Pretty cool place you should check out in Seattle as this is the headquarters of one of the largest tech companies in the world. It’s free to come in too which is nice. There is a store with Microsoft products, Windows copies, and merch. Also there is an exhibit of the company history. Definitely worth visiting if you love using Microsoft software! I have Windows 11 on all my PCs and I love it!

Great experience. You get to see the progress of Microsoft from the ground up. The integration of new products away from Microsoft Windows and Office. Xbox and Microsoft Surface. There is the failed media player that lost out to Apples Ipod. You get to try out the systems, play Xbox, and everything Microsoft. There is an opportunity to buy anything that’s currently in the market. There isn’t any hints to what’s to come but it’s a great experience. I’m a die hard Apple user but liked this place.

Nice. The Microsoft campus is great. The visitor’s center is quite small but interesting. About the store, this is not the usual Microsoft store but more like a place for souvenirs and t-shirts. No Surface Pro here...

It is one of my favorite tech spots in Redmond. The visitor center is free to enter, and it is easy to recognize since it is next to the giant Microsoft word. I learned many things about the early day of Microsoft, its old and current products, and how Microsoft has partnered and helped the world in different aspects. Looking back on my journey, I hope someday I will be a Microsoft employee. Again, I highly recommend this place to anyone

It is disappointing, to say the least. Expected detailed history, but only got to see a couple of slides. A company with such rich history, numerous milestones, and loads of feathers in the cap, I had imagined something awesome. But again, maybe my son and I set our expectations too high.

It is not big. But worth a visit when you want to learn a bit the history of microsoft. The flagship is interesting. And I bought a souvenire T-shirt, which is normally not sold outside. The new campus of MS is really worth to visit.

In July 2018, my daughter and I toured here through the Take a tour service that had been ordered a few weeks before. This tour service is very nimble and the transportation is quite comfortable. We stayed at the Red Lion Inn Suites Federal Way and were picked up by the Take a Tour van to get to the Microsoft Visitor Center which was about 31 miles (36 minutes trip). At this Visitor Center, visitors can see the products being developed through a computer provided at Vision Center. Visionaries can visit this place freely without time constraints.

So there is a Microsoft Store at this location now so there is a fair bit to do. I got to try the hololens as well as a while bunch of other Microsoft products. The store has a good assortment of Microsoft themed clothing and other promo type items. It is a bit pricey bit reasonable. The visitor center has a bunch of different exhibits but is a bit bare. There is room to grow so hopefully they keep adding to it.

There is a large underground garage with a short walk to the visitor centre. The open air lot in front of the building gets busy quickly. The centre showcases Microsoft products, both hardware and software. It's a fun place, ensure you have photo ID for entry. We spent a good couple of hours reading the history of the company and playing with the equipment. It would nice if there was more equipment to use. Also there is a large Microsoft Company Store in the building.

The interactive Visitor center and museum is officially open! It is so cool to see what Microsoft has done over the years, and what the technology is being used for right now. Plus, there's a gaming station where you can play all the games!!!

The centre has a nice setup and friendly staff, but to be honest I was expecting a little more. There were more Xbox games to try than info on the history of Windows. It was also really hard to find parking. It has sings for visitor parking but it was full; however, the visitor centre was empty. So are employees parking in visitor spots?! We almost gave up on visiting because of the parking.

If you're into gaming or the history of Microsoft, this place is great. Otherwise it's just a Microsoft gift shop. My 2 kids 10-13 loved it. It was their highlight of our entire trip to Seattle. They have 5-10 gaming stations where we played Halo...something they can do at home, but it's cool playing AT Microsoft HQ. We lucked out because the stations freed up shortly after we got there. If they were in-use the entire time, we would have been in and out in 20 minutes. My wife and daughter would not have had such a great time.

First time on the new campus of microsoft. We had a friend from work whose husband was able to get us in to do some tours of the store and the Xbox display area. Really cool experience. If you're a gamer and you happen to be around the area you should go check this place out

Nice place to visit. The store sells several different items such as tshirts, magnets, caps etc with Microsoft product branding. There's also a nice photo of the initial staff of Microsoft and a brief summary of their careers since then. There are a few cool gadgets to play around with as well.

There was interesting information about new buildings that will be opened in 2025, old technologies and some new features. Interactive screens and people working there. Visitors can spend their time by playing with Xbox consoles, Minecrsft and Forza Horizons 5. Also you will find some fact about founders of the company as well as milestones from 1975. There is a free parking lot next to the building. Our visit was about 2 hours with our two kids. Microsoft store is next to visitor center.

This place could use more signage, couldn’t find the location of it for about 15 minutes. Turns out it was inside an unmarked building right next to the parking lot. Nice museum of some of Microsoft’s history and has a gift shop, typical gifts- nothing too exciting. But plan to spend about 30-40 minutes max.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Was so excited to check out the visitor center but it’s tiny! Expected more from Microsoft.

Microsoft’s headquarter in Seattle. Interesting place to come and learn about Microsoft. You could play the games and buy merchandise. There is a visitor’s cafe. Other canteens are for staff only.

A must see if you are in Redmond. A wealth of history in Microsoft and its progress over the years. Friendly staff - with a especial shoutout to TJ, who was extremely professional and helpful. It was a great experience overall.

Interesting old artifacts to see and many things you can buy. Bought 2 headphones at a discount. The laptops are so cool too. Unfortunately they are out of stock.

The unhinged driver of this Microsoft shuttle bus got out of his vehicle to confront me while we were stopped at a red light. He proceeded to yell at me that I was too close behind the shuttle bus even though there was plenty of space between us. Regardless, he should have never exited his vehicle in the middle of the street, while in traffic to confront me the way he did. Complete lunatic that’s a liability waiting to happen for his company. This happened on 11/7/23 at around 2:20pm. Driver was an elderly white male
