This
is
my
experience.
I
think
it
would
be
best
that
I
find
a
new
clinic
because
this
one
is
struggling
to
find
staff,
time
or
resources
to
keep
providing
top
medical
care
for
all
their
patients.
So,
it
is
because
I
understand
the
pressures
of
general
practice
that
I
am
deciding
to
no
longer
be
a
patient
at
this
clinic.
I've
been
left
feeling
more
like
an
inconvenience
or
a
burden
rather
than
a
patient
who
genuinely
needs
help.
The
appointments
have
been
feeling
more
and
more
rushed
compared
to
when
I
first
visited
the
clinic.
For
that
reason
I
specifically
booked
a
double
long
appointment,
but
the
receptionist
booked
someone
else
into
my
second
time
slot
without
my
knowledge
-
which
meant
that
I
wasn't
able
to
get
everything
I
needed
and
was
confused
when
my
doctor
told
me
our
time
was
up.
This
was
despite
the
fact
I
called
twice
to
confirm
my
extra
long
appointment
and
was
told
everything
was
fine.
The
receptionist
was
quite
rude
and
very
quickly
brushed
me
off.
It's
extremely
difficult
for
me
to
even
attend
appointments
as
I
live
an
hour
away.
It
is
hard
for
people
in
my
area
to
find
good
medical
care
so
sometimes
we
have
to
travel
even
further.
It
is
hugely
inconvenient
when
I'm
unable
to
get
everything
done.
I
have
done
everything
in
my
power
to
make
it
easier
for
my
GP
-
including
visiting
the
clinic
when
it
is
logistically
impractical
for
me
to
do
so,
or
filling
out
forms
for
them
in
advance
so
they
didn't
have
to
waste
their
time.
Despite
this,
my
recent
phone
appointment
was
deliberately
delayed
until
the
end
of
the
day
without
my
knowledge.
My
doctor
attended
to
other
patients
before
me
who
had
booked
appointments
after
mine.
I
was
waiting
for
over
an
hour
unable
to
do
anything
else
with
my
time,
and
this
has
happened
twice
now.
The
first
time
I
was
waiting
even
longer.
My
time
is
important
too.
I
decided
to
refrain
from
expressing
my
feelings
about
the
matter
during
the
appointment
because
I
knew
we
didn't
have
time
to
discuss
that
as
well.
So,
this
is
why
I
write
a
review.
Hopefully
it
is
taken
as
constructive
feedback,
as
I
am
not
trying
to
upset
anyone,
just
trying
to
help
-
maybe
this
can
be
a
learning
experience
for
the
clinic.
I
originally
came
to
this
clinic
after
reading
positive
reviews,
and
my
initial
experience
was
good
but
I
do
honestly
feel
that
my
experience
worsened
over
time.
The
purpose
of
leaving
this
review
is
to
share
it
with
others
like
me
who
may
wish
to
avoid
having
a
similar
experience.
