Very poor experience with this business. Sold me a baby lorikeet for $400 for my daughter with deformed legs stating that it was due to being squashed as a baby, it would live 15-20 years and that it learn to get around on its legs, no indications of future complications but warned to not go to vet because they will charge a fortune. I did take bird to vet and have it xrayed to find out poor bird had suffered severe malnutrition and had severe calcium deficiency such that it’s legs and tendons were severely damaged, that it had signs of fractures that had healed and would suffer ongoing wearing of skin on its hocks and infractions requiring antibiotics. Irrespective of how this damage occurred vet said this bird should never had been sold, it’s quality of life would be very compromised and suggested immediate euthanasia. Heartbreaking for my daughter and I. The owner did pay for the vet bills and did refund me the cost of bird, but on basis I returned bird. It’s a horrible situation that the bird is in this condition and is being sold. After this experience, I don’t trust the the true intentions of this operation.

Bought two guinea pigs from here and found a day later they were full of mites. When we called them about it they told us the vet was wrong! They then said they would give us money for the vet bill, but never did. I would not recommend anyone buy a pet from this place.

We were concerned with the state and welfare of the birds. Many had deformities in their beaks - which made us worried about them having a poor diet and calcium deficiency. In addition, the place was dirty, with thick cobwebs everywhere. The bird toys we bought had to be cleaned first as they were caked in dust. It felt like a number of birds were used more as display props than living creatures. We visited another bird store directly after and had a wonderful experience with birds free flying, being socialised, with access to appropriate food and diet.

Place is very dirty and not cleaned. Cobwebs are easily visible and very big, cages are extremely small and not big enough. Guinea pigs are fed diets that are not suitable and are kept in small cages in large groups. Some of the birds feel more like display pieces rather then actual animals. The staff are helpful and nice, but it doesn't excuse the practices. Look elsewhere for anything you might need.

Really glad my partner and I came here. Friendly family run business who had lots of small animals to look at and buy. They were very knowledgeable and had everything you need to buy your first rabbit - cages, bottles, food, hay all in one spot. There’s information sheets on their webpage for care of small animals too which has helped a lot as this is my first bunny. I’ve had my bunny for the last week and she been great! Thank you for your help and I highly recommend this place to others.

Bought 2 guines pigs about a month ago and 1 had mites which then infected the other. The other had been in a fight and had a huge scratch on her back. I don't think they're keeping them very well :(. Have been meaning to write this review so others know Don't buy pets from them

best place to get guinea pigs/rabbits & birdies. Happy with my nether land dwarf rabbit. Friendly staffs (especially the kids helping out).

I popped in to purchase some bird things. Behind the counter was a gentleman named Kane. Kane assisted me with which perches and toys would best suit my lori. Also had a chat and learned a whole bunch about different birds. Top bloke! Thanks for making me feel so welcome!

Couldn't recommend All Creatures Warehouse enough!!! We brought a beautiful hand raised yellow sided green cheek conure and its brought so much joy to myself and the kids! We went back to get another bird and so excited to pick up our Quaker tomorrow! They have fantastic knowledge, beautiful birds, tidy set up and don't put pressure when your trying to make a decision on which bird to get, only give great advise on what would best suit. Even let me spend some time with the bird before getting it. Before getting our conure they were very kind and even let us visit, until he was ready to be picked up. We travelled from bunyip just to get our birds from Peter and his staff and wouldn't go anywhere else! For a hand raised bird, this is the place to go!

Popped in to check it out and was very surprised at the range of awesome birds. Ended up buying a beautiful lorikeet. Great prices on bird supplies & lots of toys to choose from. Will definitely be back, Thanks Peter for such great advice and service!

Amazing birds.. You can tell these birds have been handle with care and patient from the beginning and all very tame healthy happy stock. Hats off to the owner. And I have worked In the animal industry for 30yrs.. very impressed

I dealt with Kain to buy two Australian budgies a bird cage and bird food and his service and patience with me and my son while picking what we wanted was brilliant and his help and advice was brilliant he new his stuff about all the birds in there i asked questions about. If its birds you want i recomend asking for Kain and dealing with him. Brilliant help thanks hwaps Kain mate🤙
