Drove all the way from Melton after seeing great reviews. Allegra Cafe did not disappoint! The friendliest staff I've ever met and one if the best Banh Mi's in town. Definitely worth the visit!

Lana has an amazing new Cafe, hidden Gem with the freshest and tasty Bahmi Rolls! Her experience stems from a busy St Kilda Rd premises. Thoroughly enjoyed the succulent pork and Allegra Coffee was spot on. It's an added Bonus that you can sit inside and outside amongst highly clean premises 😋

G'day, folks! Let me share our experience at Allegra Cafe. While there were some enjoyable aspects, there were a few frustrations that left us a bit disappointed. First off, I must commend the staff at Allegra Cafe for their friendliness and the delicious food they served. We had a great time enjoying the company of our friends and indulging in the tasty dishes on the menu. The flavors were spot on, and we left with satisfied taste buds. However, our experience took a bit of a turn when the manager approached our group about an unpaid bill of $26. It was frustrating because everyone in our group had already settled their payments. The manager's approach was a bit uncomfortable as it wasn't done discreetly, and it seemed that other customers overheard the discussion. We felt a tad embarrassed by the situation. Nevertheless, I want to emphasize that the food itself was enjoyable. The flavors and quality were definitely a highlight of our visit. While we appreciate the good aspects of our time at Allegra Cafe, the unfortunate incident with the manager's approach did affect our overall experience. We hope that in the future, they can handle such matters more discreetly to avoid any unnecessary embarrassment for customers. Cheers!

Fantastic Banh Mi rolls and wraps here. After sticking to the roast pork, today I tried the Lemongrass Beef and it was a winner!

Super find hidden away. Well worth the trip. Staff super friendly, coffee was delicious and the food was excellent. The flavours in my Thai Beef salad were superb. The amazing smells from the kitchen while you wait for your meal build the anticipation. Now on to a sweet treat.

We have been looking for a new place to eat, especially breakfast as we usually wear places out or they shut down, so up popped Allegra cafe, we thought why not and went down on a Sunday morning around 11am, as soon as we entered we were greeted and seated immediately 😀, The lady was friendly and quick before we knew it we had a bottle of water on the table, our drinks order was in and within a minute our food order was taken and it was awesome 👌..The coffee and hot chocolate cups were huge and our food plates were big portions and very tasty 😋. We shall definitely be back and highly recommend you go and check out this hidden gem.

Allegra is in my top 5 for coffee in the suburb:- I have had it delivered via menulog & sometimes go in person, either way it has been made & presented perfectly. Bahn Mi's I would rate 8/10. 😃

Allegra does a great job of making a classic style bacon and egg roll. With rasher bacon, runny egg and a thick layer of cheese crafted in a soft seeded bun, there’s not much more you could ask for. The roll reminds me of camping, it’s got that distinct taste and feel. And for $8.50 it really is worth every cent and then some. This cafe is the first 10/10 bacon and egg roll experience of my life. Well done Allegra

This place is so friendly , every time I bring my family here they smile and say hi to my kids and are so nice. The food is amazing and arrives so quick. Coffee is strong and beautiful flavour and served in big mugs for those morning when you need a big coffee. Recently we did father's Day there and they made me feel so special and they let's the kids take a balloon home. Wonderful place.

Visited here a few months back when passing through Carrum Downs. Staff were all generally friendly, and a good variety of food on the menu. We both had the fried chicken burger - my partner had asked for it without aioli, but unfortunately it came out with the aioli all over it so had to be sent back - did get a bit of a 'look' from the staff member when we mentioned it, but 100% my partner asked for it without the aioli, and it was all over it so couldn't even be scraped off. The replacement one was fine. The burgers looked huge, but I would say there wasn't that much actual chicken - I thought it tasted good though, however my partner wasn't as fussed on it. Coffee was good...and a large is definitely a large! :) Will likely try the Banh Mi if we're ever back down that direction, as they did look really good.

A pretty good roast pork banh mi but way too much hoi sin sauce. They didn’t toast the roll - not super crusty but still decent. The best part was the wedges of crackling.

Awesome food. My colleagues and I always have brekkie wraps delivered to our work on Saturday morning to start the day off right. Also great when feeling it from the night before! Can't recommend a better place.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the meals unexpectedly hot and tasty. It was a quiet, hospitable and very pleasant cafe - so pleased to have found it.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love the seating outside when the weather is nice. Fantastic roast and gravy rolls and banh mi (the lemongrass beef was on point today.) They are also open 7 days which is awesome.

Wow! If you’re looking for a new breakfast spot, this is the place to try. We come here every weekend (almost) without fail - so much so that we are on a first name basis. The friendliness is outstanding and one of the most important qualities that a business can have - we are ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a ‘how are you?’. The food is impeccable each and every time we come. They are so accomodating to changes on the menu for dietary requirements and always follow through. Absolutely encourage people to try this place and we are always telling our friends and family about it. The pricing is actually incredible making it affordable to come each week. What a find! We came from the airport and needed lunch on the way to Rosebud. Food & drinks were fantastic. Who would think this little gem would be in an industrial area. Very happy

My partner and I come here for a late breakfast after our recovery sessions on a Saturday, and it’s the perfect way to top the morning off. Staff are amazing and the food is phenomenal.
