Everything was delicious in our group of 4. The cocktails were just as good. I got the sea bass which melts in your mouth and perfectly crispy on outside. My drink was so good and made with beet juice and gin. I didn’t get elderflower because I am not a fan.

I came here for a late night dinner with my partner, and both of us were thrilled with our meals. We started with the brussels sprouts appetizer and a bread basket (the bread was included). I got the scallops entree, and my partner got a sirloin steak with the fingerling potatoes on the side. I was hesitant to get red meat at an Argentinian steakhouse because they are known for overcooking their meat, but the steak was perfectly medium-rare! We finished with the flourless chocolate cake.

My husband took me here for my birthday. It wasn't busy on a Monday evening and we got there early for our reservation and they seated and served us when we got there instead of waiting for our reservation time. I got the We Got the Beet cocktail which had gin, St. Germain, beet juice for color, and some other things. Delicious and did not need amother drink. They gave us delicious bread to start off, with oil/ balsamic and a mixed butter. Then we ordered a surf and turf appetizer and that was the best part of our meal. The meats were so tender and flavorful and the sauce they came in had such bold, delicious flavors. It came with this sliced toasted bread with some herbs and what looked like balsamic on it as well. It would be fantastic as a larger portion for an entree. We each got different chicken entrees. Mine was a fried chicken breast over some pasta and his was stuffed chicken I think over what tasted like grits. They were both ok but the appetizer was definitely more flavorful and what I was expecting from this restaurant. The service was wonderul and the restaurant was beautiful. We definitely will be back and we recommend checking it out!

Definitely a new favorite between Oly & Seattle! We recently received a gift card for this restaurant and were eager to check it out after the recommendations and reviews. Everything lived up to the hype and we’ll certainly be back. We made a reservation online for Friday evening and that was a good call - while it wasn’t too busy, we were able to seat quickly and comfortably. It looks and feels like you’d expect a Brazilian, or in this case, Argentinian, steakhouse to. Cozy, dim lights, bold colors. We appreciated the fire in the background and the longhorn decor. Service then was exceptional. We ordered drinks, an app, and our meals. Absolutely all of it was delicious. Among our favorites were the moonlight margarita, the crab cakes (!!!), and the elote gnocchi. Each of those would be definite re-orders next time. The top sirloin was also super good - the chimichurri was excellent to pair. And the side of the braised lentils… just now. Highly recommend a side of those to share! So overall, this was really great food and it felt like at a really good price. Perfect for a date night or special occasion.

Great staff, great food, great drinks. Fine dining with attention to detail. The food was cooked exactly to order. Water glass was never left empty. Attentive staff and an amazing chef bring this little place to life. A top choice for a date, celebration or just an excuse to get out.

Wow! Definitely make a reservation if you'd like to dine in the table service area. The bar is busy too, so it may take a bit of a wait to sit and have dinner at the bar. Everything was lovely! The ambiance, the service, the food. Dishes ordered were the he Seared sea bass, and Top Sirloin.

Had a delicious meal here with friends. Asado was packed on a Sunday evening but it’s an easy, comfortable vibe and our server was wonderful. My salmon was perfectly seared and fresh. Delicious. The mixed grill was excellent. Wine list has nice selections at reasonable prices. Love this spot - it’s our friends’ favorite restaurant in Tacoma and now we know why.

It's nearly a 5. I will definitely revisit and bring friends. Excellent place, great experience reasonable price. Both our entrees were beautiful and tasty. The empanadas and creme brulee were fire. My steak was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. The fish entree, exceptional. Ceviche looked stunning, but was just ok, that's why this rating is. 4.8 and not a 5. Make reservations or come early for bar seating. Our Server was great. Make our dining experience a nice one. Looking forward to trying more entrees and Happy Hour.

I didn’t realize you could get a good steak outside of King County. And then came Asado. I am not sure if have ever had steak so completely, perfectly cooked. I told her medium rare, more on the rare. It was perfect. The ambiance and staff are just what you need to end a long day.

Wow. My partner and I are avid about 5 star restaurants. This was hands down one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. This was the most flavorful meals I have ever had in my entire life. The service was worth a million bucks and sealed the deal for us 100%. I believe our waitresses name was Lois but I’m not sure. She was absolutely the most amazing waitress I have ever had in my life. We drove over an hour for this meal. We will be here in the near future!!!!!!

Beautiful restaurant and delicious food! My wife and I came here for our anniversary and it was perfect. Even though they were short staffed from call outs, the staff were friendly and attentive and our waitress was amazing! Service took a little over an hour with appetizers and dessert, and the bill was around $140 before tip. Honestly not a bad wait considering how busy they were and how high quality the food was. Great place for a special night out, I would highly recommend!

I used to frequent here for happy hour and came again after a few years and it DID NOT disappoint. It was super delicious. I had the flank steak with lentils. So flavorful and worth every cent. Drinks are delicious and food is authentic Latin cuisine.

AMAZING! got the top sirloin, tomahawk steak, creme Brule! Was absolutely delicious 😋 took some time for the food to come out. BUT! Well worth the wait 🥰 I'm in love for real. Staff was AWESOME! we had Tiffany as our waitress. And after they stopped cooking the head chef was walking around asking the customers how the food was 😁 again amazing experience 👌

I'll start by saying if I was only rating the food, Inwould have given 4 stars as most of the food we got was really good. There are a few reasons I couldn't give 5 stars. First, they were out of a number of things which is very frustrating, we were there at 4:30 on a Thursday. Second, I really wanted the lamb so that's what I ordered. A few minutes later our waitress came and told me the lamb wouldn't be "ready" to cook for another 30 minutes. Why are you open if everything on your menu isn't ready to go. I wasn't going to make everyone at my table wait, so I ordered chicken. Third, service was slow, apparently due to being short staffed which I assume they knew when they sat us, I probably could have gotten the lamb. Everyone working that we interacted with was very nice.

Everything was absolutely delicious! We have been looking for a place that makes great food a drinks. We had the wedge salad, empanadas, seabass, filet and a ribeye yummy yumyum! The creme brûlée was the best I’ve ever had ! The red drink was beet juice “”We got the beet”!

One of the better date night restaurants in the area. Be prepared to spend at least 20$ an entree but well worth the price. The chicken and beef flank featured in the photos were cooked to perfection. The purple potatoes and polenta shine in their own way to make the dishes 10/10. The caipirinas are a refreshingly strong nightcap to the meal as well. A memorable birthday!

Asado's was very tasty. The waitress was very attentive until the end. We waited a LONG time for her to bring my dad's birthday cake out.

In the 7 states I have lived in, this is the best steakhouse I have been to. For an appetizer we had the calamari and I’ve never had calamari be SO good. The two sauces it came with were equally as good as each other and I could not decide which I liked more. I would honestly come here just for the calamari and I’m not a big calamari guy. For dinner, I had the flat iron steak, cooked to medium, with the fingerling potatoes and it was an absolute delight. Truly I felt upset once I was finished with my meal. I could eat here regularly (if my budget allowed lol) but I will say the meals are 100% worth the price and I will dine here again.

This restaurant could improve some things but in general is one of our good ones. One thing to improve: The reception people (Main door) should be more friendly. Everything else is good but not exceptional…

Food and service was top tier. We grabbed a few drinks in the bar while we waited for our reservation. We were able to get seated about 10 mins early. Kate was our waitress and I honestly wish I could experience a waitress like her at every restaurant we go to. She was super friendly and beyond knowledgeable of the menu. She provided some great suggestions and insight on multiple menu items. My husband and I were amazed but her customer service skills. The food was out of the world. My husband is a phenomenal chef so it's hard for us to go out and find meals we truly enjoy. However, this place blew our minds. We started with the Pom Drop and Diablo Martinis. Both great drinks. I ended up having 2 Pom Drops. Then we had the ceviche and oh. My. God. It was so fresh, so light and probably the best ceviche we've ever had. Then I got the pork and my husband for the ribeye steak. They were both so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Before we left we were discussing how we couldn't wait to come back and what we plan to order next time (spoiler: I can't wait to try the Sea Bass Kate talked so highly of). We ended with the crepes and the pistachio ice cream it came with was phenomenal. 10/10 experience. *not pictured: Pom Drop, Diablo Martini, Spicy Margarita, ceviche.

We were lucky enough to get a 6pm reservation on a Friday night. Our server, Lois, was one of the best in the many times I visited Asado! The special appetizer was a pulled chicken empanada, and it did not disappoint. The bone-in ribeye was a highlight, and the grilled halibut was amazing. Treat yourself to this location for a special night out.

📍 Asado Argentinian Steakhouse, Tacoma 🥩 First Argentinian steakhouse we have been to in WA state and it did not disappoint! The ribeye, sea bass, and beet salad were excellent. We normally love to come in and see Scott in the bar on our date night. TBH…Scott makes a better cocktail (the inside job) then whoever was behind the bar tonight. Well tonight Scott was off and we had the pleasure of Kate S as our server. Kate did not make our drinks, it was busy for a Tuesday. What a wonderful experience. She was an absolute delight. She let us take our time and enjoy date night. She knew when to come over and when to let us enjoy ourselves. She took great care of us. Thank you Kate for the wonderful date night

Absolutely amazing food and the service is top notch! Holy cow! I had the Picatta de Pollo for dinner and I honestly don't think I've ever had chicken as good as this. Outstanding. Magnificent drinks, fantastic food, A1 service, superb atmosphere... How do you beat that combination? Will I be back? Of course.

Asado's is a gem: the interior is beautiful, the service is friendly/knowledgeable, and the food is great. They don't have many vegetarian options as entrees (I realize they are a steak house), but their vegetarian empanadas, house salads, and purple mashed potatoes are sublime. For pescetarians, their sea bass is always good.

The best food ever! I have no complaints at all. I'm venezuelan, so, the music is wonderful if you like some classic latin music. Their attention is really, really nice. I had mouth-gasms all the time with their amazing food!

Food was divine but the hostess sat us next to other couples when the restaurant wasn't packed at all. Would of preferred more private seating. It was late on a weekday there's just no need to pack couples so close together like that.
