I have had 3 LED and cosmetic peels at Bayside and because I was very happy with my skin after these I had my first needling experience today. Imogen was my consultant and she was very caring and professional. I was a little nervous but felt at ease immediately. I've been going to LCA in Frankston for a while now for Brazilian and underarms laser. There are some lovely girls there that made me feel welcomed, but the majority of the time it was the opposite, not to mention it is someone different doing the treatment every. single. time. One person will say one thing, the next will say another. Today, I went in for a routine appointment - my appointment was not in the system, but the lady at the front desk was more than happy to fit me in. However, the girl who did my treatment today was so rude and unprofessional, and clearly seems to hate her job. After I had explained that I had sun exposure, we came to the conclusion (after a small argument) that we would not do my underarms, and that she would do Brazilian as much as she could - I totally understand this. However, there was NO pain nor redness at all during / after the treatment, indicating to me that she has put the settings on the lowest. This girl has then charged me for the full Brazilian AND underarms treatment that I had pre-paid for, when I clearly did NOT get underarms, and highly doubt that I got the proper Brazilian treatment (or as close to it as possible given the circumstances). I won't be coming back here. I think a bit of mannerisms for some of the girls needs improving - if you're going to work in a customer based profession that revolves around people being vulnerable with the private parts out, I think a bit of kindness would go a long way.

Won’t doubt their laser service, it works. However if you’re potentially moving from the area, I wouldn’t pre-purchase too many sessions as there is no discretion when it comes to transferring them to your new local. Pretty disappointing on behalf of the franchisee! Having a contract waived in a customers face as opposed to individual compassion for someone’s circumstances isn’t the strongest method of customer service and business overall.

I’ve been coming here for so so many years and the girls are always welcoming and friendly. They are never pushy when it comes to add on products or services, which is definitely something I’ve experienced in the past with other places and I’ve felt so awkward and uncomfortable that I’d never return. Keep up the great work guys!

First time coming here today, the staff were extremely kind, professional and everything seemed to be super clean and hygienic. Very happy with my results and i'd definitely come back here again.

I missed an appointment after paying for a package and the full treatment was deducted . I had never missed a treatment prior to this and think it would be fair to lose half of the cost of the treatment to cover the time of the therapist especially for first time offenders . I won’t be purchasing any more sessions from this clinic.

I had my first laser session today with Sarah. I think she could tell I was feeling a bit nervous and self conscious because she was so gentle and kind to me. She was very thorougher in explaining the process and aftercare while patiently answering my random questions. I really appreciated her checking on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable during the laser session. She was very friendly and calming to me while I was in such a vulnerable state. Now I can’t wait for my next session and to see the progress it makes! :)

Today I had my first Laser hair removal consultation and appointment with Bridie. I cannot recommend Bridie enough for the treatment, she was both professional and fun! We had a good laugh. The treatment was virtually painless and she recommended products for after care. I already have my next appointment booked in. Thanks Bridie 😄

Bridie and all the girls at this clinic have been very informative and helpful when trying to understand more about the products and treatments offered. They never try to sell me something I don't need and just offer me advice based on my skin type and areas of concern. Very good experience coming to the Bayside Clinic!

Had Bridie for the first laser treatment after many years of avoiding getting laser treatment due to a bad experience and this new experience couldn’t have been any better. She was amazing, very thorough but also made sure the experience wasn’t awkward at all. Would highly recommend and looking forward to the next treatment. Thanks 🙏🏻

If i could rate NO STARS I would. Rang this morning and ask if anyone was available to do a lip flip today. Receptionist says yes at 12.15pm. I ask how much she said around $50. I said great, id like to book it in. This was same as I've been charged at this same clinic on previous occasions also. I take time off work drive from a different suburb and get to my appointment on time. Lady takes me through and says so you would like a lip flip and what other area's would you like done on your face. I say just lip flip. She says sorry we don't do that. You have to have more area's done or it's not worth it to us after we have to talk to doctor. We have you down for a lip flip and possible other area's. I say no I never said that, I only asked for the lip. I say I've taken time off work and driven all the way hear I will pay extra for the doctor consultation. She said no you will have to spend $260. SERIOUSLY! What a waste of my time and money going for this appointment to recieve nothing. You think they could of done it seeing they were in the wrong. But NO so unprofessional. Not only that the nurse wouldn't even look me in the eye while saying I had to spend over $200 more. Closed her eyes and spoke to me with her eyes shut.

Super lovely team, very professional. They are always willing to answer any questions and put your mind at ease. They check in with you before commencing treatment to make sure you're getting the best results and feel comfortable.

I have seen Taylor a few times and it is always amazing. She is so friendly but also gets the best results. I couldn't fault anyone at Laser Clinics Australia, but Taylor is pretty special.

The treatment I got from clear skin in Frankston bayside was amazing will definitely be back soon and the lady who helped me Beneen was just phenomenal great service indeed.

Worst customer service they definitely do not know anything about customer service. They are extremely rude on the phone when trying to make a appointment. Nurse are good but the amount you are spending you really should get the best customer service from start to finish.
