I have been having blood tests for the last 32 years. I have finally found the place for me. Lovely bright waiting room with music playing in the background. I'm a kidney patient so my veins aren't the best. But the lady who looked after me was absolutely amazing. She saw that my hands were shaking, she was very reassuring, patient and gentle. I was only discharged from hospital 3 days prior and this lady was by far the best as I had no pain. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!!

For an Australian wide company that is focused on leading edge technologies, was told by staff that this clinic doesn't have an email address to send through any documents. Steer clear if you don't have your paperwork pre-printed

Wow. Walked in, waited no more than 5 mins and was out of there in 5. What a difference compared to Skye Medical's Lab (twice visited with waiting times of 45mins and 1hr). Australian Labs is now my choice for all my blood tests👍👍.

Margret, who took my samples was absolutely lovely. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She is the reason I would return if future tests are needed. Clean environment.

I went in today for a blood test and the nurse that helped me (I can’t remember her name sorry) was very nice and helpful! I struggle with blood tests and she made it a very easy experience for me.

I came in with my 3 yr old for a blood test and the staff were amazing with him. Both were friendly and caring, making a nervous little one and his mum feel less stressed. Mr 3 was impressed with his take home stach (stamp, sticker and colouring in page). If he ever needs blood tests in the future I know where to bring him.
