Nice up and coming store. Well setup and great / genuine service. They young guy that helped us was fantastic. Will definitely come back once you have more tanks ready to go. Hppe you get some Apistos, when you order the Cichlids.

Want fish? They won't sell you fish unless they charge you $5 for a water test and then tell you your pH is a little off.. We then ask if we just can get some goldfish for the time being to help cycle the water. Was also a no! Guys goldfish will live in a puddle, they'll quite happily survive in my tank.

Avoid this shop if you're a newbie. Trying to sell mineral products for Xtra $$$ before selling you any fish. Instead of asking water parameters and set up...trying to Jam products in to you, you don't need. That has nothing to do with making sure your water quality is fine...just a money making strategy! Will not put a step into this shop again. If you really care about the animals and not just the $ why you don't ask water parameters or offer a free water Test before a fish purchase?

Owner Scott knows a lot about fish. Mini is great too. They answer a lots of questions. Store is over priced. One of the many examples i could pick from is the water testing kit. They're asking is $149. The same water testing kit is $84.95 at another aquarium in frankston. I understand stores having different prices but not this much.

Been here 3 times now and the customer service and help is no existent. Although they seem to have healthy stock at reasonable prices. The staff think your a novice as soon as beginning to speak and just want to know what u want.. With the amount of good competition in the area for aquarium stock and service I won't be going here again.

Went there twice and had two very different experiences. First time. I spoke to the managers/owners son. He was excellent very enthusiastic showing me lots of things and running me through a brand of products I want familiar with. He deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately this second experience let down the team. The next time I spoke to a different guy who was one of those insane perfectionist fish keepers. We were cycling a tank with fish and ready to add more. Well under stocking level and very slowly to allow good bacteria to accumulate. He was judgy at me not doing a fish less cycle and He was passive aggressive about how I was doing it even though I've done it this way successfully with hundreds of Aquariums for my own customers. After the first experience I thought this will be my Go too LFS after the second I never want to go back.

I have been coming to this store for Over 12 months, they are so fantastic I really couldn't recommend them more, super knowledgeable never after your money just want to help people in this amazing hobby. All of there aqua pics product lines are nothing but amazing I use nothing else.

Thank you so much for letting me and my niece come in today as you were about to shut and helping us with settling in our turtles- these guys went above and beyond for us even giving us some tank water, so our turtles could settle in healthily as we were given terrible advice from where they were purchased.. the owners care about the animals even if they didn’t sell them to you and they are so knowledgeable passionate and just generally lovely people, you will not get the service, knowledge or animal wellbeing ethics at any other shop, this family run business is now going to be our go to for future purchases and advice, thank you again to you and your son 😊

Very cool even for a passing visit! The staff were super friendly, let us see the birds, I tract with them, fish and turtles in tank, scorpions, lizards and even held a snake! Plenty of items for all home aquarium and pet bird needs.

We have been coming to Nautilus since it opened, Since then we have 4 tanks and a few more to set up. The team that work in this store are very knowledgeable and really do take the time to help with all questions you may have. Scott the owner is absolute delight to deal with and has done such amazing job to build a aquarium store that looks after there customers and makes everything in store a reasonable price which is very rear to come across in the fish keeping business. Very good supplier of a variety of fish for ponds and tanks plus a variety of accessories, foods etc.You need to have a look as there are too many items to list. Service and prices very good. Well worth visiting.

First time tropical fish tank owner, first time visit to Nautilus. Scott and his young "apprentice" were so very helpful and gave me heaps of advice and were happy to answer all of my questions and there were many. The shop has so many products for you to choose from and many fish for sale. Nautilus will definitely be my 'go to' aquarium in the future.

Scott, the owner is the most knowledgeable person in the vicinity from fish to fish keeping and the most overlooked part of fishkeeping WATER CHEMISTRY!!. The staff will persuade you to not only buy fish but make you keep them aswell

Fantastic store with a good variety and fantastic staff. I’ve been having lots of problems with my tank for months and after visiting this store a couple of times everything is fixed and the tank is running perfectly. Jack and Connor have been amazing with their knowledge and guidance. Will be my go to store from now on. Highly recommended!!

Their fish die within hours to a couple of days of buying them..staff are not very knowledgeable, I was told by one of their staff I would have no trouble putting a beta with an angel fish but they were wrong, and what is even worse is they try selling you stuff you don't even need but it's their own products they try getting you to buy so in my opinion stay right away and save your money and time by not going there, there is plenty of much better aquariums in the area

No customer service at all! Everytime I have been here ive had to ask for help. I was there just now with my son. He was very upset to see atleast 3 dead fish dumped on top of a bin in middle of store near the tanks in plan sight! This is disgusting! Will never go here again!

Absolutely awesome traditional LFS for myself. Always have been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with any questions I have. Fish are always well cared for and in clean tanks. Definitely my No1 first port of call for any advice or particular products. 😊
