For someone like me who was pretty new to haircare and colouring, she perfectly guided me through the process and explained everything very clearly without judging. Has taken $200 from my account from an appointment I cancelled on line days prior to my appointment. Returned in well from Bali and can't attend, gave notice and still took $200 from my bank in athuorised.
