Decent selection although QFC has raised their prices more that Fredmeyer by over a dollar on many items. Poor management, so you're bound to run into all kinds of problems while checking out!! Been shopping here 30 yrs. I'm fed up.

Really rude staff at check out, I was trying to type in a code and the employee told me straight to my face to "stop complicating things." I understand the pressure he must have felt as there was a line but I was trying to get out as fast as I could. His lack of customer service skills made a stressful situation even worse. Given other reviews, it seems like this is a systemic issue from management not training their employees properly. Will not be back.

I've never seen front end staff as rude to customers in any other store at any point in my life. Argumentative, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I'm glad I'll never have to shop at this overpriced dump ever again.

Reading over some of these comments is just hysterical. I don't think these people actually shop at this store. My husband and I go multiple times a week. We suck at meal planning so sometimes it's daily. We love the workers here! Lauren is our fave, by far. She is a lovely human. So kind. All the time. Nick(whom I've seen mostly in the liquor dept - don't judge me...) is literally the most approachable, conscientious person I've ever encountered. There are so many more... Ashley! She is always so friendly and caring. Gage always has time for my husbands jokes.. John (wine and bev guy), never do we not get at least a hello from him. Robert in the meat dept... always asks how we are and whats new. Come on people, these workers are human. Just like you. Stop to appreciate them for a moment and maybe you'd find that they will appreciate you. Don't be a jerk. Be a nice human.

I really used to like this place but today no more. The price label for green onion says $0.99 but when checking out it was $1.49 in system. I thought it was just a mistake and went to customer service. However I was told that they already knew this issue for long and refunded $0.50 without even a sorry. It seems like they will take the extra $0.50 if you don’t notice that. It is ILLEGAL to charge a price higher than it’s label and this is so unethical.

QFC has a good selection of products, has a great range of prices, and a robust rewards program. QFC's coupons are fantastic - download the app, then use the QR scanning function to pull up and clip the coupon. They also send coupons for things you frequently buy, in the mail which is great, especially if those items are also on sale!! The butchers at the Bella Botega location in Redmond are super friendly and helpful. The rewards program gets you money off at Shell.......!

We live across the street so I'm here regularly or daily, I had the worst experience with a man who said his name was (ARTHUR) at self checkout just hovering over me as soon as I started scanning. I noticed him and turned around and asked if everything was OK and he said I hadn't scanned anything and I asked how have I not? Mind you I already had scanned 4 items and was already paying and had 2 more items i needed to pay because I was going to pay using my other card(we like to recive points back on my credit card and pay other things with my debit). He said to not mind him and he walked away. I felt very embarrassed and targeted. He didn't hover over anyone else at the self checkout and I'm wondering if he did it to me because I'm a person of color. I love coming to qfc and now I'm scared to go back because I don't want to feel targeted by this man.

The whiskey selection is well above average and the prices (with QFC rewards) are typically below.

Had a wonderful experience in the meat department today. A young man named Tim handled my meat like a champ with no complaints. Perfect 5/7

Decent size parking lot. Stays open until midnight even liquor too. I consider it as my neighborhood convenience store. Has enough number of self checkouts and hence the line doesn't get backed up here.

Over the years a lot has changed but we still stick to the same store for their quality. It lacks a bit of human touch these days which is the same in most of the places. The self checkout is very convenient. We would continue to shop here. Highly recommend

Very friendly, knowledgeable, inviting, caring, just a very wonderful person! The lotto machine took my money yesterday and did not give me my tickets. . I didn't know that I could tell the clerks about it and they could fix it til today. . I went back today and told them. . They said nothing can be done. .teally?? Last night when you counted the money in the machine it was over on cash and plus on tickets. . That money is mine. . You guys knew that there was extra money there. . You are thieves. .

Like a lady I enjoy listening to on you tube says, QFC is my second home. Be it at Crossroads or Redmond I do most of my shopping there. Well lit, clean, great selection, people working there are kind, helpful 👍. No complaints!

Very few persons would know this about QFC, it's open from 5am to 1am, incredible, and it best serves the needs of an house, everything, I mean it, everything is available except hard spirits, a well maintained pharmacy adds to the charm 💌💌👍

This store is our one stop shop for fruits and vegetables. This store has a type of pepper I like to buy. Awesome service.

Small but clean and friendly, good selection of cheeses (camambert is hard to find, haven't seen it any other supermarket in Redmond and environs)

Inconsistent, limited selection of everyday items. The local Fred Meyer's selection is priced lower on every single item, which is strange given they are both owned by the same parent. Often poor produce selection.

QFC seems to be one of the remaining large supermarkets left in business after the pandemic ravaged the economy. They don't have nearly as many staff to handle restocking but compared to a year ago most items are in stock.

One of my favorite supermarket. They have all the products items in grocery. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits. Their prices are also reasonable. It's close to my house so I tend to come here more often. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have pharmacy inside too and fresh deli. I love their bakery section the most as i always able to get good deals in it. Keep it up QFC.

Morning hunger. Walked in trying to find a sandwich. Lucky me there was many options but I was unable to grab something. Guy scanning and kneeling in the middle of the fridge didn’t even say hi or move for a few seconds so I can grab something . Ended up having donuts for breakfast. I was lucky no one was scanning the donuts .

Great service! My daughter wanted a heart shaped sushi platter that she had seen before. Normally those are done for Valentines day, Mother's day etc. When I mentioned just getting a regular one, the gentleman working there whipped us up one with the heart platter. So sweet of him to do that! Thank you!
