    Had enough of this McDonalds. There is always something wrong or missing with our order. The burgers are never stacked properly and the customer service is poor and slow. Oh and don't forget the amount of times the toy has been missing from the Happy Meal!!!!

    Giving 1 star but in reality needs negative stars….. seriously has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too! The staff were carrying on like they were in a night club, swearing and obnoxious… even heard the C bomb being used 😡 Not to mention the random people walking behind the counter not in uniform. The restaurant was filthy and the toilets smelt like something had died in them. We asked for a chicken burger with extra mayonnaise which is not a hard request…. Small amount of mayo and when asked if they could add some more (very politely) the burger came back with the whole box full of mayonnaise. When asked if that could be rectified I was laughed at and asked if I wanted a fresh burger…. Umm yes please!!! Our food was not fresh and the chips tasted like the oil was 2 years old. Definitely will not be back 😡😡

    This is a relatively new McDonald store, very nice interior, quick service and the food was reallt nice too. My fussy almost 10 y old son said it was the best burger he ever tasted! Great exterior with ample parking too.

    I didn't mind the very long wait, it can't always be helped. The fact the chips and hashies were dumped in upside down, a mere annoyance. But the cheeseburger was really disgraceful. It even somehow had barbeque sauce on it which is really quite unacceptable.

    WOULD RATE THIS PLACE 0 found a caterpillar in my burger! so would had to been from the lettuce which wouldn’t of been rinse before hand! Once going into the store to complained I notice how the kitchen area inside and the dining area was disgusting and unclean! Wouldn’t recommend! They had like 8 staff on and no one can take the time to clean and restock items hygienically!! So grossss

    The worst McDonalds in the area, literally something wrong every single time we order from here. They are so slow and no one seems to actually care. The restaurant is always dirty, rubbish on the floor and most tables, even my 4 year old comments how dirty it is in there. Toilets are putrid. I honestly think I could go back there and do a better job with not one bit of training. It cannot be that hard to get it right, come on!! What a joke of a restaurant

    If you're even the slightest bit hungry or looking for a regular fast food meal, drive past this McDonald's at all costs,. After several drive through experience's I was sent to the waiting bay 6/7 times for regular meals, and wait times were 8 minutes. Going inside is total mayhem, poorly managed staff means you don't get your meals for 10 minutes. Please improve this location, it's terrible...

    Avoid this store if you actually want to recieve what you purchased. Every single time the order is incorrect. Always missing items. Unsure how this is an issue as the label that's stuck on the bag is correct yet the contents isn't. Seems simple but apparently not.

    I got a job here in October but never ended up working there. I got an email to say I got the job and a police check but they never bothered to roster me on shifts not even my training shifts, I reached out multiple times to hiring managers and went into the store and talked to them probably over 7 times. Nothing got done so I gave up. Every time I order from here they delay the order that much by the time you get your food (if you even make it to that point) its cold and not even the right order most the time.

    Wish I could give it 0 stars. Worst maccas I’ve ever been to, always gives us the wrong order not even remotely close to what we ordered, or half the order is always missing. Food is always cold. Honestly no excuse for being this bad, it’s not that hard to get an order right for once.

    Only giving 1 star as I can't give negative stars. I'm actually so appalled in the food my guests and I ordered tonight and I'm so ashamed I actually ate what I did and gave in. 🙃 there's obviously a reason as to why I don't eat take away and tonight was definitely a reminder why I've stayed away from it for years. The photo attached is what I could get before my guests hit the roof and checked it over the fence.

    One of the worst Macers out there. Terrible service. Cold chips served at drive through. When I returned back after a U turn to replace them, made me wait 10 mintues in Waiting Bay and I had to Horn to grab attention in waiting bay. Bought Cold fries again in waiting bay Extremely POOR service

    As usual they weren't serving frappes. I waited in the drive-thru at the speaker to be served while people in the other lane had no issue. When I finally had my order taken, it was completely wrong. The girl that served me had no idea what was going on and the screen that shows your order was turned off. All in all it was a very irritating "fast-food" experience.

    The only reason I eat out here is due to the fact that I live close by. Otherwise, I would never eat at this place. Now there are several reasons for this…one being, I don’t know if the staff have been trained on the ingredients list of their products but if a customer says they don’t want bacon in their meal, “Don’t Put Bacon In their Meal”!!! It’s not hard. And if a meal includes onions, tomatoes etc etc. put them in unless told otherwise. Secondly, I have spent times waiting on a simple large fries for over 20 minutes to then be told, you have to wait extra because they forgot your order. I’ve worked at maccas myself, maximum 4-5 minutes it takes for fresh fries and your telling me it took way more than 20 minutes!!! And you forgot the order!. Thirdly, never dine in. You think drive thru takes long, dining in is like asking them to forget you even made an order or want to make one. I understand that it’s not all the workers faults but if this type of situations occur for more than a year, you know something is wrong. Please for the love of god fix these things.

    Probably the crappiest food I have ever ordered. The drinks were only filled up 3/4 of the way. The medium chips were half full. The burger looks like a kindergarten child slopped it together. With the increased prices lately and all the other bad reviews, management should care. I have assumed their staff are not trained properly or told to practice shrinkflation. I thought McDonald's were big on consistency. Cannot wait for the freeway to open for my local Skye store to be in full swing.

    I haven't had food. I was picking up food for someone. But I was vary impressed with customer service. The girl who's on shift vary kind and helpful with customer service. Good job.

    3:45pm 8/12/23. Manager and crew cw has a lack of training and experience, rushing orders, incompetent communication, and food quality temp shelf life expired but still served to customers and presentation looks like appalling. Do better !

    Upon arrival, there seemed to be only 2 other groups other than us with the addition that the maccas were generally empty. However, once we came home with our order, we were saddened to find that our 24 nuggets and mcmuffin were missing. After realizing the food was missing, we called them about 3 times, they did not answer any of them. We are quite disappointed on how they, not only missed our food but also not answer any of our calls.

    I detest the ordering machines! Tables need to be cleaned more frequently by staff as a napkin was stuck to it by some sauce or something. Why are the burgers getting smaller yet the prices increase???

    Staff were polite, but were understaffed, our food was almost cold but we were hungry so ate it on the way home with only three staff members on no wonder, they were doing twice the work if not more. But very busy. Service was good, if they got more staff on it would be OK Ive never had an issue before.

    So this store has been my go-to for a couple of months, and I wanted to mention this guy in the blue shirt who always has the same energy no matter what (really positive energy). I was here at around 6:30 in the morning and was having a bad start to the morning, and he had greeted me with a lot of energy, especially for this time of the morning which i was not expecting, and it made my day! Really positive, funny and he was really friendly too. He deserves a raise!

    Fast food? Hell no. the service is so slow, we have never come through here in the drive thru within 10mins. Most recently sat for 20 + mins watching the staff avoid the drive thru and we were just waiting on two ice-creams, we could see them doing others things and no one even told us about the wait time which was enormous!!!!! I don’t think you should come here if you have places to go with 24 hours. when we mentioned the wait time the manager was very quick to yell through the window, making it seem like it’s our fault the queue was long. she claimed “it’s not my fault” and did not sincerely apologise whatsoever. We understand understaffing is an issue however she disregarded our concern as customers, she said “have a refund or your food and get out of my drive thru!” don’t waste your time, never returning!

    This is the worst McDonalds store in the South East of VIC. Without a doubt. The staff just simply must not give 2 stuffs. I have received the wrong food 3 times in a row tonight. The lack of care is an absolute joke and the phone at the store is set to hang up automatically after 1 ring. Garbage location, garbage service, absolute mess. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague. The 2 times I have been in store were bad as well. McDonalds used to provide world class customer service training. Now it's just another joke of a company. I can't remember the last time a retail hospitality outlet was so incompetent. Pack of actual nuffies.

    Easily the worst macdonalds in the world, slow staff, don't care, food quality is abysmal. If it wasn't a macdonald ls it would be long gone by now. Put some effort in to train your staff, have a little pride.

    Waited in the drive-through for over 15 minutes for 2 sundaes and an ice cream cone. All were melted, and the sundae cups were covered in chocolate sauce. Waste of time and $$

    This Maccas is disgusting. We have given them so many chances and hope that maybe this time it will be better but it never is. The way they make the food is disgusting, cold or old. Hot chocolates always taste like water. The staff are never friendly. We are over it and will not be giving them any more chances. The biggest waste of money!

    Jesus.. me and my co-workers finished work and wanna hang out after work so we been to maccas. Got there at 11pm ordered food for myself and my mates. Half an hour passed and still nobody gets their food. 12am and I just couldn’t wait any longer cause everyone needs to go home and we all working in the morning. Been to the counter everyone been waiting for 1hr+ Some girl came out and said that they lost the orders so they tried to find it…. WHY YOU DONT LET ALL THE CUSTOMERS KNOW???? you guys just let everyone waiting for foods ofc we all mad. So I chose to go home without getting any food paid around $20. But then went back and finally the manager gave me food. JESUS THANK YOU SO MUCH. it’s ridiculous.

    Spent over $85 on a Uber Eats order to have half of the food missing. Requested no Onions and sure enough they put onions on the burger. Super disappointing when all the adult's food is delivered and the kids food is missing.

    Went through drive through at 8.10pm for a cheese burger meal and two sundaes. Told to park around corner and had to wait. Over 5 minutes later food to comes out. No drink with the meal. Went back inside to get drink no apology. After going back in it was like i was an inconvenience. The way staff were speaking to each other was disgusting. Seating area where people can eat was dirty and had rubbish everywhere, floor wet sign was over a spilt drink which was now dry. Dirtiest Maccas I've been in. Get home and topping from the Sundaes is on the outside of the container. If I was the owner or franchisee I would ropeable. It's Fastf Food not that hard.

    We ordered coffee latte, the coffee is tasteless.. literary doesn't taste like coffee at all, the coffee from the gasoline station is way better than here if Im going to compare. I politely asked the crew to change my coffee but its still the same. I think you have to review the beans and machine being used, the penny we paid is not worth at all.Worst coffee we ever had in Melbourne.

    Dining room was trashed, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the morning. Not only that but got my order wrong, gave me a wrap with bacon instead of a grilled chicken burger which I ordered. How stupid can you be to get that wrong. Do better.
