Great place to take kids. Has a lot of activities for them to do, including the very popular pirate ship ride and there is also a separate safe section for kids under 2. Lots of drink and food options for kids and adults including soy lattes, flat whites, skinny mocha, juices, chips, toasted wholemeal sandwiches, nuggets and salads. Air conditioned and comfortable environment.

Great place for kids in Carrum Downs. Priced well. CARRY YOUR OWN SOCKS. Pirate ship is cool and a climbing wall for kids over 5 ( few dollars more ). Host parties, food can be organized here. Personally loved the air powered cannons that shoot sponge balls.

A good play centre with different activities. Climbing with only $5 extra. Air hockey and a lot of other games. inflatable jumping castle, under 2 yrs play area. However, other Play areas seem to be smaller in my opinion. Friendly staff, food is good. Kids swing boat ride free(one ride). Overall, nice place to spend a couple of hours. The location of play centre is in a commercial area.

Is not bad & serves a purpose but has some issues. There were a few noticeable things such as lack of anyone on reception to let people in & out, the high chairs were all dirty (not a clean one in sight, plenty available & not a busy day, makes you think when were they last wiped down). There were a lot of older kids in the toddlers area, which clearly states for children 2 & under. Just seemed to be a lack of overall management & controls/processes in place. I probably wouldn't go back & I would look at other options for outings with the kids.

The facility needs an urgent maintenance everywhere, from soap dispensers in the toilets, to better cleaning and hygiene around the play area, very filthy, climbing area has been closed for more than a year now. The food is average (-) a greater variety of choices would be nice. Staff isn’t proactive or efficient serving birthdays. Also fairly pricy for what you get.

Wide of variety of stuff to do for kids here. Truth be told, we avoided Lollipops Carrum Downs in the past due to the pricing structure which required parents to pay $3.50 per entry (including a drink) for each parent. This was on top of the fee for the kids. We had visited other play centres in the area instead. But since Lollipops reviewed their prices, we decided to visit today. Had plenty of fun with with the kids. Plenty of space for all but it got crowded quickly. This was also probably due to the wet weather outside. Didn’t try the coffee today but the chips were fairly reasonably priced with generous portion sizes.

We attended Charlotte's 4th Birthday party. An excellent venue for children to play, with nice coffee. My granddaughter LOVED this safely created fun park. After the birthday we stayed there for two hours. Recommended with confidence. On the 30/10/23 my granddaughter celebrated her birthday party. The staff are excellent - they truly are amazing! They're so helpful they go far & beyond to please. A wonderful time was had by all. Again, I'm recommending Lollipops as the best venue for children's birthday parties.

Great for kids, although extremely busy at times. Unfortunately less fantastic for the adults, long wait times to order food or drinks and even longer wait time to receive your order.

I have been coming to this place for so long now. Been doing birthday parties to. It is currently under new management and I have never seen the place so clean. Even the playground and slide is sparkly. Love it new owners are so nice 😃

Took my boys here today (16/01/23), and even though the girls were understaffed and busy I just want to say they both did an amazing job looking after everyone. The business owner should be very proud of their efforts and customer service shown today. We live in nsw but visit family nearby and love to come to lollipops!

Very quiet and accommodating. Kids enjoyed it. Great place for people who don't like crowds. ( Weekday). Good cafe.

Staff are amazing and work so hard to keep this place in shape, they go above and beyond to please the customers. Play equipment could use some tlc and some $$$ put into it by owners. But all round a great cheap day out :) we love our weekly visits here!

We’ve visited many times & hosted a birthday party. Great value & relaxed atmosphere. Would be good for kids (& parents) who don’t do crowds well!

Absolutely disgusting, customer service is zero, pirate ship ran once in almost 2 hours even then kids had to wait a ridiculous time to get on it, needs actual staff that clean and listen when u tell them there is a massive spill that needs cleaning, it was so hot in there no aircon, no one at the front to let you in and out... I could go on but I can't be bothered....

I took my 8 month old to Carrum downs lollipops today and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The play equipment and centre was clean and well set out. The food and coffee was delicious but the best part was the service. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but whoever was working this morning was fantastic. It started to get a little busier and even though she was on her own her service was 10/10. It must of been tricky on her own but you wouldn’t know because she always served us with a smile and was so friendly. We will defiantly be back, thank you for making my daughters first play centre visit a great one.

Good place, kids had a great time. Did the party package and felt was good value. Staff were really nice. Only critique would be the cat costume needs some repairs/tlc.

Few issues: - Staff not allowing an autistic child on the ship with their parent the first round, even though they knew my child was autistic. My poor child was first in line & was hysterical waiting. - Cold aircon in winter, the whole centre was absolutely freezing. - Wait times for food absolutely ridiculous. - Didn't see any clearing of tables or cleaning while we were there. - Bathroom facilities were dirty, soap dispenser didn't work and lack of toilet paper.

When there today to bring my 14 months old daughter to the toddler playground which clearly stated for 2 years old and under but come to my surprise older kids more than 2 years old was jumping around. Feeling not safe for my daughter straight went to the exit. Spoke to the manager and he managed to clear all the older kids however decided to went home because 1st impression was bad. Asking for refund because of the dispute but was not entertained.

Love this lollipops always friendly staff the play equipment is big enough for grown-ups to search through for your kids but not big that you are searching for 30 minutes. Love the pirate ship but of extra fun for the bigger kids and the rock climbing wall all included in the entry price, which does not cost an arm and a leg. The food is yummy and generous sizes excellent prices as well. The toilet facilities are always clean and staff are very approachable. This is actually my favourite play centre to visit

I come here with my 12month old child, absolutely loves the toddler area, plenty to explore & always plenty of balls in the ball pit. I was here over the weekend & again great experience with the play area & staff. The one thing I feel you need to improve on is cleaning of the toddler area, young kids are crawling in this area, I found it to be really dirty on my last visit, build up of dirt, food crumbs, hair and gosh knows what else especially between mats, some of the ball pit balls are stained with dirt & the slide in the middle smells like mould. Would really love to see this improved but otherwise great play area.

Just under $50 for 3 kids, Adults are free. The playground is smaller than other play centres. There is a boat ride that runs every now and then which the kids loved. Food is rather expensive from the cafe though

Great venue. Spent a wonderful couple of hours here to celebrate my Great grand daughter's 2nd birthday. A very enjoyable fun place for children and parents alike. Thank you. 😊

Great for younger kids, a little quieter than some other places and the music isn't insanely booming noisy. Wonderful staff, great prices. My daughter and I go weekly.

Went on a weekday with my kids. Not busy which was great, they have an awesome play area for kids under 2 with lots of things for them to do. Lots of places for parents to sit and have coffee and lunch. Also heaps of room for prams.

This was my first time attending and I wasn't impressed it took over an hour for our food, if we didn't go and ask where it was we wouldn't have got it. Got told they lost our order yet we got our coffees that were ordered at the same time. They need a separate kitchen to do the food for the parties they have so that their other paying customers don't have to wait forever for drinks and food.

One of the better and more orderly play centres from my experience. Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Good balance of activities for all ages. Due to size doesn't feel overcroweded, even during school holidays.

Great spot for the kiddies, big areas of play and a different array of fun activities keeping them busy for a good 2 hours at least! When it comes to food and service that is the small let down, the owner/manager does a great job however the kids working there need to take it a bit more seriously, items constantly forgotten after ordering or extremely long waits isnt cool when you've got a hungry child!

Very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell that staff are going the extra mile to keep the place clean and safe due to covid. Some vegan food options would be appreciated as you can't bring in your own food.

This place is outstanding! Extremely safe & clean. Fun for all ages, with separate play area for toddlers. Party food for kids and parents great quality & selection...well worth the money. Staff are polite and well organized.

Got here at 10am today. The baby area was so filthy! Left over food, dirt everywhere, lots of diamonds all over the floor ( choking hazards) a few socks inside the climbing part. Couple of floor mats don't fit together well and has a 2/3 cm gap which held lots of old food, dirt, leaves. Staff came over with cleaning equipment once they seen me taking photos. Did not apologize for the mess.
