Worst experience ever in Frankston. Avoid. Entered the shop because the Google reviews seem to be quite positive. I strolled through the shop but don’t have much to buy. Some product labels are in Italian so I used image translate to check the ingredients. And then a man came to me, claimed that I was checking the prices and told me to leave. I explained that I was using google translate and showed him the screen, and I was about to buy it. He just told me to leave immediately regardless of my explanation. I couldn’t see any sign of ‘no photos’ in the shop, but others are uploading photos too so I don’t understand why. Not sure if it’s because the man (probably the shop owner) was rude, or just because I’m an Asian and can’t read Italian, but it was an absolutely disappointing experience. Imagine you just try to understand what you are holding before paying for it, and the next second you are expelled from the shop like a thief. What if you are allergic to certain ingredients? They don't care. Fortunately it’s not the only shop that sells Italian groceries in this area. I went to Henry’s where the staff wouldn’t force me to buy products I don’t understand or ask me to leave.

This is a little Italian gem of a deli. Has a large range of authentic cold meats and cheeses, dry goods, and cafe food. The coffee was the best I've had.

Today was my 1st time at this European Deli in the heart of Frankston opposite the train station. From the outside it doesnt look much, but the minute you step inside the door, Voila!! The delicious smells of cured meats and sweet smell of cakes is Inviting. I took a good look around. You can sit in for caffe and Sweets, buy loads of European ingredients for that special recipe too. I ended up buying a fresh spinach quiche and a variety of cakes to take home. I ended up calling Luckys Deli to say how Delicious they all were. I highly recommend Luckys Deli. A local treasure 😁

Visited today for coffee, ciabatta and cakes, what can I say! Fantastic service food and the best vanilla slice and I’ve had a few all over Uk & Australia. What a selection of pasta shapes and filled pasta. Definitely returning when back in Cranbourne.

Dropped in here to get some Polish sausage and walked out with that, some pastici, cheese, ham, salami, and some other yummy stuff. Great prices. My lunch is sorted for the week. Really friendly service and they know their meat. Sliced on the spot which is soooo much better than supermarket which is sliced who knows when. Definitely recommend them.

Love Lucky’s Deli, full deli at great prices. They also have tables for coffee and the best toasted sandwiches I have ever had. Cannoli, and order sweet treats and you can also grab some ready made lasagna both meat or veggie and other offerings, coffee is great too. It’s hard to get a park nearby but there are a few spots behind the shop where you can park while you shop quickly.

My favourite place in Frankston to stop by for lunch. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful (and inexpensive) produce, with delicious Italian lunch options. Thanks to all the staff there.
