Well start with the front of the house and the receptionist. Stephanie always takes care of me and is very welcoming when I come through the door. They pay attention to detail as she always remembers to ask me for something to drink and recalls what I like. My physical therapist Grant, if fantastic. He is always willing to take the time, (when he can), to go the extra mile. By that I mean, he listens, he works with you on what's needing the most attention, and they're always friendly here. I have had many PT's over the years but this feels more like help from a family member or long lost friend. I feel comfortable and safe here. Thank you very much for all that you do. I am refreshed after every visit.

Liked the experience, all the staff there were friendly. Jake Klingbeil was great! Great physical therapist, if I have any issues in the future with my shoulder again, I am definitely coming back here. The the two receptionist where very friendly and made it feel very welcoming environment. Stefanie and Miranda were great. Best costumer service I had in a clinic, plus Miranda showed me her dog and that helped break the ice. It’s a great place and will be coming back in the future for physical therapy.

This the best Psyical Therapy program I have ever had been referred to, the staff are always so very nice and helpful they give us free coffee or bottled water when we first come in the door, the receptionist is very nice and always greets me with a friedly hello and a fresh drink and always has my appointments managed for me working around my schedule she's the first one I see when I walk in the door and has a very nice personality and a very nice smile, all the Therapist are very knowledgeable about what exercises will help me the most and they let me go at my own pace never rushing me or hurrying me, last time I had a therapist named Gamma and he was very nice and helped me exercise slowly so i didn't wear out too fast, t's very nice to go to In Reach Psyical Therapy and have people cater to your individual needs I mean I've been in Psyical Therapy before alot of times and they were always alot of work and I hated going, but not with "In Reach" because they are very nice to everyone and they have answers for all my questions we talk throughout the session like friends would talk together and if I get tired they have no problem letting me take a break. Psyical Therapy isn't hard at "In Reach" it's actually fun. I can't wait fir my next appointment every week. Don't delay book your appointment at "In Reach Psyical Therapy" today 🥰❤️🥰

Grant Long has been my PT provider since 2015. He does a very thorough examination and asks all the right questions to pinpoint all the issues that need attention. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of physical health and well being. Alecia recently worked with me for several sessions. She is great! The staff at InReach are very friendly and professional. They have a pretty full schedule but we’e able to get me in on cancellations. Reminder calls are much appreciated. I highly recommend InReach Physical Therapy!

The Staff is WONDERFUL. S at the front desk is one of the most personable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I work with T most days for warm up and she always makes me smile and brings me up. Even in the beginning when I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk the team goes above and beyond Grant is an amazing Physical Therapist. His social skills dealing with such a vast array of personality differences with patients is unmatched. Facility is cleaned impeccably. I couldn't have asked for a more blessed experience in my time of need.

I have been to several different physical therapy locations and Powered by motion has been by far my favorite place to go to when I need help. There are so many reasons why you should come here. First the owner Roland is great, he makes sure the places have the equipment needed and is a great, funny and positive person to be around. The ladies up front especially Stephanie makes walking in so welcoming like your part of the family, they always have smiles on their faces, making sure you have a drink or needing a snack until your appointment time, and they are great to talk with. The physical therapist Grant, Jessica, and Jake are incredible! They were patient, positive, motivating, and willing to do whatever it takes and however long it takes to get you back to 100%. They never gave up on me even when I was a pain due to being impatient with myself! They make appointments enjoyable to be at and they are just the nicest people you will ever meet. I can’t thank them enough for getting me back to what I love doing...I have came a long ways since surgery in just a 3 month period. Thanks again and I’m going to miss you all! 😊

Grant is a true gem and an advocate for pain patients in Oregon. Oregon is lucky to have him. I only lived in Oregon 2 yrs and it is only because of him that my pain was survivable. I had to fly to Colorado 3 times for different ortho surgeries during my short relocation period because I couldn't find docs. I wished I had found Grant sooner as I had tried other PT’s in Salem where the DPT did the evaluation and then it was par for the course to have the support staff take over and watch me ride a bike or something. It was never like that with Grant as he cares about his patients and is very involved. My husband saw him too on an as-needed basis and thought he was great as well. We are both forever grateful and miss him.
