Loved my experience there. Cost about $12 per adult for a 500g punnet of strawberries and $20 for a 500g punnet of mixed berries in season (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and occasional cherry). Delicious fresh strawberry ice cream and plenty of u-pick berries ready for picking. A good way to spend your time down in peninsula. The shop had a great selection of farm fresh produce and artisanal goods like jams, spreads, and sauces. Even had local honeys and candles for purchase.

Always an abundance of fresh juicy strawberries in the fields. Reasonably priced seeing as though the masses gobble as many berries as they can whilst picking them. Delicious food at the cafe too, never disappoints.

Loved this place !!! Freshly baked scones were amazing, everything comes with a strawberry!! 🍓 They even have tasters outside 🤩 ..The strawberry sorbet was perfection 👌.. and everything strawberry themed!!! Can’t go wrong!! By the way, bring your own gumboots if it’s a muggy weather, they do provide plastic covers which is great from a customer service perspective, but let’s try and reduce plastic pollution especially in such beautiful places like this! They have a place to wash off gumboots so you won’t have to bring the dirt into your car. Enjoy the strawberries !!!🍓 .. and more berries!

Based on the delicious taste of the strawberries we give Rocky Creek 5 Stars 🌟 I’ve never tasted more delicious freshly picked strawberries. Our family of 5 ($30 entry for a family 2 adults , 2kids ) we went early in the morning as it was a predicted 30 degrees. It was warm to begin with, quite hot when we were leaving, we found shade in the undercover picnic tables. We ordered cold iced lattes and kids, ice creams, ($4 kids scoop) which were delicious and the scones & jam ($14) Allow about 1 hour for picking and time to enjoy the cafe with lots of produce. Parking was easy enough. Only 15 mins to rosebud beach so make a day of it.

This was the first time in a while that I have been to a farm like this and it was amazing. The strawberries themselves were delicious especially with the chocolate sauce that they sell. The picking was to much fun and made the experience so great. At the beginning the farm was pretty bare but we moved to a second field that was absolutely full of delicious and big strawberries. A must see.

We came here early (just when they opened their doors) to avoid the hot temperature during the midday and it’s already bustling with people. The shop is filled with lots of strawberry product and some of their local produce. D and I went for the strawberry picking and the picking section was huge! After that we also went to the blueberry and blackberry area (which took us a bit of walking further inside) but it was all worthwhile. They’re looking so fresh and juicy looking. Think it took us about 1.5 hours in total to pick and also snacking a few at the same time. And last but not least, we also tried their ice cream while we were resting and it was super delicious. The strawberry ice cream flavour one is so yummy! x

It was my first time visiting a strawberry farm and I absolutely loved it. The farm has so many strawberry plantations, with enough strawberries for visitors to pick!! And they taste so good!!! No pesticides are used during the growth and so they are absolutely nature friendly and also consumer friendly ;)

Can pick strawberries Nov-Apr only, rest of the year strawberries come from Queensland. Went at time where there were supply chain disruptions so there was shortage in strawberries products too. Store sells food, jams, alcohol and other strawberry and fruit made products. Food quality: Freshly made food from the cafe are delicious. Strawberry, country, respondent jams tasted too sweet for our liking. Can taste alcohol before purchasing bottles. Food portion / Price: Portions as expected. Payment: Card or cash accepted.

I love sunny ridge for picking strawberries. The strawberries are so delicious, some of them taste like candy. I wish the cafe have more savoury selection. The idea of being able to pick more than your punnet would be wonderful.

One of the best things to do around Mornington Peninsula area. A popular tourist attraction so expect crowds. Personally I think picking your own strawberries requires work but they taste much better than the packaged ones (and feel free to taste some while you are picking them 😆).

This is great activity for all ages. For $30 my partner and I were able to pick 1 large box worth of fruit. We probably also ate as much as we picked. They have a variety of fruit available to pick; Strawberries Blueberries Blackberries Raspberries When the Strawberries are in season which is Sumner, they are absolutely delicious picked fresh. They have a variety of different price points, depending on what you want to pick and how much you want. The kids love this activity.

Loved the experience of picking your own strawberries with my husband and soon to be two year old daughter. $12 for adults 500g punnet each and kids under 4 years old are free. You don’t do it for the value for money aspect, you do it for the experience! Taking my daughter, getting out of the city into a farm setting and admist nature learning where food comes from and how it is grown and picked us a very valuable lesson I believe. And she absolutely enjoyed it. It was priceless watching the joy on her face. Would recommend this activity if you gave youve kids and find yourself on the peninsula. We are here for a wedding and wanted to do something fun as family and it’s not beach weather at the moment. Absolutely recommend the strawberry picking !! The cafe however is pretty substandard sadly. We had the scones with strawberry jam and cream. Scones themselves were delicious but the teaspoon of cream and strawberry jam was so underwhelming and just didn’t cut it for one scone let alone two! It just looked sad! The strawberry delight ice cream sundae we shared all three was delicious and good value at $18. Coffee was very average too, but love the touch of a strawberry as a garnish with the coffee, very cute. And $6 a coffee is crazy!! Especially when it’s not that good!

My visit to Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm in Melbourne was delightful. The fresh, juicy strawberries were a real treat, and picking them myself made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing tips on finding the ripest berries. The picturesque surroundings added to the charm of the visit. Overall, it was a wonderful outing for strawberry lovers like me! Coming back soon

Great experience. Friendly staff. We went after it rained and we got a shoe protecting plastic thing to wear so it didn’t get muddy. Surprisingly a lot of strawberries in April I thought it’ll be out of season soon but it’s still good time to go 👍 highly recommend it

Great experience for the family! Lovely Cafe with many sweet options for the sweet tooth's out there. We went on a scorching hot day, so we didn't spend too long picking berries.

Yum Yum Yum - strawberry paradise at this type of year. Abbey was super excited to help our experience fun and interesting - my question was, how are there enough strawberries 🍓 for business, supply chain, pickers🙂 and the 🐦 Birds & wildlife 🐦 without netting the fields?Amazing 👏 - A highly recommended experience 😀

In February, only strawberries are left. If you want to pick blueberries, you need to come before January. The whole area is quite large, and after payment, they will provide you with a box. The ticket is to fill your own box. There are no pesticides in the strawberry fields, and after picking, you can sit down at their café to eat strawberries. The shop also sells many strawberry-related products, with a wide variety of jams, each tempting buyers in its own way.

A bit disappointing that we arrived at 4pm only for the lady to inform us that picking was done for the day. Despite this, we still saw many people out in the fields doing their picking. Be sure to get there around 3.30 or earlier if you're looking to do your own picking.

Nice place to spend some time with your kids. Berries are fresh and tasty. We went on a Sunday which is also a school holidays weekend. So bit crowded.

It was our first time strawberry picking! Can’t recommend this place enough. Yarra Valley fruit farms were mostly closed, and this was the only place we could go to for fruit picking. My only regret? Not having all 4 of us go pick! We came on 13 Feb (Summer) and it was really hot that day, at 35 degrees. There were 4 of us. Each entry was 1 box. We thought — we couldn’t possibly finish 4 boxes in a few days. So 2 of us went, and the other 2 rested indoor. The strawberries were OH SO SWEET! Juicy, slightly acidic, and bright red. There were unriped berries, berries eaten by insects already, but most were still surprisingly intact. There were ready-picked ones, labelled extra sweet etc. that you can easily buy too. 10/10 recommend others to come and we will come back.

Came here for ice cream and sorbet. Got the strawberry flavour in both ice cream and sorbet. Gah dayum, it was so good and the serving was extremely generous. I thought I only got 2 scoops but the lady ended up giving 4. Safe to say that I was leaving a very happy and full man. Also bumped into Mr Akshay here, shoutout to Mr Akshay

Lovely farm with U-pick experience, although Jan 2022 was slim pickings, took nearly 20 min to fill a decent punnet. Nice little Cafe and seating plus plenty of gift shop Strawberry themed items (pencil cases, photos, postcards etc)

  • 5/5 Yasmina L. 2 years ago on Google
I ate at the cafe and picked berries towards the end of the U-pick period. I had a fantastic time because we went right in the morning when everything just opened and missed the rush/crowds. If you plan on coming here, go early so you can easily find parking, you'll be able to pick the best and sweetest berries and you won't have to fight for a table when its lunchtime! Life hack if you DO come when they have a massive cafe line, you can also pay for an icecream at the other til point and not just the cafe til!

Visited on a Tue 3pm and they had run out of the strawberry flavoured ice cream. There were other flavours there but didn't interest us as it's a strawberry farm! It's not just a farm though, there's a cafe with various deserts. Right next to the cafe, there's a shop with a variety of local produce like honey and chocolate covered strawberries and jams. Public toilets available. If you're not planning to pick, nice place for a quick stop if you're in the area and you're feeling like some deserts...

Strawberries were so sweet and yummy! From the States so won’t be able to return as much as I’d like, but I’d definitely be a regular if I was a local. Strawberry ice cream is also a must try. Staff and manager were so nice!! 10/10

The farm is beautiful!! The strawberries were huge and soo sweet. The lady manager was the best and super helpful. The staff were nice and accommodating even though we came into the store pretty late. The strawberry ice cream is also great and creamy, everything is made in house, milk for the ice cream is pasteurized there!
