I travel multiple times a month and travel from the east coast to the west coast. I always stay in IHG hotels and NEVER expect the type of quality service and experience I had at this location. No, the rooms are not 5 star but the staff/cleanliness and hospitality make it a 5 star experience. Afternoon managers reception with free food and drink. Free evening milk and cookies. Very clean and very nice rooms. Friendly and welcoming. Fantastic job team! I will never forget this Holiday Inn Express and all others have a lot they could learn! IHG hotels are good but this one is superb!

What a welcoming group of people!! I am here with my family. Reception was great. Person handling the kitchen offered freshly baked cookies to my kids and biscuit to my dog. Room is big, clean, and comfy. Stay here if you like a 5-star treatment!!!

Would give a 6/5 if I could (no exaggeration)...feels like home from the moment you walk in all the way to the happy hours they host from 5-7 pm. Need to give a special shout out to Shawn for being the epitome of customer service. He's a true legend, and truly cares for the hotel guests and his efforts to make people happy and smile don't go unnoticed (keep it up Shawn!) Complementary food, drinks and pop and then complementary cookies and milk after 7 pm...what more could you ask for? Rooms are clean and tidy. TV has a great selection of channels. Warm hospitality from all staff and I honestly won't stay anywhere else when I'm visiting Wenatchee. 6/5 all day, every day

If I could give more starts I would! My family and I stayed at this Hotel in connection to driving to Leavenworth to See the Snow and Lights. We drove I 2 different snow stores and arrived to "Sean" Friendliest guy I've ever met. This guy went way above any beyond to make out checking process and stay amazing. We were looking for places for our toddler to eat dinner before bed and he comes out of the kitchen with food options trying to engage with out son about what he wants to eat! Again By far BEST HOTEL Ever and Sean Made it possible. Will be coming back to this hotel again next year! Merry Christmas!!

This is the best holiday Inn I ever lived in. The staff are super friendly. They have happy hour offers free drinks and food from Monday - Thursday 5-7pm. They even offer free homemade cookies and milk all the long.

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. First, when my family checked in, we were greeted by a sign stating I was the guest of the day. With this, I received my own parking spot as seen in the photos. Check-in process was easy. Between 5-7PM they have complimentary beer and wine which was well needed travel through 3 states with children. Then starting st 7, they have fresh baked cookies and milk. The front desk was awesome. The morning breakfast was great and had more to offer than most hotels. The cherry on the top was when I was walking out to my car in the morning. A woman I had seen earlier with a baby and a three year was taking her three year old to the bathroom. I was wondering where the baby was. I look at the breakfast area and see the breakfast Attendant holding the baby for the mother. I have never seen such amazing customer service at a hotel in my life. If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would. Such a well run property.

A great staff makes up for a well worn property . Shannon and Katerina were both incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed their hospitality and treats like fresh cookies. our room was updated and quiet despite road noise. the biggest challenge for the location is the heavily worn interior that is a couple decades behind maintenance . The location is very accessible but also in a challenging location for traffic . Convenient access to local sightseeing in Leavenworth . even Wenatchee riverfront is very lovely . Id come back

Needed a hotel for one night, while passing through. Saw on Costco travel for a good deal. Have to say, was the best bed and pillow I’ve slept on in ages. Comfy. Clean room, excellent staff. On down side, carpet on stairs and hall, little bit dirty looking, but overall. Still giving 5 stars. I would stay again. Thank you for a great stay, oh yes, excellent air conditioning too.

This particular Holiday Inn Express was superb in everything. Their customer service was impeccable. You feel like you are part of the family. It is rare to get that kind of service anymore. Top Notch. I have always been a fan for Holiday Inn and never received bad service but this location was a step up in every way from the room to the customer service and the breakfast. Always clean and kept up and pleasant staff and a great manager.

A great place to stay! The beds & pillows are very comfortable - I liked that the pillow cases state which are soft or firm pillows. Also the shower actually had a strong spray which I appreciated. Breakfast had several hot items to choose from & there was an automatic pancake machine. There was a good selection of juices & cereals to choose from too. The popcorn machine in the lobby was a nice touch! I would stay here again.

I travel a good bit for work and I always stay at IHG properties. My 6 night stay at Holiday Inn Express has been my favorite stay this year. The room was clean and neat, what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was better than helpful. The highlight was the Managers Reception from 5-7pm M-Th. Free food and drinks. Being on the road gets boring, but being able to meet people in a mixer like atmosphere was great. Food was great. If the free food is not enough for you, there is a Wendys, Mexican restraunt and a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Everything you would expect the hotel staff to do, they did. Without asking or prodding. Very well managed establishment. I believe Tiffany is the manager, and I did deal with her when I extended my stay. Fantastic work Tiffany. I advised my co-workers who are staying at highers cost facilities what they were missing.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on April 8th. We had breakfast on Easter Sunday April 9, 2023. We were very impressed with the wonderful breakfast selections, but what really got our attention was the young man who was in charge of the breakfast service. His name is Ivan, and he is amazing. Not only did he make sure that everything was filled, he swept the floors and whistled while he worked. It is rare to see a young man who clearly enjoys his work, but who is so personable and polite.

It’s a decent hotel in Wenatchee. Plus side: rooms were clean, facilities were worn but clean, convenient places to eat right in the parking lot. Negatives… 1) it’s adjacent of the train that can be noisy depending on which side of the hotel you are on. The Main Street through town is on the other side so pick what you think you can deal with. 2) thin walls and heavy doors make it next to Impossible to sleep through the folks that are waking up early. Please put some decent springs on your doors so they don’t slam shut when people leave. Overall, decent value for the money.

Probably the worst Holiday Inn experience we've ever had. The pool and hot tub were crowded and very dirty. We didn't want to even set foot in there. The rooms were tiny and cramped. On top of that, the parking lot is very limited and small. Won't be staying here again. I give the 2 stars instead of 1, because the gal working at the desk was very professional and polite. Great customer service! Apart from that ... not much else positive to say about this place. And the price is outrageous for what you are staying at.

Overall we had a great stay. The service we excellent and the room was clean and well maintained. It took us a lot of time to get the AC unit to work, we ended up just turning it all the way down and it turned on. We also loved the option of the complimentary dinner food.

I stayed here in 2015 for about 2 consecutive months straight. It’s 2023 now, I booked again just because it was familiar and thought to myself…there’s no way they’re still doing free dinner, alcoholic beverages OR that the facility is as well kept as it was in 2015. I expected it to have 8 more years of hard use. Boy was I wrong. The hotel looks new inside, fresh and clean. White linens, upgraded, big TVs. Dove soaps and every fixture in the bathroom was polished and shiny. Very clean. Much to my surprise they’re still serving free dinner in the evenings (weekdays only maybe?) AND alcoholic drinks (beer, seltzers). What other hotel does that??? There are so many work trucks in the parking lot. No wonder this is a choice for the working people on a weeknight Staff is so friendly. I turned around and noticed by the front counter they had a basket of free Father’s Day cards in case you didn’t plan ahead. Legit cards by the way. I’m just blown away by the thoughtfulness here! I will keep coming back!

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend during my daughter's softball tournament. Likes: *Welcome table for the teams with complimentary Gatorade, granola bars and fruit snacks. *Happy Hour M to Th night 5 to 7 *Warm cookies and milk and fresh popcorn every night! *Beds were comfortable, pillows and linens were so soft and nice! *Breakfast had a great selection and was always being refilled by the hard working staff. Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. At check-in I noticed that the Guest of the Day which was a nice surprise. I got double the points and a dedicated parking spot for 24hrs. Welcome table and Guest of the Day was a simple but nice gesture for our stay. There was an issue hot water for some rooms. We did not notice and always had hot water for our showers but some rooms did not. The manager was very sincere and was working hard to try and resolve the problem. She came to our group and apologized in person and clearly was stressed about getting the repair done but couldn't find anyone during the long weekend. She discounted all our rooms for the final night by 75% off our booked rate. We would definitely return next time we visit Wenatchee.

One of the best holiday inn experiences I’ve ever had. Staff was exceptionally kind and rooms were well tended to. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors. Complimentary breakfast was robust. Definitely a good stay.

Been here a few times. Each time has been great. Staff is friendly and the have manager nights where they provide some light dinner 4 nights a week. The hotel is a bit aged but they’re keeping up with the upgrades. AC units can blow the fan to drown out any outside noise. Would recommend when staying or working in Wenatchee.

Now this is a nice hotel! Conveniently located within walking distance of several places to eat and Starbucks. The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable and had a variety of pillows to choose from, breakfast changed daily and was good, manager had a M-Th light dinner for weary travelers. What would I change? My companion didn’t care for the sink to be in the room (he wanted to brush his teeth in private). I guess the price would be the only change although it’s hard to gauge what a reasonable price is. We were there three nights (Th-S) and it got more expensive each night, which I guess is normal, but the difference from the cheapest to most expensive was $75 for the same room. That seems like a lot to me.

I stayed here with a couple of friends. Pricey for a 3-star hotel. Nothing much to brag about. Housekeeping did a very average job. There’s definitely room for improvement. Could possibly improve Amenities such as gym and in house laundry.

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was lovely. We were happy with the room, and breakfast was great. They alternated between some fresh cooked breakfast options so it wasn't the same food every day. They had fresh cookies made nightly, and hot cocoa or hot cider available as well. We were happy with our stay and didn't have any complaints.
