    I didn't get anything from this store & I never will again after entering the store & toilets. I observed 5 workers behind the counter doing nothing, the restaurant was filthy as and the toilets you could smell urine even before entering the toilet section, it was so filthy I didn't even want to sit on the seat or wash my hands for that matter!! Seriously Manager you need your store shut down & deep cleaned!

    This particular McDonald's is nothing special at all, it has its good and bad moments, The food can be very satisfying or very disappointing.. always check your order as more often than not, there will be mistakes or just not made properly, many times ingredients have just been missing all together... I can't say that I would Recommend this McDonald's, it's more of a last resort most of the time.

    Fries were not cooked properly. Too much mayonnaise on Big Mac. Ronald needs to help his workers at this branch. McDonald's should be fast, hot, and delicious. Not, rushed, warm, and disappointed. More staff equals less mistakes. No staff? Start investing in Kitchen Robotics.

    These guys should get a reward for NEVER getting it right! Spent almost $50 to receive rock hard chicken burgers that are inedible. Called the manager to complain and she hung up on me. *One star cos I can't give zero stars*

    Absolute rubbish. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. It went in the bin. This is what you call a burger. My 2 year old would of done a better job and by the look of all your reviews maybe it's time for some quality control. Disgusting

    Had to wait for over 20 minutes to get our order. When it came through, the deluxe ice coffee wasn't to specification. So had to wait for another one. The large fries were soft and soggy. Worst ones No Serviettes in dispenser nor was issued with our take-away Would never visit again.

    The team seemed to be too occupied to attend to customer queries when the self-serve kiosks weren't accepting card payments. Response - add your order again on another kiosk. Tables weren't cleaned so finding a clean seat was a struggle.

    My first time at this Maccas location so I was wondering what my experience was going to be like. I arrived at 1:15pm so I would miss the peak of the lunch time crowd. I didn't have to wait to be served by what I guess is the Shift Manager. They had a busy drive-thru which caused a bit of a wait for my food, but that's to be expected. What's not to be expected, is ordering a large meal only to be presented with a serve of fries where the tide was clearly out. I went back to the counter to have them topped up no problem, but where was the apology? Definitely room for improvement. Finally, a problem faced by this location is exactly that. Its location. Being so close to the beach, people park here & go to the beach leaving no parking for customers despite what appears to be a 45 minute limit.

    Poor service. Received single chicken burger when ordered double. Ordered 3 has browns. Received no has browns. Ordered sauces. Did not receive this either. Not sure what is happening the team in mc Donald's at the moment but I know you can do better . 🙌. Receipt has shown the full order but products have been missed.

    Visited on Christmas Day, many shops were closed except for this one. Waited 40 mins for ice cream and cold drinks but it was very busy which explains it. Staff were nice however forgot my hash browns, quickly given when asked for it.

    just had a Maccas delivery. NO straws for drinks. Chips & Nuggets colder than the drinks. Burger nothing special & had pickle even though we requested NONE. Breakfast menu not available means we buy less often. No reason for cold food.....we live 3-4 down the road.

    Honestly disappointed. Had to wait for my toastie, which is fine, but when I got it the tomato was icy cold and the cheese was not even melted. When I took it in to the shop the manager gave me a serve of attitude and the drive through crew were acting like there was no customers in the store mucking around

    We bought mcspicy burgers and were quite disappointed with the presentation of the food. It had very little to no lettuce and sauce with a patty that was dry. No like the photos or what we expected at all. $10 for such a burger is definitely not worth it and not value at all.

    Just bought my daughter an iced latte, She drank half of it and was spitting little ants out onto her hand. Got home tipped the drink out onto the sink and there were about another 10 ants, some with wings. Some of them were actually stuck in the ice cubes. Tried to call the store several times. No answer no message, just rang out over and over. Great! Thanks Maccas

    My order was over 15 minutes late. There was no response from the girls there. Then my fish fillet burger was hard as a brick. I got it replaced, and it was thrown together with the sauce dripping out of the burger and nothing inside. It's still hard as a brick. The girl at the counter laughed when I showed it to her the second time. I did get a refund.

    All I want is a soft serve…. Every time I go there , I get the same response “sorry the soft serve machines not working … “ and now the monitors at the drive thru have been broken for days so u can’t look at the menu. Who ever runs this place must have got their business degree off a weetbix box , cause this place is a joke

    Takes ages to order anything nobody notices you standing at the counter waiting impatiently. I and my partner have walked out numerous times because of this lack of attention from staff. The restaurant itself is always dirty and littered with wrappers and leftover food usually smeared everywhere and when confronted about this we were told "what's the point it'll be dirty again straight away " pathetic response I thought. The manager is usually a teenager with no idea and a team who have little or no respect for their leader. Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to in my life an embarrassment to the brand

    Guy in the back who's supposed to making the burgers has his gloves on but playing on his phone. Supervisor sees him but doesn't seem to care if unsanitary. Meanwhile everyone in line upset about the service and at least a dozen cars waiting in the driveway.

    First time I’ve eaten in this store (10pm on a Sunday) and it was absolutely disgustingly filthy. Rubbish everywhere, on floor, on tables, food smeared all over tables, smashed window in door. Manager on duty just standing there scrolling on his phone. Disgraceful. Never again.

    Toilets locked asked if they could unlock them. A girl said yes never unlocked them waited for over 5 minutes thinking she might be busy so had to ask again and a lovely girl opened them for us. I'm pregnant so I was busting hoping I would pee myself lol

    Food took almost my entire lunch break to come out, self serve kiosk wouldn’t print Reciept so unsure of what number my order was, inside of store was very dirty. Only reason for the two stars was the girl at the desk, Parker. She offered the very best customer service despite being the only person working the registers and packing orders during a peak busy time. Really great service skills and positive attitude.

    The worst experience at any maccas anywhere in the world! I needed to use the loo, but the male toilet was disgusting and the loo paper machine was broken. Tried the invalid loo, again disgusting, toilet buttons to flush were missing and the bowl was full of paper and poo, and the door lock was broken so I had to hope no one tried to enter. I took the top cover of the toilet off to be able to flush before I used it. I should have seen the warning signs as there was a police car in the car park. I walk in and two police officers are interviewing someone. Meanwhile what looked like a homeless guy was asleep on the couch clutching his electric scooter. Wherever I looked there was rubbish. And every bin outside was overflowing. Is this because of the location? I thought Frankston had improved, but clearly not!

    Blood splashed over the syringe disposal.. filthy toilets even though they are locked. I thought l was in a different country. The zombies with purple hair at the counter looked scared. It was run down... Pity.. as it is almost on the beautiful beach in a very pretty spot. The ambience there was like it had recently be the scene of a chainsaw massacre.

    Service appalling, no name tags, absolute chaos. So soap in toilets. Food missing items. Run out of items, run out recipes papers. Staff member mentioned understaffed but not sure they can fit another team member in. Crew needs to really clean up this place. Ate my meal standing up as kids waited 15 to 20mins.

    Absolutely beautiful, I mean wow… just wow.. where do I start? When I walked in I smelt the fresh aroma of the fries and noticed how fresh, gorgeous and clean the Interior was including the beautiful design and the pleasant decorations and furniture. I decided to order from the 1st machine from the entrance door and the screen was clean and has a glistening sparkle to it. I ordered a large fries and an aioli sauce to dip them in, 3 minutes and 26 seconds later my order was ready. As I picked up my order bag I noticed that McDonald’s had gotten new bags, they were made out of the finest most expensive paper bags I have ever felt in my entire life and through the bag I could feel my hot fries. When I sat down at the clean, shining booth I ate my food and it was heavenly and scrumptious. The fries were fresh and salty and the aioli was refreshing and garlicky which added to the taste of the fries. When I was done I went to throw my trash in the bin and I noticed that the bins were clean and smelt like fresh roses. It was the most scrumptious meal I have ever eaten in my entire life. I would also like to add on that the employees were fresh and clean and the customers were good accessories to the McDonald’s.

    When I got there it was quite instore, drive through was steady? . Counter staff took my order, I waited 15 minutes other people tryed to order no response? They walked out. Very poor costumer service.

    Every time I come through (for years) the shake machine isn’t working. Years. How hard can it be to fix it/replace it/install it? Drives me nuts. And no one wants to know about it. Not the staff. Not corporate Edit: haven’t worked out how to ensure you get the dipping sauce you ordered either

    I ordered a bacon egg mcmuffin with a coffee. The bun was dry, not over toasted, more like it was stale. The bacon was over cooked or it had been sitting in the warmer drawer to way to long. Coffee was ok, but did take an usually long time to be made considering we were the only people their and the drive through seemed quiet.

    They messed up my meal.... Again. They didn't put he right mcmuffin in my uber eats order. I don't like, nor eat the sausage mcmuffin and they put one in my order when I didn't even order it. I ordered the bacon and egg mcmuffin adding an extra piece of bacon. Sorry but I'm leaving a bad review. It's the second time it's happened that you guys have messed up my uber eats order. How ever. I've been inside this restaurant and it's never clean properly. Y'all need to get your cleaning stuff together and clean things properly honestly. You guys have too many people behind the counter at front who work on same orders together, when one person can easily do it. There's always good left on tables for ages, rubbish everywhere or underneath seats on on the ground. I know what hospitality is like as I've worked in it for 5 years and have worked mix of places. It's not that hard. Honestly, to stop getting bad reviews, try paying attention to detail around the restaurant and make the right orders as well as stop forgetting food in the orders

    Blonde young woman working was a nightmare, felt like I was speaking to an incompetent brick wall. Messed up our whole order and then got angry at us for it. Rolled her eyes and laughed and said "good thing you don't get paid for thinking" then she followed us to the food window to laugh at us, torment and spill the coffee as she handed it to us. I'd be surprised if she could spell her name right. If you're having a bad day stay home. Chips also lacked salt.
