Recently visited their drive-thru and had to repeat my order a few times (even though I was speaking clearly). Once I paid, the drive-thru itself didn’t take too long. My Hot Fudge Sundae was a little disappointing, the hot fudge only seemed to be on one side of the cup (it’s nice when they try to place it all around the cup so it’s evenly distributed and at least looks like the image advertised). The next disappointment was the way the meal was presented in the bag, fries toppled over, just seemed really rushed and messy. The food itself was great (perfectly seasoned, hot and fresh). They even got my “no cheese” order correct the first time which is rare at Maccas in Melbourne. I will most likely visit this location again.

First, I was served cold food and when I asked for the manager, a girl called Mia came out and spoke to me extremely rudely, I was in no way shape or form yelling at her just asking for fresh food and she continued to swear at me and was so disrespectful, such a bad experience and an awful manager!! I will never be coming here again and maccas should train your managers to be professional and not swear at their customers! DISGUSTING!!!!

McDonald's Skye is the worst Maccas store I have ever been to. The staff were rude and slow, I stood at the counter for close on 5 minutes before my order was taken. Given wrong Angus burger which I couldn't eat as I don't like BBQ sauce. Tables were filthy and the bins were overflowing with rubbish. Very poor indeed considering they weren't even busy. They certainly need a new Manager at the Skye store. Won't be back.

McDonald's have been very successful mainly because people are lazy. There food is substandard and apparently it's cooked in some carstigenic oil. Don't worry about people's health it's about making more money so you can say we made more this year. 2 McDonald's give a Big Bypass. West Cranbourne. And Seaford. Pathetic.

A girl in a mangers uniform with black hair, short, pale, heavy eye makeup, tattoos, she yelled at my pregnant wife who was just trying to get food for our little boy and our little girl. This is really disgusting my wife came home in tears and this women probably couldn’t care less. UNACCEPTABLE we will never be coming back to Skye Mcdonalds. Train your managers better.

Had to wait about 10 mins for a kids nugget bucket. The nuggets were cooked fresh amazing.. pity the fries were cold.. but I must say the soft serve ice cream was so high.. amazing and free using the shake and win :)

Disgusting, all the tables and chairs are filthy you'd think you are at a maccas at 3am on a sat night.... chips oil looks like sweet potato fires the oil is so old. Service is slow, short staff. Avoid.

One of the few drive-thrus (including all brands) that hasn't ever gotten my order wrong. I've attended numerous times without issue. That's an unfortunate rarity these days, so good work McDonald's Skye.

Does Maccas just walk down the street and find the first Middle Aged useless egotistical narcissist manager they can find? Never have I had such a disgusting excuse of a human stuff up an order, then say they need to check the “surveillance” prior to replacing a meal, ask the customer to handover the entire bag, carry the packet of chips out to the car seperate from the rest of the food then offer it back to a customer…. As she states in the most entitled stuck up way “I’m not replacing those, you ate some” Ok Nancy Drew, I never asked. Genuinely just found this so pathetic I had to write it up. *heads up my burger was still re made wrong. Who doesn’t put bacon in a Bacon Deluxe?

Store was dirty at 830pm when store was quite staff did not welcome you in anyway food was cold and I rang the store like 8 times to tell them and to ask if I could bring it back for fresh food but no one answered disgusting

This is my local McDonald’s and each and every time without a fail they seem to muck the order up. Always, always, always forget to put items in. Last time we were given dry, rock hard chicken nuggets. Only thing positive about this joint is how quick the food gets delivered.

Open 24 hours…. More often than not the drive through is closed and you can’t be served inside…! Won’t someone please think of the shift workers!

Picture this: I’ve just come off a long shift at work, and I’m starving. On the way home, I decide to stop and get myself a cheese and tomato toastie. I pull in, order, and wait patiently for said toastie. I then receive my bag and drive home, thinking about how delicious this toastie is going to be. I get home, open the bag and….it has ham in it. My dear readers, I cannot eat ham as I am a vegetarian. In that moment, I was crushed. The cheese and tomato toastie that I had looked forward to the entire 45 minute drive home was ripped away from me. I thought “why me? why today?”, but as you all know, God gives his strongest soldiers the hardest battles. I ended up having to give the toastie to my partner. I watched as he ate what should’ve been mine. Were tears shed? That’s a secret I’ll never tell. All I know is after today, I may never trust again. I’m not mad, McDonalds……..just disappointed.

The young lady that served me was delightful. Friendly, helpful and courteous. However the bacon and egg muffin was so over cooked and hard I couldn't eat it, lousy cook that spoilt what was otherwise a a good experience.

Wouldn't even bother going there, I've seen cleaner toilets on trade sites. And the smells from the overflowing bins. Was so bad, glad it wasn't hot today fm.

Omg this has to be there worst mcdonalds ! I used to work at another maccas I would have been sacked with the service I recevied. Waited 45 minutes for our food! Was told the toastie could be be made as toaster was broken. Waited even longer for a refund. The beepers keeps going off and noone cared to stop them. Then there was the toilets, Revolting for my kids to see the disabled toilets. Someone had done a reverse kang in the men's toilets. Woman's toilet were ok to use but overall absolutely disgusting experience.

The coffee is good and burgers made well but everytime l order chicken nuggets they never include the sauce. I don’t see the point in asking what dipping sauces you want when they are not included.

What a great location with combination of bp.. Nd subway together..great place enough parking space..clean almost..nd good staff..as well nd not always very busy so u might get ur food..little early than the time u r spening rest of maccas..good place to give it a try..bt ys a bit risky entrance from freeway if u miss..there's only 2 diff. Entrances and 2 diff. Exits..nd freeway entrance is little dangerous..that they could rebuild..with proper marking nd the proper way to go in..its little narrow .to take left turn..nd that too in 100 speed zone..nd ys be aware night time u might get caught by police it's highly patrolling area..so don't break any rules nearby this place..bcz majority of people will break bcz of the silent and dark..ghostly roads surrounded to the place..

mcmichael made my mcburger and it was very fresh, mcqueen (aden) slayed my big mac and mcjessica was so polite and gorgeous and mcnoah was speedy

Maddy did an absolutely amazing job, a rude lady who was losing her mind over some hot fudge, calling her names while holding up the drive thru. Maddy you did an amazing job and to note the world, in fact, did not end due to her lack of hot fudge on her sundae. Props to you Maddy.

Picked up a double quarter pounder on my travels, was a little bit hungry for some meat... The meat was extra juicy and delicious, cheese mealted perfectly, enjoyed every bite of it, yummy 😋

Hot chocolate was so hot and chocolate-y. Chocolate sundae was also chocolate-y but not cold. The girl who took our order on the speaker was sweet.

Horrible customer service experience! 12.30pm 22/02/23. Ordered chicken burger meal in drive thru and realised when I’m home that I received a cheeseburger meal. I came back to Maccas drive thru and said I can pay remaining difference for correct order. The male manager was super nice about it and said I don’t need to pay as it was just a $3 difference. I wait in waiting bay as instructed. Out comes a white (dark eye makeup) female manager who starts to go off at me- blaming me for ordering the wrong food, she literally brought out receipts too. She was so rude to the extent of bullying/ harassment- even after I explained to her that I had said I would pay more for the chicken burger but the drive-thru worker had told me not to. She then very rudely demanded I come in store to pay the remaining $3. Now, I was unwell and not dressed to go in store, so I came round the drive thru for the third time, and the male manager apologised for what had happened. This Maccas needs better communication skills but more than that, the white girl needs a lesson in manners/ customer service/ being a nice human being/ bullying and harassment. She was horrible to the point that two other employees apologised for her behaviour.

Pretty dirty place. We weren't asked if we were eating in, then given food without a tray. The tables were all filthy, luckily I had antibacterial wipes in the baby bag to wipe down the table we had to eat off with no trays. The chairs are fixed stools, which is difficult for young children. No shade in the outdoor play space and overflowing bins inside the restaurant.

No matter what time day or night I go to this McDonald they are always friendly, professional, approachable and just nice people working there. The team are so awesome here. Current team at this outlet is the best in the business. @McDonald Australia look after this team. Whoever is leading this place has the magic touch. Please reward this team and this restaurant for the amazing work they do everyday. They are always smiling and curtious. Thanks guys you are all my pick 2023. Team Maccas Skye.

I have been to this McDonald's quite a few times, and every single time I go there I recieve amazing customer service and fresh food. In particular, the last time I went, my phone had died, I has no money on me, and I was starving. I thought I had money on my card but I did not. I hope this does not get the manager in trouble, but they said I could just have the food for free anyways. Without knowing it he made a terrible day, much better, so thank you very much ❤️

its a Maccas... you dont expect much

I regularly call in here when I'm on the road working. I'm not one for hamburgers but recently had a big mac here for something different,WOW it was beautiful, pickles yummy ,it was fresh and hot and not soggy at all. Keen to get back and hopefully have the same experience.

Waited for my order for over 10 minutes in drive through food was cold and when I sid to lady no apology for making me wait she said no all good I will never go there ever again

First up served a cold hash brown. Then opened the cheeseburger which was just thrown together. Overall presentation was very poor.

Clean and tidy, definitely not old oil as the chips we're crispy, staff that served me actually engaged with me. Overall experience for a McDonald's seems to be actual care there, hars but true

I didn't visit McDonalds..I would never eat their fake food. I purchased a delicious healthy subway falafel wrap. Sat there in the same building as Maccas to eat my wrap with sirens from Maccas going crazy the whole time ...not a relaxing experience at all 😵‍💫

Ordered via menulog, after waiting an hour and a half most of the order was missing: 2 happy meals 1 hot apple pie 1 large fries 1 large milkshake. 2 straws Restaurant doesn't answer phone calls, menulog doesn't help either, daylight robbery from maccas again!!!!

Ordered a McMuffin meal and 2 happy meals there today. As I was driving with my kids in the car I drove home with the food to eat. I get home just to notice there was only a hash Brown in the bag for my McMuffin meal. Rang up the manager who basically accused me of lying saying I should have checked the bag straight away and that people do this all the time and lie about missing products.Maybe instead of blaming costumers for your shortcomings, the staff should check everything is in the bag before giving it out to people and to be accused of lying on top of that is a joke. I could have shown the transaction on my bank account but he said since I can’t proof it was missing it wouldn’t get replaced. Very poor costumer service how do you expect anyone to be able to proof something is missing. If you receive a lot of calls like this of apparently „lying costumers“ maybe you should consider that there is a possibility stuff was actually missing instead of calling everyone a liar.

The service here is the best in the area hands down. There is a young manager by the name of Tyler who is exceptional and always takes the time to ensure our experience is the best it can be. I highly commend this manager and his team. Always friendly and the food is always fresh. If there are any issues this McDonalds will always do their best to address them

Ordered brekkie burger with no cheese due to bad allergy which can hospitalise me. 10 minutes later received order, had cheese on it. Asked for a replacement. Watched the guys out back remake it, seen them take the items off the previous burger and put onto new one which is an extreme health safety issue and cross contamination. Told the manager and she apologised, a whole 15 minutes later of waiting finally got burger remade. Was dripping of oil / grease. (Order number 10, order placed at 9:23am). Huge health and safety violation, cross contamination. Photo bellow shows grease from burger.
