Staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. The buffet was by far the worst I’ve ever had, which, if you’re a buffet lover like me, you know that’s saying something. It cost 30 dollars per person, I thought that was a bit high but there were about a dozen servers standing by the cash register, maybe that kinda explains it. They were all joking and laughing and talking about other customers. So I walk down to the buffet and its tiny, salad bar looked and tasted okay. But all of the hot food was visibly aged, hard as a rock, dry as a bone, even the dishes with sauce looked to have a leathery top layer. So I grab a plate full and walk back to my table, but first you must pass through the platoon of waitresses who all stare at you and your food. Snickering as you go by. Food was gross, even the prime rib sucked. I ate one plate and got out of there, never once being checked by any of the cackling hoard of servers. If you’re thinking of going here, I’d suggest just about any other buffet in town over this joke of a restaurant.

Some days are good days here. However tonight, I have never experienced the game play like tonight. Machines I usually play would pay out at first. But soon after the win the machines would go through a series of losing. It did not matter what size bet you choose. I understand you win some you lose some but $100 bill into a machine, you were not winning at all. If you put $20 up down up down. But $5 you will play for a few hours and even on $1 you will come up. Sitting down at a winning machine I suggest get up and move on do not use the same ticket your winning on. It sounds weird and it is very weird but i have never experienced any thing like this. Horrible action. Oh and I called vegas and asked them if do they shut down machines and empty the money out every night or day they said only when the machines need to but not every day, sometimes it is weeks before they are full and have to be changed out. So, play at your own risk people.

This hotel is beyond nice and rates are competitive for the level of service you're undoubtedly receiving. As for the casino itself, a ton of fun. Lots of new and old school games in a Vegas style real feel big deal CASINO! It's easy to get caught up in it, so please know your limit and set it in stone! Because the card tables, roulette, craps, and slots run all night! Good luck, and many fortunes ahead.

Always a fun place. The waitstaff and bartenders are great, and we typically win half the time, which let's us go again. Looking forward to the hotel, got one of the first rooms available, so we will have reviews for that. I'm sure they will be good.

Oh my gosh... the last time I hung location was about 10 yrs ago and it wasn't anything to write home about. All that has changed! The rooms were beautiful, roomy, and quiet. I had a safe, fridge and coffee maker in my room. It was spotless and the bed was so Comfortable. I actually ended up spending all night in my room because it was so pleasant to be in. Beyond that they have a promo now where checkout on. Sunday's isn't until 5 or 530 pm! Yes you read that right. Time to watch the games and chill without having to store luggage anywhere. Parking is what you'd expect but it's also free so no complaints there. Metal detectors and ID required upon entry to casino and even if you're leaving the hotel to cut through the casino, you still need the ID. Every one on the staff was at the top of their game though. Meaning I didn't feel like I was somehow guilty of something even though I hadn't done Anything. They treated you like a person. I was in the smoking sections but I'm sure they have a non smoking section too. They have table card games, slots, and places to eat. There are even drink servers that come and take your order but it's not complimentary. I'll take it though especially if I'm doing well on a machine and don't want to go to the bar. It's the closest thing to a Vegas hotel by the look and feel that I know of on the area. I managed to win a fair a.ount on the machines. Lastly, I wanted to mention that I normally don't go out alone in general but I felt totally safe there. There was always a security presence even in the garage and I didn't see any suspicious activity that would normally make me want to go to my room or leave. I actually saw a fair amount of ladies on their own so for whatever that's worth, I'm definitely planning to visit again the first chance I get.

I ate at the buffet. I recommend to not eat there. Food is unseasoned. The seafood tasted weird and the prime rib had no flavor. The meat was gray. The bread pudding had a piece of mystery meat in it. The carrot cake tasted like banana bread and had nuts in it. There were not many options and the buffet smelt like stale cigarettes. It was very overpriced for limited options and bland food.

First Hotel/Casino that you have to go through security, ID scanning, and metal detectors, and I have been to many. Only thing I think is the neighborhood, It might be a bit rough, or seemed to be. Seattle has really changed since my last visit. Besides that, the hotel is excellent, with great rooms. Can't get to it though except through one approved entrance and get ready for second hand smoke Armageddon. Interesting place. Nice pool, hot tub. Great rate.

We personally did not stay at the hotel but visited the casino for a Mother's Day outing. The upkeep in cleanness around casino as far as the slot machines could really use a lot of attention. We didn't see any beverage servers whatsoever during our visit cleanliness was I major issue slot attendants were nowhere to be found, the buffet staff with it being a very very busy day were very polite. Food was good and have to say one of the buffet managers dealt with a very Rude and unruly customer and I give her an a plus plus plus On how she handled him. As far as the slot machines the payouts are no good they're quick to take your money but not quick to give you a good Pay out. So as far as establishment I'm not going to give a great review and I would say just don't waste your time period.. Also definitely not a kid friendly place saw a security Guard harassing a family that was walking to the buffet. They weren't doing anything wrong kids were very mannered and stayed with the parents so I do not see what the purpose was of harassing a family with children. So again security is not very professional and rude as well.

Been waiting for my deposit to be reversed and called today after 2 weeks. Come to find out they took my deposit and stated that we took a comforter and sheets. Housekeeping cleaned our room after one night staying and stripped one bed and never replaced the comforter or sheets, we called and tried to get them to bring us some and they never did during our 3 night stay. Now we're being charged saying we took them. Don't stay here. The staff was super friendly but not worth the hassle or the charge.

Last time I was there, it was before the pandemic, so I was excited to eat at the buffet again. The interior has been remodeled nicely. But it's the food and its display that is so remarkable. Everything was well cooked and looked appetizing. My favorites were the cod and the rotisserie chicken thighs. The salmon appeared to be the frozen kind and I can't say I cared for it. The waitresses were very attentive, and my Coke was refilled almost everytime I took a sip! I'm going to be back for sure.

It’s been a very long time since I won a handpay. I use to win them quite often, but I haven’t had any luck this year. I do wish they gave out better free play. Food comps are good and the food is good. The decor at the Tacoma EQC is nice and the staff are nice. I would definitely go more often if my chances of winning were better. I guess my luck has run out.

Metal detectors on the every entrance 🤔 . Plenty of slots! Kinda mid- level public. At night, usually, good number of tweekers, but they don't bother people around them... I did hit a "Big One" couple years ago 😉👍🎯!

We just went in to play some slots, we didn't stay at the hotel. The place is pretty clean and staff were nice. Ample parking. The only thing I didn't like is that the drinks were very weak. If I pay $10 for a drink, I should taste some alcohol. I would recommend drinking the free coffee, soda and water.

Never stayed at their hotel but have been to the casino hundreds of times! It's not the fanciest hotel in the area but it's a good vibe and friendly workers. I have actually won some decent money there at times as well. All around pretty cool place.

Nice size room. It appears was recently renovated. This is the smaller casino located in Fife, but itv is always packed. Easy access off I5 if visiting Seattle. Prices were great, would stay there again.

My wife loves to go gambling so we decided to park across the street after we bought a $20 parking spot for the semi. Then we went to go gamble and eat. The food was great the people were great but as you know a casino tends to take your money more than it gives it so at this one we didn't win. We did see a lot of people at least getting sums of money but no jackpot winners.

Great to stop in for a sports bet but the ventilation here isn’t so great. You just feel like you’re in an ash tray. I haven’t had much luck here but I definitely appreciate the security efforts, the variety of games, and the self serve beverages. I haven’t stopped here for a meal since they had all you can eat lobster. Wish they’d bring it back!

Good location, but not on my list for re-visit. As a non-smoker, there was no way to avoid large amounts of cig smoke around the entryway, lobby check-in, elevators, and less so in the hallways and even in the non-smoking room. Pleasant staff. Went elsewhere to eat. Didn't gamble as it was too late in the day. Parking lot is convenient. Noticeable numbers of security.

Most of the staff there us amazing. They are under paid for sure but still amazing friendly and very helpful. Except this 1 bartender there I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. She is a heavy black female with braids. She seems like not only dies she hate her job but she hates people. Besides her my experience was fun.

Our daughter had a business meeting to attend in the area, so brought a few things for her while she was there. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, as we had to drop off the items before picking her up from the airport. I am very grateful to the staff there for doing this for us and her, it was really appreciated. The rooms were very nice and quiet. Tastefully decorated and clean. The one drawback I can find is the hotel being in the center of the casino. Multiple trips back and forth to the vehicle required being carded and searched each time. Props to the security staff for doing their job very well, but for a business meeting stay, it is a little bit of a hassle if you have much at all to bring to your room.

They used to have the Best Buffet in the United States. But the Cheapskates who run the Tribe, decided to get rid of the Best Buffet in the United States. SHAME ON THEM. SHAME ON THEM. SHAME ON THEM. I will never gamble there again. My wife will never gamble there again. Boycott their 2 Casinos. The food in the other restaurant is Very, Very, Expensive & Very, Very, Small Portions. Beware. Boycott Both of their Stingy, Money-Grubbing Casinos. You will not win anyway.

Kicking out crown jewel individuals with work trucks. Security makes you park off site to play at their casino when the vehicle fits Ina regular parking stall. Also, slots payout nothing compared to others. They have tighten the slots and want me to walk from off site parking. They don't care about their high rollers.

I love the old one! I almost always win some and or at least get to play. They have all the good games. I wish they still offered the $25 food voucher after 2 hrs play though.

I love to go here apparently only to lose money. LoL I also go here for the food which is always great. I like their breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, and sub sandwiches. All are well priced and the service is always great. Has for the actual gambling it's has expected some days are better then others. They do have a great choice of slots most of them being newer compared to other casinos. Good luck of you go.

Great place to go if you want the best of all three worlds eat, sleep, gamble. The rooms are elegant and clean no matter what room your staying in. There is great staff that go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and stress free with a smile. The food is top of the line and they have a menu that have choices of all likes. Need a holiday like to play slots or table games this is the place for you. You won't regret it check em' out for your next special escape.

Con artists. I won a max bet in the high stakes room just after loosing thousands. They refused to pay me and claimed the video footage doesn’t work and the machine was broken. I highly recommend never going there for even entertainment. It’s just not worth it. Knowing that you’re going to loose and winning but not getting paid are two different things.

Had a good time. Wasn't too crowded, I like the fact you can pick smoking or non 🚭 sides to play on. Overall was a pleasant experience I played slots 🎰n ended up winning only $200 but it's a win so I'll take it casino🎲

Nice size place. Wheelchair accessible. Parking may be a little difficult depending if u park in the lot vs. garage. Offers free play and spin. Also other gifts every month throughout the whole month. Players rewards as well. Deli is nice and pretty much quick depending. Designated smoking area with slots available.

Well if you rent the room through a third person company, you have to pay an extra $200 for a deposit. Which I understand like $50 but $200 that is room more then the room cost, was. The lady that checked us in, was so rude. The room was really nice, and clean .

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't be let down. A lot of fun - large non-smoking section which is appreciated and a great restaurant. Go there knowing you’ll lose your money, but the entertainment is worth it. A great escape for adults.

Emerald Queen Fife is a good place to stay if you want to have a night of dining and gambling. Pacific Rim Buffet is absolutely amazing; a bit small but the food is better than expected. The self-service soda machines are very convenient and there is a wide selection of slot machines. However, as is the business model for casinos, they want you out of your room as much as possible, which might why the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. The rooms are sizable and well appointed but don't expect a good night's sleep. Aside from that it was an enjoyable time. The trick at any casino is never expect to win, just lose slowly enough to have fun for a while. Will go back here to eat and play for sure.

The place was clean and busy I was very disappointed though because I planned this trip for months and weeks and days and more months and I drove the many miles it took me to arrive and when I got there almost every single one of those slot machines was broken because they all took my money none of them gave me any money back I tried to complain, and they all laughed at me! I'm not sure when they plan on fixing them but as long as they just take my money I won't be going back

On my way back to my Hotel room from Work(WSH…Traveling) and I just needed to use the bathroom and I had a bag with my work folder, my leftover lunch and a bottle of pop; and they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom! Telling me that I have to throw my bag away! Is everyone in this state high off of drugs or high off of their mall cop positions? You are a casino…nothing but a house of gamblers and gambling! And I have seen some of what you have let in your place; and I am dumbfounded by your lack of hospitality! SMH! Tonight has been Wonderful and I will never forget the day a casino wouldn’t let me wi to just use their Restrooms! After attempting to use the bathroom at the entrance in front by the conference room; I tell myself to go see if the nice security officers that allowed me to leave my bag with them and use the bathroom was working the entrance by the parking garage and some old man comes to tell me that because they turned me away(I excused myself by telling them that it wasn’t that serious for me to throw my bag away when just last week; I did the exact same thing and wasn’t asked to throw my bag in the trash). So, get your lies straight old man! NO ONE; especially a casino telling me that I couldn’t use their bathroom will make me tempted!!! Lol

I haven't been to the casino in a number of years and decided to stop in and my goodness, it was absolutely beautiful. The clientele there can be a little rough around the edges but I left with a few $100 of winnings in my pockets so all things considered a great night.

The only problem we had was the leaches! Why aren't these people removed from the building if all they are doing is preying on people for handouts? It makes it awkward uncomfortable and very unpleasant! In a matter of three hrs over a half dozen people sit down next to you and don't skip a beat to ask for a handout. Isn't that a part of security? They have the buddy system down walking around. I guess the conversation makes them turn a blind eye to the job they are there for!

Tonight the experience was so/so. The staff was awesome as always 5 stars go to their team, location and parking was easy. Now I would rate this place 5 stars if I would win a bit more often. Not tonight I guess. Oh well maybe some other time.

Nice casino go in one giant circle Square technically. Lots of slot machines very clean does have smoking and non smoking areas didn't smell at all really nice staff but they don't know the doors to get out any better than you do lol. But It was a good time and we did eventually find our door.

We had a great time here! The drinks were generous and cold 🥶 and the slots were loose (we left the casino up $1,000). The rooms were nice and the food was excellent. It was a wonderful experience.

This hotel was less than accommodating today when my husband’s truck was stolen overnight from their facility. Security was great. My husband and his friend, who has come to visit from AZ, asked if they could go back to the room they had just checked out of while they waited for me to come from Port Angeles to pick them up. They got a firm no. There was no helpfulness or customer service in this situation from the hotel or offer of an alternative. Pretty sure they just wanted them to wait in the casino and gamble. Very disappointing that this was their experience Too bad this is also now a reflection of Emerald Queen in general.

I was rather thrilled the buffet was back. We drove 2 hours to visit. It was awful. Dnt waste your money. We were there @ 4pm when they opened for dinner. Salads were soggy and old tasting, wilted greens. Not much to choose from in salads. No vegetables such as corn or green beans... The shell fish didn't look fresh. The prime rib was fair. Great horseradish though. Turkey was good. Scallop and mash potatoes were Luke warm ( 4pm opening should be very hot and steam tables should keep it to temp.) Gravy had skin on top. Asian food was cold also. Lemon desert was good. All in all very disappointed and concerned about food safety. It used to be so good before. Don't recommend it.

Slot machines only at the Fife location, but plenty to choose from. Large smoking and no smoking areas. Many quiet areas to relax and play, and Tatoosh grill for finer dining, as well as a pretty good buffet.

Loved playing roulette here. I run a weird bet that usually wins 90 percent of the time. They didn't hassle me and never once bothered me with trying all the casino tricks the other casinos usually try to stop the game.. bring in a new dealer... use a magnetic ball... none of that nonsense here at emerald queen casino. I would drive past ilani over and over again just to play a good honest fair game of roulette. Thanks so much for the fun time!! Thanks for letting me win and not going crazy like all the other casinos do!! I highly recommend this place. I loved it!!

Lots of great slots and their customer services have improved quite a bit! Even security has stepped up their game. Unfortunately, their members rewards aren't up to par compared to other local casinos. Currently, one can expect one dollar of point play accrued per $1000 spent with no offers of free plays on monthly basis for the regulars which their competitors offer.

I only go hit the casino, never stayed at a hotel that I live 15 minutes from.😎 Some of the clean up crew members are poor mannered from time to time. The cashiers and bar tenders are all very professional and engage well with customers in my opinion. If you are looking for that slot-machine-vice satisfaction; then hit this place up and check it out next time for sure, I've won about 6 jackpots in the last 2 months. 👍

Went for their Fathers Day Buffet. Cost was $40. (I think it's normally$53) It was a prime rib buffet. It wasn't all that great for a casino buffet. The turkey was dry and a little gamey tasting. Even with the gravy. There was a pasta bar and a Chinese food bar. They had a good selection of gelato, desserts and a good salad bar. We walked around and played a few games. Won a little money so it wasn't a terrible experience. Was just expecting a little more from the buffet.

I grew to like this unassuming hotel and casino the longer I was there. Lady Luck was not my friend this weekend, but the atmosphere was quite good. This location features nothing but slots, and a fair assortment of fairly new games is to be had. I'm not sure if it's just an industry affectation right now, but lots of dragons on a number of their games. If you're looking for more classic games like Double Diamonds or similar, you'll probably have to look elsewhere, although they did have a few older Buffalo machines that seemed a little lower in volatility than the newer machines. One thing that I really liked about the casino was having a reasonable sized non-smoking area. Many of the really good games seemed to be in the smoking area, but the non-smoking area had a fairly good selection of decent slots. Our hotel room was nice. It was a king room with a sofa, and it was very generously sized. The bed was comfortable and the rest was decent furniture that was nice but not opulent. However, it wasn't threadbare, and the tv had a good variety of channels but was a little smaller than a room this size usually is. The food service could have been a bit better, but since it was over Memorial Day, I think things weren't completely staffed. I would have loved to try the buffet, but the buffet was only open after 11am and closed before 8pm, so no go there. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and our stay was nice and enjoyable. The reason for 4 stars was for the tv size and the general feeling that this was more of a budget property.
