Thankyou so much to your outstanding team member/manager, Emily at Specsavers Point Cook. Her customer service was more than excellent and she made the whole experience smooth, easy & very compressive. Even when I was being indecisive on which frame to choose she was incredibly helpful and patient. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed and left feeling extremely happy! Also what a fantastic range of frames you have!!!!! Highly recommended.. 10/10 5☆'s ♡

I would give 10 stars to Jana if it was possible. Exceeded my expectations in every front. From helping me chose correct frame to not charging extra for the higher cost replacement frame.

I have been using Point Cook Specsavers for years and I have had very good experience with them. However, my last visit to the store was a very disappointing one. I had my eye test appointment at 6.05 in the evening. The optometrist was in such a hurry to go home and rushed everything. I don't think he has done a proper test of my eyes. I got my glasses a couple of days ago and I don't feel like I got the correct glasses. I have to use it for couple of weeks to make sure it is the correct one or not. Please do not book your appointments in the evening. You will not receive proper care if you go there in the evening.

Great staff, very knwolwdgebkae and helpful with questions I had. Guided me with variety of frames. Took the time to see what frames I felt comfortable with. Highly recommend Point Cook Specsavers

Very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend picking up your frames during one of there sales, as the value is really good. Only real criticism is that certain frame styles (not brands but the actual shape) are priced higher than the others.

Great service. I don’t even think I bought my frames from this specsavers location specifically, but I brought them in because they were a bit damaged. It's almost a year since I bought them and they flight fix the frame, and instead just gave me a whole new frame for free without even asking

Very friendly bunch of people , made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the store. The optometrist was awesome explained everything in a way that I understood and made me feel comfortable with the information I received. Great experience definitely go back

Friendly, professional and experienced staff. I rushed to the store 15 minute before it closes, the bubbly staff member welcomed me and efficiently placed my order through, she listens to my need and was clear in her explanation. Thank you and I would highly recommend Specsavers Point Cook.
