After several days negotiating, Joseph informed my sister (first home buyer/single mother) on Saturday that the vendors accepted her offer and to celebrate with her kids. Unfortunatly she was new to buying and fell for his lie, she trusted him and celebrated the purchase of her first home with her kids unaware that the paperwork is the only binding factor. On Monday when she thought it was time to do the formal paperwork he denied her saying that he has other offers and tried up selling her against them multiple times. Yes, what he did was legal, although not finalising the paperwork with her while telling her it is her new home and to celebrate seems a very convenient way to keep a first home buyer on side while you drum up more intetest🤔. Not to mention a cheap lie!! No matter how you spin it, his behaviour was totally UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL, taking advantage of her trust and her position. It is 2021, the market is booming, no need to decieve innocent people to get a sale. SHAME on Joseph and the entire firm he represents.

After privately renting out my investment property for years as I currently live interstate, I approached a number of Real Estate agencies for quotes, fees etc. on property management. Although some agencies offered lower rates/fees, I decided to go with Professionals as they seemed like the most sincere, honest and no pun intended, the most professional; And I'm glad I did. From the start of the leasing process to finding the right tenants, Anita and Julia have been nothing short of exceptional in their correspondence and communications. When the new tenants found a number of maintenance issues that required rectifying. Anita was very quick to source quotes to have the jobs undertaken as quickly as possible whilst at the same time keeping the tenants updated on the situation. Also the ability to find cost saving solutions along the way, i.e. exploring other avenues with the expert technicians in order to save on call-out fees and services if they weren't required. We leased house with professionals real estate Taylors lake. I must say we had such a bad experience renting house with them. Thorough out the year they asked us to have open house on Saturdays and on week days. We have also been requested to leave the house as some visitors are not comfortable during our presence. They made my pregnancy difficult as every time I have to clean the house throughly or have to leave the house even though if I m not feeling well. My husband works from home his work also get disturbed. After the house been sold there was no response to our emails for maintenance and repairs. Bunch of keys were given to us when we rented house, out of that bunch only one key of main entrance was working.
