whoppers coz they better at hungry Jacks.

Food was okay, although could have been put together better. The lack of straws given with drinks is appalling. Many people with disabilities (both visible and invisible) require straws to be able to drink their drinks. This ought to be reviewed as some of the clientele could have disabilities that aren’t obvious.

Just ordered a angry whopper won’t be coming here again missing half the stuff on the burger also very cold

First time through the drive through ordered a tropical chicken burger. Drove out, opened it. All it had on it was a piece of chicken and some lettuce. Went back told them it was wrong. Waited 15 minutes was given another burger, no apology. Drove out. Opened it. It was meant to have pineapple on it. It had a freezing cold egg on it instead. Total waste of time and money. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
