I LOVE Spruce. They take such good care of me every time I go. Alicia is amazing. She’s so sweet, gentle, and always listens to my needs to provide the best service. I’ve been going here for years for my brows, facials, and to buy goodies. One of my favorite places!

A wonderful environment, everybody I met who worked there were super nice and helpful. Such a great first impression. My treatment was 10 out of 10. Alison was super friendly and made me feel instantly comfortable, very professional, gave me lots of tips and information on the surrounding area as I am new to the area. Overall my experience was Amazing!

The esthetician I worked with is wonderful. Has always made me feel as comfortable as one could be while getting waxed. The other employees that greeted me and helped out were very kind and friendly. The shop, restrooms, and rooms all have a relaxing atmosphere and are pretty.

I love the Chehalis location. The minute you walk in you are kindly greeted and it’s a great mix of ease and friendly. I have seen Aimee for waxing and a facial for far and she is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and is just genuinely super nice. Between the great staff and the calm setting of the store, it’s just the best. I recommend this location and Aimee to everyone I know.

I've been a customer at Spruce for years and I love trying out new estheticians and services - This month I tried a lash lift and tint with Bri and she was awesome! It was my first time and I was initially a little nervous, but she was so calm and confident I felt at ease immediately. Love that my rod straight lashes now have a beautiful natural curl, no mascara needed! 10 out of 10!

I love going into Spruce and perusing their clothing and gift items! Everyone is friendly and everyone is passionate about skincare. I have super sensitive skin so the estheticians always leave out the products that irritate my skin as well as help me with new products. Bridget is my main esthetician and she’s so easy to talk to and does the best eyebrows!

My experience was very relaxing and I knew I was in good hands with Tracy. She explained what was happening when and didn't mind that my eyes were all twitchy (lash lift and tint). I was very concerned about the twitching but she assured me it's normal and not to worry. Also, the two ladies in the store were very friendly and welcoming and even brought me water when I walked in the door. Every time I come into Spruce i am treated like a friend they've known for years. Love love love it

All the staff was super duper friendly. Jessica was amazing and did a wonderful job. She was very down to earth and made the whole experience very comfortable.
