I am really impressed with the practice. I just moved to the area so wanted to establish a new doctor. The reception staff are so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and modern, and the doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. So happy to have found such a great practice in a very convenient location.

First time visiting this office and my impressions are good. It feels well run, clean bright, new & friendly. Dr Shamnika Rupasinghe was so friendly, understanding, and supportive in my appointment that I want to make sure other people know! He was comfortable addressing my past health history after recent surgery, and incredibly helpful, really grateful.

From the minute I called for an appointment the Receptionist was fabulous and very welcoming. Appointment followed later in the day. Nurse was very friendly as was the doctor. I am new to the area and delighted to have found myself a local GP with great staff.

I was referred to this clinic by my own GP for my 5th covid vaccination. I found the front receptionist extremely friendly & very helpful. The nurse who vaccinated me was so gentle & lovely & thorough. l absolutely felt not a thing.The Dr l delt with completed my first experience with this clinic as one of my most comfortable medical appointments. Easy to park there too. I must add my first impression of this clinic is very high.

We cannot recommend Innovate Health Langwarrin enough. From the lovely clean and modern clinic to the ease of booking online and everything in between. Dr Shamnika is incredible, we never feel rushed seeing him and always feel our issues are resolved. Wendy the receptionist always greets us with a smile and goes above and beyond, helping with referrals and appointments wherever she can.

Highly Recommend- From the moment you walk in you are greeted, cared for and looked after by Reception. Dr Shamnika went above and beyond, this is the first practise I have been to that actually makes you feel heard and looked after. I had a small biopsy this morning, the nurse was amazing, understanding, caring and relatable. I can you not speak more highly of this practise. You have a patient for life. Thank you!

Innovate Health was a fantastic experience from the get go. Wendy, the receptionist, was warm and welcoming over the phone, and from the moment we stepped foot in the door, we felt comfortable with her friendly and helpful persona. Dr Anita was lovely and very thorough during consultation. I knew that we were being listened to and our needs were being met. I felt confident and satisfied with the care we received.

I really liked Dr Anita, we got on I felt. She’s not the blank slate blank faced type of doctor, she’s very human and I could relate. She has good ideas and I love that she’s studying micro biome, study of the gut.
