They do not have social responsibility. Just operate as office hours. Sickness doesn't follow the rule of office hours. You will not find them when you need! You keep calling them and their number is always busy... And doctors are super good on sending someone for Covid testing without any reasons!

This place has to the worse place ever. The staff are rude and doctors don't care. They say put a mask on but they take thr mask off them selfs. Then they say she's been wearing it all day long 🙄 hence she's allowed too. Excuse me then what's the point of wearing it at all if that's case. Secondly I saw the doctor for the first time explained my problem and she didn't even take a look or feel just sent to off the a scan and it was the wrong area so I went for a scan for no reason and and to come back to get a referral. Guys it's not worth your time. Go else where. I'm a mother of 3 and I've been to many doctors but haven't seen or been treated like this ever in my life.

I received my COVID vaccine here and had a great experience. The staff (receptionist, nurse and doctor) were all really friendly. Smooth end-to-end process.

i had my first covid shot here the other day and i must admit i was a bit nervous. The staff were terrific, kim in particular made me feel at ease and the doctor was fantastic.

I have very bad experience with this clinic. Just one word (BAD) I Recommend people do not go this clinic because I made a appointment at 3:15 pm then I have been waiting for one hour no one call my name to see doctor.

We are regulars at this medical centre and have found all the doctors, nurses and receptionists to be very helpful and friendly.

I am go in two stars purely on the reception service not the medical service from GPS which I have been with them for a very longtime they are all fantastic. Sadly I can’t say the same for the reception today I spoke with one of them called Visanti and she was so rude she cut me off in the middle of explaining to her the reason of my phone call then she placed me on hold then hanged up on me. I waited for few minutes for her to call back but no that didn’t happen so I had to call back and she made me wait for over 10 mins then she answered and she said the line was cut off so is it too much of courtesy to call me back?? Or too much for her to apologise??? I mean where is the respect and professional mannerism??!? It’s a shame I never had this issue everytime I called cranbourne branch the ladies are all lovely.

I am absolutely disgusted with the services at Casey Medical Centre,Morison Rd. Clyde. Had an appointment for skin check. Saw girl at desk then waited for over 3/4 hour. Finally went up to see what was going on and after they checked - told me that they had forgotten to pass my appointment on to the Doctor and could I reschedule. I had wasted all this time due to them not doing their job properly, and do not recommend anyone going in for a check to use this Medical facility, as the staff is useless in their job.

Can't believe this place the reception is so rude, they have no medical experience or empathy, they will literally stop you from seeing a doctor just cause they can!! Even if it's medically necessary

The reception at the centre in Clyde branch has some good customer service people and at least one really bad one. Both in person and on the phone experience, unfortunately has been poor experience for me. Each encounter with the lady called "Kim" , has been one of impatience and rudeness. I am transferring from another medical centre only because they are a little far, since I moved to Clyde North. Please do some staff training and especially with Kim , maybe she has been in such roles fore a while and become bitter and twisted. I think effective communication skills and empathy will be a great start. I will give you guys one more chance and if there is no change I will move to a more professional medical centre. Extremely happy with the service and definitely deserves a five star rating. Went to take my Covid vaccination and the whole process didn’t take even 20 minutes. From the entrance to the exit, everything been well handled in a professional manner by the friendly staff. Highly recommending this place. Thank you.

Well organised, newly renovated, staff are welcoming and great with children. The only clinic my children have attended too. Great communication, the app is easy to use.

Dr Mal was excellent. Friendly, attentive, she listened and investigated as necessary. One star off for a 40min delay.

Big ups to Dr Auteri filling me in last minute. He sympathised with me having my antidepressants stolen and giving me a once off script. A genuine lifesaver today!

Casey Medical have taken great care of me in my 3 years of going to see them, I've seen much of the team here and they're all super lovely people. Very grateful for their care and consideration.

I had an appointment with one of the doctors at Casey medical center at Clyde. I couldn't be more happier with the care I received. Very compassionate doctor. Definitely will go back to see her again. Even the receptionist were so lovely and helpful .

As always, Dr Morrison was very helpful and explained clearly how my health journey is going. The nurses are also very good at what they do. Great experience thank you all

This is truly a great practice. All the doctors are excellent, listening to their patients and giving them the time and friendly support required to make them feel comfortable and important. My wife and I have seen a number of the doctors on the roster and received great treatment from each of them.

Dr Shiobhan(Dr to my 3rd baby) and Dr Angel (Dr to my 7year old) 😭😭(yes tears of joy and amusement) you two are amazing humans.Thank you for your amazing work.Both are very thorough and patient..I always felt rushed with drs elsewhere but these 2 when we moved to Casey medical they surpassed it all with excellent services.Dr Angel even though she had reached home time,took us in and was so patient and thorough,very rare to find such doctors,Dr Shiobhan on the other hand is the same ,she always ask if there is anything else she can assist with and if we have questions.Most doctors just focus on one thing that you went there for and 5min they want you out but Dr Shiobhan and Dr Angel are very attentive,empathetic, very kind and proffesional, all their recommendations and treatment for my kids have worked so so well👌👌..Thank you so so much for all you have done for my family.Also not forgetting the lovely ladies at the reception..All of them are just beautiful and kind🙏🙏🙏

We have a been coming here for a few years now, majority of the doctors are great, we definitely have our favourites. Reception staff have always been lovely as I have always been to them. It’s not a bulk billing clinic, yes you pay a fee but you get a much better service then a bulk billing clinic. Doctors that actually treat you properly and investigate your issue. Highly recommend

We didn't have an appointment but my son (3) had a bad bump and was a bit lethargic so we took a chance and came here. The receptionist was lovely and kind and quick to squeeze us in even if they were busy. The nurses out back were so warm and pleasant and clearly love what they do and where they work. The overall atmosphere was that of a family and it was calming considering why we were there! The doctor who saw us was also really fantastic, he took his time and assessed my child with kindness and ease. What could have been extremely stressful was made easy by the team at this medical facility.

Wish i could give 0!! for people who answer the phone to sick people they are rude. My experience was terrible.

My Mum and Dad have been coming to this clinic for many years now. They live a fair distance away from me which makes caring for them very tricky at times. The reception staff, and doctors have been nothing but amazingly flexible and understanding with their health needs. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

edical Centre is the top medical centre in this area. I have attending here at Cranbourne and Clyde for some 30years. Never experienced an issue .Staff and Doctors have all been super great. I can't speak highly enough of the Doctors here. Both my wife and I have been looked after exceptionally well. When we both have had serious issues ,they were handled highly professionally and we were well looked after with top doctors in our Hospital stays. We both have the utmost trust in this Medical Centre. Terry & Meiqi Nash.
