The food is made fresh when you ask for it, the service was courteous and the decor very cool. The chicken rice paper rolls were really nice and a good size for the price. The banh me roll was fresh and crusty. The flavours inside were nice but a little light on as was the filling. Needs at least twice as much pork to get another star. It was good but not amazing. The store isn't accessible by chair.

The seafood egg noodle soup hit the spot on a very cold wintery day. Staff are always friendly and service is quick.

Ever since I moved to Frankston a year and a half ago, I've absolutely lived off this resturaunt. Their service, resturaunt design and FOOD have been delicious, memorable and brilliant! I've been a regular ever since. I've tried all their rice dishes and have not been disappointed! I highly recommend this store and am thinking of going tomorrow actually! Thanks for always having amazing food and service BABA on Wells!

What a little gem of a find, love Vietnamese food and coffee. Had the vegetarian lunch box for $14.95 - tofu Bahn mi, two spring rolls & a macaroon all were delicious. Especially the spring rolls ,which have a little lemongrass in them, so n mmm any things I would like to try on the menu. Staff were very friendly, cafe was spotlessly clean and great to see staff using the hand sanitiser and cleaning. They had some wine on display in the fridge so assuming they are licensed, although their website/ Google says they close at 3.30pm so appears not open evenings which is a shame.

We are absolutely obsessed with Baba on Wells and we come here to treat ourselves whenever we get the opportunity! Absolutely worth the drive and able to cater for vegans! We love the vegan banh mi and vegetarian spring rolls. Always so fresh and tasty! The best vegan banh mi around (and we eat a lot of banh mi!!!). Staff are always so lovely and very quick to prepare food

Nice food, fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and the prices are standard for this type of place. Worth a look for sure.

Got the lunch special- $15 pork banh mi with spring rolls and cookies plus a beer. Awesome sauce, flavours were amazing, beer was great and shaded outdoor seating was perfect. Love it, great job BABA.

Beautiful little cafe with great outdoor seating, bao buns were a generous size with plenty of flavour and the spring rolls were amazing as they were wrapped in fresh ice burg lettuce ! Pho had good flavour and plenty of meat and noodles, can’t wait to come back

Just visited here for the first time. I had the Vegetable & Tofu Pho, which was delicious! And a very generous serving size. Thank you, I'll be back!

We were starving before we walked in so no pictures of our food, sorry! Banh Mi box was incredible. Spring rolls and dipping sauce were very tasty, non-standard flavours. The place itself is cute and very nicely decorated with (hand-drawn?) murals on the walls depicting places in Vietnam. It seems to be loved by the owner/operator(s). Great vegan options and absolutely lovely service

Best beef pho in the area hands down! Ask for chilli oil and add a bit of fish sauce from the table as well and you'll be in heaven. Super friendly staff and such lovely service. Update: Came in on a Sunday and experienced very watery broth with the beef and meatball pho soup. Obviously it's a bit hit and miss depending on who's on to cook. First 2 times were excellent but this time was average unfortunately. Hope they step it up and keep serving up full flavoured broth with their soups etc
