Lovely place with lovely people! Best dentist I have ever been to. Was super nervous about getting wisdom teeth out but they made it such a comfortable easy experience, can not thank Dr Jamie enough. I was at the dental clinic for my sister who was in a severe tooth ache and could not make an appointment herself. Dr Garry not only made an urgent appointment to see her but did not rush us at all during the appointment. He was calm and professional. Dr Gary very patiently explained the symptoms and what caused the damage. He also provided step by step options and treatment plans to my sister. We were sent the treatment options within hours of the visit. In all my years of visiting dentists, this has been by far the best experience. The way Dr Gary listens to his patients and looks after them is commendable. I would recommend Dr Gary to anyone who needs a really thorough and good dentist.

Highly reccomend this place! Beautiful clinic with great customer service. The plus for me is the TV on the ceiling to watch and keep distracted while having my teeth cleaned. Dr Kang was very thorough with he's checks and patient with my questions. Very satisfied with the service here.

If you’re looking for a professional dentist you can trust, reach out to Dr. Jessica Lu. We were looked after by her and Bianca and both were very professional. We came through for a clean. My fiancé and I both agreed not only are they gentle on your teeth but Dr. Lu is thorough in trying to understand how she can help. We are definitely coming back for the custom whitening trays they’ve got on offer because we can control the level of white we would like to achieve before our wedding. We highly recommend them to all family and friends and especially because they’re genuine and do not use scare tactics.

I just had my first appointment with Dr Gary. The staff is very friendly, professional and skilled. Dr Gary was so thorough and informative, and explains to you condition and issues with each and every tooth so there are no hidden surprises. Been going to this dental clinic for years and honestly they couldn't be better. I just want to give a shoutout to doctor Jessica! When I told her I have trouble brushing my teeth she was very non-judgmental and met me where I was at. She took her time to give me education on managing my oral care that nobody has ever done before. Absolute legend! Thank you so much Dr Jessica :)

Beautifully appointed Dental Studio. Well appointed and professional. Referred by one of his colleages that was not as well equiped to remove such a tricky tooth, Dr Gary took on the task with no hesitation and with utmost care and determination. I am indebted to him and to the other dentist that arranged for me to be seen so quickly. It was a traumatic exercise but I was in good hands and it needed doing. Checking in hours later to see if I was recovering okay as it was a very difficult extraction. I can thoroughly recommend Gary and his assistant. They made an unpleasant task as comforting and as pleasant as I could ever have expected.

Went to Cranbourne West Dental for the first time last week and was seen for a clean and fitted for a splint from Dr Jamie - such a great and knowledgeable dentist - he answered all my questions and gave me all the options available and what would be most suited to me. I went to see Dr Jessica for my check-up and clean, she was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the whole appointment. I have sensitive teeth which always worries me when I go see a dentist for a clean, but Jessica assuaged my worries and needs! I am happy with the care and would highly recommend her to others.

Saw Dr Jamie Kang and I would highly recommend him and the team. Thorough check-up and clean, great attention to detail, and now I also know to watch out for a small crack I have on my molar (that I didn't previously know of!). Felt like I wasn't being pressured to choose treatments etc.

Dr Gary is a fantastic dentist, I've always had alot of dental issues, He has always been able to identify them, explain why they were happening and what treatment I would need. I highly recommend him if you need a new dentist or struggle with your current one.
