I told them I had a history of fainting/getting lightheaded during blood drawing procedures, and they literally refused to draw my blood and referred me to a different lab. If it was just a liability thing then I would have understood, but first the nurse took 20 minutes to "ask" the other staff members if they were comfortable drawing my blood even though I might faint, and apparently everyone just said no??? I offered to lie down on their bench so it's not like I was gonna just collapse on the floor. Fainting during blood draws is super common, and it feels lazy and unprofessional that they just refused to deal with that. They referred me to a lab that's only open on weekdays even though I specifically choose planned parenthood because I could go in on a weekend and not have to take time off work for an appointment. They totally wasted my time. Wouldn't recommend this location. Update: Changed from 2 stars to 1 star because they did not actually "refer" me to another lab, the referral was never processed. Not sure the staff knows what a referral is or how to send one.

They were very understanding of my situation and all the staff is very kind! Even the people at the front desk offer a very calm and secure environment. I appreciated them giving me all the info, and the options they offer for ways of following up with the clinic are amazing and very flexible with how the client may feel about the whole situation. They are definitely treated not that great by everyone, and we should appreciate the people who have to do this on a daily basis.

If the wait times are slow here its because the quality of care is high. I’ve visited plenty of planned parenthood clinics and the doctors here were incredibly helpful and advocated for my care even though it tacked on extra time during my visit. The billing department went out of its way to get confirmation with the rest of the staff to make sure I got billed the correct amount. Overall lovely people, take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. they’re doing their best without neglecting the people they’re serving and that takes skill.

My appointment was 12/27/22 at 5:50pm. I was there for a biannual screening for my safety and my partners safety. Everything is going ok until towards the end I am told that they cannot do any lab test for me because it is nearing their closing time of 7pm (they do not do lab works within 30 mins of closing). That is understandable but why was I not told this to begin with? Why was my time wasted when they should have never booked that appointment to begin with? Thankfully I have insurance so I'm sure they will bill my insurance for the visit but imagine if I did not and or whomever came in did not and they were charged for whatever was done but told to reschedule the rest? I chose said time and day because I actually got lucky with work, I got off at a decent time which allowed me to come in for the appointment. I was told to reschedule and figure it out with my provider. What incompetence from their part. Not only that, I was also there before a previous patient which I can only assume was there for the same reason since they were getting blood labs done as well but they were allowed to do so? I can only assume their gender but if they were indeed what I think they are, of the female gender. Me identifying as a straight male were treated less than to the other gender. They were given priority over me although I was there before they were, and I was waiting for the person to do my labs (draw my blood) before it was 6:30pm and before the other patient, so why were they allowed and not me? A bit sexist and biased. I have never experienced such treatment at other planned parenthoods, in fact I've been treated very well at other locations. I highly support Planned parenthood but just not this location for those who identify as male.

Such a kind welcoming and judgment free environment they seriously have the best people working here Frankie was my nurse and they were just so sweet all of the staff did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and they gave me so much information about the stuff I needed it feels so safe would highly recommend to all my ladies out there

Everyone I interacted with here was so friendly and accommodating. The space was very clean. The whole process took about an hour, which I feel is a reasonable amount of time.

I was initially nervous about having my IUD removed, but the team at the Milwaukee location in Oregon made me feel sooo comfortable! They explained the process throughly, answered all of my questions, validated my feelings from past providers (different company), and overall made me feel safe and welcome. Oh and I barely even felt the provider remove my IUD! :)

Overall this is the best medical office of any kind I've ever been in. It was clear that they actually care about their patients rather than seeing them as numbers. Highly accommodating and trauma informed. Most of my interactions were with Eric were Zak, who went above and beyond.
