Huge collection of idols (metal, wood and few marble) and utensils (steel and aluminium). You can also find temples of many shapes and sizes. Grocery store also has a lot of variety. Good store to visit and get your groceries.

Staff needs to be trained while serving on the counter with proper skills in regards of listening and communication not like a a a ya ya etc. We go to this shop whenever we pass close by . We paid $200 worth of grocessary last Thursday in which we clearly said to the operator lady who served us ,one Curry plant as well from outside, very clearly as it was our 1st time we bought plant from there. when she was going to start scanning for groceries. (Check your cameras ,my husband even pointed her out). How could we know did she scanned or entered the product or not because we started unloading the stuff.(whatever she should guide us accordingly) Also we we did not double check the list as well with that many items. Again we went into the store to buy one more stuff as we forgot to buy 1 more product ,if it's our intentions why could we come back again and with the same lady we asked for the product location. She should speak to us that time about this if she forgot to charge us by her mistake. WHAT A SHAME AND DISCUSTING ALLIGATION THESE PEOPLE reported that our father theft the plant .SHAME ON YOU GUYS , It's your operator fault who needs to pay attention while serving what the custmor is saying .So that people like us should not regret & feel uncomfortable who never came in such situations.(Check the records) Really,SHAME ON YOU before saying this you should check your cameras and your people first before pointing out somebody. AS WE LIVE FAR AWAY FROM THERE ,we will return your stuff back to police station and if you want take your stuff back as well. But trained your staff ,so that any innocent person won't come in this or any other situation as well in future

Nice place to shop for your Indian groceries, in a serene environment. The chanting of OM and Shiva Sthothra adds a religious appeal to those visiting the shop. A huge range of groceries with competitive pricing, gives an edge to this shop. Checkout operators don't seems to wish or smile but maintain a serious composure. Perhaps its our acquired culture here to stay that way, but, definitely not Indian culture. Overall, a great store to visit, you will not be disappointed.

It has all the staple things one might need for Indian cooking and Hindu rituals. Greatly maintained, very well stocked and receptive staff. In the one rare instance when we found an item that was past its Best Before date (one in many, many products), they immediately took them off the shelf. A one-stop shop for all Indian cooking needs for sure!

Well, you may get many I Items and the price is reasonable, not like before when they were great at prices. Service is a pain as staff is always shortage and they cannot be of much help. They try but we know how things work here

One of the best in this part of the town. One would get every basic Indian essential grocery here. They used to have loyalty rewards but that's missing in the recent times 😊

Really love going to this store for its wide range of puja supplies. It's ideally located as it's across the road from the Shire Shiva Vishnu temple.

Looks fine good stocks, bit high prices 4 out of 5 is a setback, if prices can be reasonable this place will be perfect.

  • 1/5 ven k. 2 years ago on Google
The staff at the checkout was so rude that she refused to pack the groceries I purchased yesterday (worth $76) into my own bags. Apparently, the store policy is that they pack them for you if you purchased a bag from them. Well, I will never be coming back to you, SKV! 'It takes months to find a customer...seconds to lose one'.

Quite a big store and well stocked. The prices were much lower than all Indian stores in inner suburbs (Richmond, Carnegie, Malvern, Glen Huntley) that we have visited till date.

This place has helped me find out the Indian groceries that I was looking for. The staff there were polite and helpful, also easier they speak a common language. Their pooja section was also huge with variety of everything possible, would recommend people just to go check!

The worst place you can ever visit. Horrible management and staff. Purchased a statue there which was apparently on sale. I paid and the checkout lady asked if i wanted a box to which i replied why not. The box fit the statue just about right. When i got home, the sitar of the statue fell off. Mind you i had my sister hold the box the whole 10mins ride. I had a closer look and there was clearly glue on the 2 bits showing it had already been cracked. It was not visible because of the statue's hand being in front of the crack. Rang them and they asked me to come back. Went in store, spoke to multiple people but all they could say was i broke it. How can i be so stupid to waste my money? Another customer who overhead the conversation i was having with the staff complained of the same. Careful peeps as they might be glueing back their broken statues and putting them back on shelves but wont do anything if it breaks after or wont let you know of this.

Totally dominated by North Indians and all just make fun of u infront of u if u don't understand the language. This must be avoided or people who go regularly atleast just try to avoid more conversation to staff working this is just based on the bad experience I had and never go there just went as my friend said sale is on.most product wrongly placed and also very worst to core

One of the best place to buy Indian groceries. They usually have special deals on Sunday and this makes it even cheaper.

  • 1/5 Manu M. 2 years ago on Google
Very bad customer experience. Bought Ponni Boiled rice from this store and the rice was fully covered with fungus. The store is 1and a half hour drive from our place and it’s difficult to drive back again to get this replaced. We called their customer support to get a refund and the lady over call was so rude and not listening or trying to understand our side of things. Will never visit again and suggest others to double check before purchasing anything from here.

Great variety of products. Have a good depth for selection as well. From cold products to fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have done plants that you can purchase. The variety of Indian silverware and some good reusable eco friendly products is pretty great. The products that are available in pickles, dry spices, filter coffee and other products that you used in cooking Indian food are readily available.
