Interesting little collections of shops. From the general store to the coffee shop next door. The restaurant and bakers shop smell inviting. Life planners and investment advice as well. Update 06/2022: Wow? The building expansion has been enormous. So many new and exciting shop, cafes including The Coffee Club, vast fresh food places,, clothing shops. Foods courts vastly expanded including Roll'd Vietnamese!

We've been here a few times now and the place is always bustling indicative of this being a very popular shopping mall. It's large, clean and packed with all the usual shops you'd expect to see in a shopping mall like this including supermarkets, eateries and cafes, and the telecom stores. There's also an impressive Village Cinemas. It's fairly large and clean, and each time we've been here there's always been good parking.

Love karingal hub. Got everything. Great food court. Dad loves the Mongolian beef . There is sushi. And lots of different food to try there. . Westpac. Branch is nice. .Katie's ,Rockmans , Specsavers. Lots of jewellery shops. Huge Aldi with lots of fresh produce. Also Dusk is now there instead of just at Frankston which you have to pay for parking for. . Lots of sports shops . Lots Clothing shops . Toilets east to find and always clean. . Free parking, a big bonus.. Big Drs where Westpac used to be. . Clean. Spacious. Welcoming.. For Sharon H. Drew Dow. I'm sure China would love you . They are still in lockdown. Just a reminder about others not wearing masks. Some have excemptions. .But You wear your mask you will be fine , ,n95s are best though . Also please get all your boosters.. Word on the street is you will not die from Covid if you do all those things.. . .I am so grateful as someone who suffers with asthma and COPD I simply can not breathe with a mask on and I was probably one of those horrible people you saw enjoying life as we returned to some normality and I was not discriminated against. . With all the new health demands Karingal hub has all new air being pumped in and it's very Clean. Also Maybe if your so scared instead of demanding covid marshals hassle everyone else who don't do as you demand, you should just shop online instead of trying to ruin the last bit of human kindness like a simple smile can do in these last few years of policing over a bad flu. Were all going to die. . stay home if your so worried instead of having police at every door and harrassing people without masks.. . Karingal Hub is a great place to go. It's had alot of work done and it's top shelf now. .

Free parking is a winner. Newly renovated centre with all the shops you need. The only downside is the little kids play area which really has nothing suitable for little kids. Shopping is great though.

I’m not a big fan of shopping malls (crowds, parking etc), but they are handy for multi-shop trips. The hub feels more spacious than other malls, so I am more likely to go here, especially during these COVID times.

Easy parking and some under cover spots too. Clean and tidy ..love the variety of shops, it could be helpful to have more Menswear shops to choose from though. I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere at Karingal Hub

With the recent renovations Karingal hub most certainly has had a glow-up. Contains most major shopping brands/businesses. Also google, please update the shopping centre, it has had some major renovations that aren't visible.

This place is so much better since the refurbished the layout seems to be so much user friendly. There's is a great selection of top quality fashion outlets and just a fantastic selection of everything you might want. It's worth going for a tour at the least. I'm extremely impressed and will endeavour to shop here more in the future.

Great big playground outside village cinema. Multi level with lots of climbing and exploring for older kids. Undercover area for parents to sit.

  • 3/5 Brenda P. 1 month ago on Google • 51 reviews New
To a newcomer, this is a hard place to find your way around. Yes, there's a map giving you a letter and a number for each shop - just try finding those on the shops! This makes shopping harder especially for older shoppers who haven't the energy for going back and forth. The music is horrendously too loud especially if you want to sit and chat over a meal or coffee. And it's hard to call a cab because you can't hear yourself speak, even outside the doors. On the good side: a great variety of shops and Woollies and Aldies there too. The food court is great with some great Asian cooking.

Really good for the 3 big supermarkets. Being in one place and a few smaller shops like Mr. Minute, Much better than a lot of the enormous shopping centres that have exactly the same shops as each other. At least here you get some variety.

Always feel comfortable to shop at this place, great food court. free parking, all grocery stores close to each other, not like others shopping centres.

I love the selection of shops (Big W, TK Maxx, Platypus, Sports girl, Bonds, Susans + the Reject Shop to name a few) as well as the three supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths and Aldi) there is always fun things for the kids to do too!

All the super markets except IGA. Always clean and tidy. I shop there instead of Bayside Frankston because at Frankston you have to pay for parking. Not good.

This place is well designed. The atmosphere is welcoming I found it very maze-like though. But I appreciate the homey environment, it’s almost cross with a sort of boujee vibe. Either way I liked it.

The main store that I went to visit wasn't located where Google said it was!! Traipsed all over looking for BeMe only to find it in Rockmans! The actual Hub has too many people crammed into such a small space all walking in "go slow mode"! Nicely renovated, with fresh feel to it.

Cannot pay with card if its less than $10. We went in on Monday 3rd January came in to see if they sold fidget snappers and saw a fidget toy advert calander and i asked how much. They said its $30 but it will be $15. I didnt take it as I needed to get paid on Wed to get it. Went in today to buy it as I wasnt able to buy the fidget snapper as it was $6. So i go in today and get told now the calender is $40 and so its $20 today. I walked out. Things dont have prices on them so they can rip you off. Wont be back. Id rather go to the reject shop next door with set pricing or even get the fidget snappers and other toys online on wish and wait a few months to arrive vs veing ripped off!! I wouldnt be upset if the price was $20 on Monday and $20 today. Its more that they ripping off the public. Never again will i come back.

Still getting updated constantly, It's got everything you need for weekly shops, I would love to see more Brand name shops, but it's still great. Ps, car spaces are small I recommend parking next to the Market fresh entrance. The center management staff very helpful, recently I needed a wheel chair and they're me feel welcomed.

The New look is great cant wait until all the Shops are open. Only one thing I wasn't keen on the New Directories I think there are too hard technically for alot of people to use especially older people otherwise looks great, Sharon

The upgrades to the whole place have modernised the hub. I also find there is a great selection/variety of shops. There are grocers and also your chain supermarkets. Though I did find there were not many chairs to sit on, if you got tired from shopping or waiting for others. Also the upgraded food court is in a better location and accessible from two sides. I will be back.

  • 5/5 Tempest K. 1 year ago on Google
Since the refit of the hub, its become such a wonderful place to shop. So much fresh foods, great little eateries. The free parking is always a bonus to. There is a wonderful fish market here that does super fresh sushi. Much prefer shopping at the hub than Frankston Bayside these days.

The selection of shops is excellent. TK Maxx, Miller's, Big W, Katie's, Rivers are some of the clothing stores here. Good food court and nice atmosphere, especially since it was renovated. Excellent grocery shopping complex with Woolies, Coles and ALDI all together. It's fully free parking here too. Much better shopping centre than Bayside, don't go to Bayside where the greedy owners charge you for parking, come to Karingal

I was so disappointed when I brought my twin boys yesterday as they were waiting patiently to do the Gardening School Holiday Activity. The young girl at the door let other people in who have only one child (who were in line after us) and didn’t let us in because I had two of them and then she let another mum in with another one child who were in the line after us as well. She could have really let us in cause those were 2 kids that went in before us and took 2 spots!!! I told her that I don’t think this is fair and took my children and left. I had to rush mmm and pick up my 3rd child. My children were so upset and it was a perfect example to teach them that life is NOT FAIR sometimes!!! I was soooo disappointed at the Karingal Hub staff!!!

  • 3/5 Melissa G. 3 years ago on Google
It was super busy and no one seemed to be socially distancing but its kind of hard to put that in place when there is such a high volume of people..I'd like to further add that it's not the centres fault if people don't enforce the social distancing precautions for themselves. it's something we as a community need to keep on top of to flatten the curve once again ... I hope everyone remains safe and well during this difficult time

I went there on the 25th of April to do some shopping got there at 10:20 in the morning only to find it was closed and it didn't open until 1:00 in the afternoon so I had to wait around at Karingal Hub for 2 hours and 40 minutes not happy, annoyed and very disappointed. I know it was Anzac day that day but that is still no excuse. The place could at least open at 10:00 in the morning on Anzac day because when I was sitting on a seat outside Karingal Hub I saw heaps of people coming in there cars to do some shopping and when they saw that it wasn't open until 1:00 in the afternoon they got in their cars and left again and most of them weren't happy about it, so next year for Anzac day try and open earlier so that problem doesn't happen again and wake up to yourselves

Huge difference with the upgrade, still in progress. A lot of shops leaning more towards the younger generation, and love having Coles and Aldi there now, as well as the other stores like Big W still there. It is now a more rounded centre and it's the only place I now go to for general shopping.

  • 5/5 B W. 2 years ago on Google
New to area, this looks like a new mall or renovated. Nice and modern inside, plenty of space with free parking and major supermarket and shops. My go to place for grocery shopping now compares to bayside shopping mall.

  • 5/5 Mac C. 2 years ago on Google

A bit frustrating with a few stores closed during the covid19 but I recommend you call first to ensure you don't website your time but there's always at least 1 shop open for whatever your needs are. But you can't stop for a coffee at the moment or use the rest rooms so plan ahead.
