Friendly staff with good knowledge of attractions. Small retail outlet with souvenirs. Located near a cafe, plenty of parking near Frankston pier.

Drop by to this visitor centre during our visit to Frankton. Like the atmosphere and souvenirs selection there. We end up bought a puzzle with Australia map and bookmarks. The lady staffs here are very friendly and cheerful! They are helpful and patient to answer all of our questions and doubts.

Expensive parking. Poor washroom/toilet facilities with broken fittings right before a major public event. Care factor not good.

At the Visitor Centre there are many brochures available for Frankston, the Peninsula, and other regions of Victoria. The staff are very helpful and will attempt to find an answer to all of your questions. What I really like is the large range of gifts for sale and most of these are locally made.
