Every single time (different days , different times of day)..Even though this store is marked "open" on Google ..and according to their own door signage with holiday hours posted. This store is closed without notice.. There is nothing saying why it's closed (on days it's should be open) So frustrating we are from out of country and staying close by we were wanting to try this out in the 10 days we are in town... But it appears this store is not in operation.

First time experience.. it was WOW ! Took kids and my in laws , and they were amazed . But the shop can be better . Not much stuff inside . Wish they had more items to shop. They have some really basic basic stuff .. they really have to UP the inventory . Coffee was good . Some snacks were good but it was just for the store experience that we went . With so many cameras and systems in store , it is possibly better to hire someone in cashiers counters and pay them :). Nice try from Amazon but i really wished the store had more items and looked pretty . Overall a good experience 👍👍👍

Amazon Go shop is located next to The Spheres. If you’re visiting Amazon, you cannot miss this cool place. It’s the first cashier-free convenient store opened by Amazon. You can set up the app/phone number then go in. It’s a good experience.

I was very underwhelmed. The selection was paltry but I know this is a test store of sorts. Many items were understocked and large sections of shelves were completely empty. It made no sense. More importantly, the technology didn't work. We each picked up a beverage (4) and one snack. I made no effort to trick or conceal my item and we later found out we weren't charged for it. What was frustrating is we had driven over 100 miles before we finally received the receipt. If we had been overcharged we would have had little recourse. Honestly, I see little benefit for this technology. Many stores in Europe let you scan your own items as you shop and that seems like a much better time-saver in shopping.

Great shopping experience. It's basically a grocery store, but with a modern design and, obviously, no checkout lines. Its location is central, conveniently next to the Amazon headquarters. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a seating area for eating. Most importantly, the technology is very cool and the prices are about the same as elsewhere.

This is the future! I like the concept of the store, although unfortunately they don't have a lot of stuff there. Except for one small mistake, it worked well. I like the prices, also the place to eat food right in the store. Microwaves, sauces and cutlery are available there too. Overall, the store looks very good and could gradually expand to other cities.

Next Level Fast & Healthy Food. Whether you agree with the technology or not, it’s here and is pretty awesome to literally grab what you need and go. No waiting. No checkout. It was perfect for getting drinks, snacks, even dinner one evening while we were on vacation without having to pay for overpriced items at our hotel.

HORRIBLE Experience visiting this store. I bought 4 items worth US $15 and was sent an invoice a few hours after my visit for 24 items and US $95! The worst part was trying to get assistance from customer support as all the chat agents were based out of India and had no idea what an Amazon Go store is. Finally had to call the customer support team and even then was assured of a call back within 7 days but no resolution

I need this on my block in my own city. So seamless, no setup needed just one scan and walk out with your things. Well done project

Can't really compete with convenience stores, with hours that are not Convenient. Hope they get there soon. Cities don't sleep, so this needs more robots. Footprints of these are small, but things are laid out a bit wasteful, need to not just do what other stores have done. They need to think about more options, that need less touches per week. If we consider the concept of frustration free packaging, what might that look and feel like in a convenient store, where I grab and go ?

Contactless store! First time visiting one. Very easy to sign up. You just grab what you want and go! Many empty portions.. they could do better at refilling.

I love this little Amazon Go, I live nearby and find it super convenient for grab and go snacks without the inconvenience of having to check out. However, this location hasn’t been open on weekends since before the pandemic, and I can’t understand why they haven’t changed that since things have returned the normal. I constantly see confused tourists standing outside the door wondering why they can’t get in. Considering they’re right next to a major attraction with the Spheres, you’d think they’d at least open on Saturdays. Please Amazon, consider this!!

I stopped by Amazon Go this morning to pick up a drink. Be sure to set it up in your Amazon app first so that you can just scan a QR code and walk in. I’ve used one of these at the airport before and I am always impressed at the near “black magic” they use to somehow know what you walked out the door with.

Good place to grab a quick lunch! Good selection of cold + hot sandwiches. There's some counter seating available inside + microwaves too.

I loved the thought of this store and had to try it on my first day in Seattle. Everything worked perfectly, except that I picked up an item (putting it back down) and was charged. It was easy to fix that in the app. This is also the place to get cheaper drinks and snacks for your hotel room. This store is also close to the Amazon Spheres, so a win-win.

Fantastic experience of cash or cardless shopping. You can select the article of your choice and leave the store without any payment hassle as the same will be deducted from one's account. Wonderful.

I love Amazon Go for the selfless checkout and their recent code scan integration with the Amazon Shopping app. Now it is much easier to use the access code as there is no need for an extra app to access the store. Inside the store you can find a lot of fresh, ready to eat food, coffee, sandwiches and of course the fancy checkout system that does not require to scan each item individually.
