IN THE HEART OF CARRUM DOWNS on HALL Rd VERY CLOSE AND PLENTY OF SHOPS AROUND THE CENTRE & ON THE MAIN ROAD 😊 // VERY BUSY SHOPPING CENTRE , PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE // THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL & SERVICE WITH A SMILE !*....There is McDonald's & Hungry Jack's very close by - Pizza Shops & The SANDS Pokies Venue // Petrol Station Close to Shopping Centre ....... Always a Favourite shopping centre for me to visit for all my needs ..... The CARRUM DOWNS REGIONAL is always looked after by seeing it inside the centre updated & renovated to a better scene & look..... New addition is DANIEL's DONUTS stand & still the SUSHI BAR Stand - & The. CHINESE TAKE AWAY Shop .....The FISH & CHIPS Shop..... The POST OFFICE is very handy......A PATISSERIE SWEETS CORNER SHOP right next to Kmart.... All along the path to the outside of the Regional Carrum Downs shopping centre is a variety of Businesses & Food stores... .Always Clean & fresh shopping centre & buzzing with customers.....

"The old faithful" shopping centre. Has many good places to shop, however the centre as a whole is somewhat deprecated and isolating. If it does wasn't the closest store to me, and if Kmart, Cheap as Chips and various dinner options, then I would choose to shop elsewhere.

Clean, great variety of shops. Great carparking. Cheap as Chips is my favourite store. Kmart has good stock but it's completely *self serve* now. I much prefer customer service & always have difficulty scanning items. Bad move for kmart as I won't be returning again. Please remedy this soon as most seniors will avoid *self serve* as it's such a bother...

Everything is there including bank, Post Office etc but the place looks like it could do with some major renovation. Toilets are about a marathon walk to source. It is a bit tatty for a modern area shopping centre.

Reasonable sized shopping centre plenty of parking. Few smaller shops as well as Kmarts and Woolworths. Some take away food outlets nearby. Clean and tidy.

Serves it's purpose as a small shopping centre, could be so much better by fixing up the carpark layout & revamping the whole place it's a bit dated & rough.

Shopping Centre is great, but they are doing road works where you enter and exit. So if you don't know the area very well, all the detour signs are very confusing. Will go back again once they are completed.

I would drive twice as far to go somewhere else. Entering the centre is like traveling to a shopping centre in a developing country, but with slightly worse toilets. The centre is an eyesore, the parking spaces seem unusually short and narrow, and is it always so dark and dingey inside? I was there at lunch time and it seemed like there was no light other than that coming from the shops.

Went late afternoon so it was fairly quiet. Usually car park is a nightmare. Good set of shops and lovely cafe nr Kmart.

Not really a great spot only few stores making location useful otherwise it does need serious makeover.

Carrum Down Regional Shopping Centre has a lot of different shops there. But go visit "Cheap as Chips" store. The range of stock is very good. The staff is terrific.

Great location just needs a make over and some new decent shops.. its very run down would be great to have some more cafes, hairdressers, shops etc.

This shopping centre is run down & old, needs an update & omg the car park is a disaster. I live around the block & don’t shop here, I would rather go to karingal or Cranbourne.

Quite a good selection of stores set in a but if a rough neighbourhood. No longer a regional setting and very well located. Plenty of parking, ATMs etc. Woolies is the main grocery store with all the other usual small businesses

It's good for Parking and Woolworth and Kmart the main 2. And Mecca's & HJ at both gates and it has Cheap as Chips and plenty of food shops. No Aldi or Coles.

Young ladies work I n self service. So kind polite offer people if ther a short 1 or 2 dollars from ther own Change tips thet get give to people short . Really good personal service on another level . Ev e n a girl from woolworths and we both in chemist I had 5 bucks but chem said repeats double or more price. And I said I leav meds for two days girl bhind me which works at woollies yet she insisted in help pay 20 I try give the 5 dollars to her all I had she said keep it for food. Young lovely lady insisted to pay I never felt imbarrest but over whelmed . Tears in eyes thank u to Young lady been many times cant see her to pay back or pay forward

A nice liitle shopping centre to go to. Like going there to have a look around.

All the shops you need but has to be one of the worst carparks I've ever been too, just a bad design from the start.

Parking is horrible. There is always litter everywhere outside and the doorway stinks of cigarettes. Also there are always bogans and bratty, troublemaking teenagers there

This shopping centre has a pretty bad reputation but honestly, I've found it to be a good shopping centre. The Safeway there is really well stocked with lots of products that aren't available at other Safeway stores. I just wish there was more shops there and wish that the Kmart was better.

More of an old fashioned centre, but has a Woolies and a K-mart, free parking. Needs a make over, but not too packed.

Food was great. Service was great( way better than other places we've been) staff were attentive. Good family venue.

That central shopping centre needs a knock down and rebuild bigger double story more brand stores to and modern to service a growing community yes if Woolworths wasn't their and Kmart , its to daggy and dated .

Not a bad little shopping strip. Most things you need can be found here. Carpark is a nightmare though needs a little bit of thought put into it.

A large Woolworths, Kmart, and Commonwealth bank ATM, this shopping centre has a lot of amenities. Also home to the best kebabs in the area.

I only saw Woolies, but parking was pretty good and I was able to get in, get what we needed and get out quick.

Shops are perfectly fine but the Santa going around is super creepy and tried to hit on me

Great little centre only downside is the way you have to go to get to the toilets, could do with some near woolies at other end of the centre and not down long narrow hall way...

My local shopping centre with woolies, kmart and smaller variety stores there is lots of parking available.

Due to the large size of the stores they have a better range and stock than Frankston. Although car park iss bit chaotic it is free and close to shops.

First time I've been there in 14 years quite impressed by all changes and additions. The last time I was there I was able to walk this time visiting was in a wheelchair I'm very happy by how wheelchair friendly the stores and people are I'm proud to be from Carrum Downs 👍

Good small shopping centre with kmart, woolworths , Priceline , cheap as chips and some smaller stores. Lots of parking, open pretty late , has indoor public toilet and a couple of food places, coffee, sushi etc. Convenient

Besides having a Woolworths & a Kmart, I don't see too many reasons to stop here. There's a Maccas & a HJs here too, but you have to play dodgem cars across the car parks to get to them.

Lots of shops here and K-mart, woolworths ,chemist and more, happy retailers willing to show you a smile and help with whatever your needs are. My local woolworths just down the road,

Clean only thing that annoyed me the amount of people thet don't log into the actual centre. Rediculous

Just a happy atmosphere and a enjoy it. Frankston can be quite dark at times, even with the sun shining

The Hub is undergoing redevelopment which makes shopping there a bit difficult. The new MarketPlace Fresh, Coles and Aldi are a great addition. It'll be 5 stars when it's finished.

The IGA is fantastic so is the fish n chip shop,great bakery and Noodle place very good for a small shopping centre

Spent some time browsing in this store. There is a huge range of products available at reasonable prices.

Great little shopping centre. Has everything you need. Kmart, Woolworths, Priceline, hairdressers, $2 style shops and Coffee shops, Bakery and even a Sushi shop.

Ate at the kebab shop and no cooks were wearing masks AND the girl that was being trained had her mask under her chin. Got food poisoning from there. Will NEVER go there again and the police should investigate. Period.

Old faithful Carrum Downs centre has not changed in over 20 years. The inside of the building is incredibly open and spacious, however as a result, looks empty and isolating. What it does have going for it is a good variety of big chain stores, along with multiple small businesses to cater for most needs. Much overdue for a interior renovation, make it feel more inviting to patrons and do something with the large open spaces in the centre of the space.

An old and limited shopping mall. K- Mart is one of the few draw cards here. I tend to travel further to shop - Cranbourne or Fountain Gate where there is plentiful undercover parking , a greater variety of shops and clean , modern toilets.

The place feels like run down and dodgy to be honest

Small but a good shopping centre, a few goid fast food plavmces around the centre, eg Hungry Jacks, MacDonalds, Kebabs, Charcoal Chicken, Pizza, Fish and Chios plus in the centre there is your Woolworths, Target, and a variety of other small businesses.

Good, convenient little shopping centre. Has mostly everything, including an excellent florist that stocks fresh flowers @ reasonable prices which is my main reason for shopping there!parking is not good here though. The car park is always full!!

I hope the owners of the Carrum Downs Shopping Centre read this review and do something about the unruly and dangerous incidents happening inside the shopping centre by a group of young teenagers. It has become a circus in there, especially around the kmart area as there are these same children that use foul language and riding scooters and skateboards while screaming profanities at people and customers. When we as customers tell them to stop it as they shouldn't be riding in the shopping centre, they still fly around on their scooters and skateboards at dangerously high speeds. From what I am gathering, this has been going on for some time and complaints to centre management have achieved nothing so far. I would like to share my own experience on a recent Sunday evening while walking towards Kmart: One of these young teenagers who was riding at high speed on a scooter narrowly missed crashing into my little daughter who was next to me, and when my wife told them to stop it and go and ride outside, they told my wife to 'eff' and 'off'. I spoke to Kmart staff about this and the kmart staff said they have spoken to Centre Management and that nothing has been done so far. When I spoke to security on the day who was further down in the shopping centre, the security said that there is not much he can do about it and infront of us the teenagers still continued to do whatever they wanted with no consequence. The following day I called Centre Management where a lady answered who also said she will log the case and that's all she could do. To date, nothing has happened, since I still see these same unruly young teenagers there doing whatever they like. I will now stop going there as this is the worst shopping centre I have ever been to.

For a small town shopping centre it has a pretty decent selection of shops: Kmart and Cheap as Chips are the stand outs. The car park is awful though, it needs an overhaul.

Parking is great, easy, and accessible for all. Best time to go is a week day between 1-3pm

I was really surprised by this place, it's not a huge shopping centre, but the parking was easy and has good access points. Inside there is a good variety of stores and the place was quite busy!

Since Kmart has arrived it is a very busy shopping centre, Chinese, Pizza, kebabs it's great to visit and sometimes sit down and have a meal

I love coming here to shop and pay bills, as it has everything you need for basic needs. From shopping for clothes at Kmart, to paying bills and posting letters at the post office to shopping for groceries at Woolworths. It's got everything.

This was a surprise. Looks tiny on the outside, but then opens up when you get inside. Good mix of shops.
