The
coaches
are
nice
but
the
front
desk
is
very
rude.
Their
app
also
has
many
glitches.
It
showed
I
had
an
extra
class
remaining
after
my
regular
number
of
classes
and
when
I
went
to
the
class
they
said
it’s
my
extra
class.
When
I
told
that
app
shows
that
I
have
an
extra
class
left
the
front
desk
was
very
rude
and
did
not
help
me
out.
They
didn’t
even
cancel
in
such
situation
and
charged
me
$18.
Again,
when
my
membership
was
ending
the
app
didn’t
warn
me
about
the
ending
date
and
allowed
me
to
book
a
class
after
my
end
date.
If
the
app
had
already
notified
me
saying
you
can’t
book
a
class
after
the
end
date
it
would
have
been
helpful.
Again
the
front
desk
was
so
rude
they
argued
with
us
and
still
not
accommodate
our
request.
Conclusion:
Worst
experience
with
OTF
Bothell
staff.
I
have
been
a
member
of
OTF
for
about
2
years
(Redmond)
but
never
experienced
such
rude
and
unhelpful
front
desk.
I
would
recommend
joining
any
other
branch
but
not
Bothell.
