This was our first visit to the aquatic center in Snohomish. The first impression is that the center is huge and, unfortunately, it is very crowded. There is an area for children and another one for professional swimming. We stayed at the kids pool and it was fun! There is a FlowRider, a lazy river and water slides. Of the shortcomings, I would notice that there are a lot of people and not enough chairs for parents to sit on.

My Daughter is in Sea otters level and we have registered through online for this season for her regular classes for Tuesday/Thursday 5.30 pm. Later we registered for her summer classes in person int he center and the employee who attended us was Olivia. While doing that registration she did some mistakes and moved our Spring Season 3 registration from Sea otters level to Level 1. Today when we went to the center for regular classes that’s when we got to know that all these have happened. When we asked why this happened they didn’t give us any proper reason and just asked us to either pull out or move to Saturday class . They didn’t even talk to us politely and were so rude to us. It’s nothing mistake from our side and it’s completely unacceptable. The front desk people made the mistake and now we have missed our classes. Now we can make it up only for the next season and it’s long break for our daughter. Please have a look into this and make sure that the front desk have at least some little politeness. We can totally understand that mistakes might happen. But please train them to make an apology for their mistakes instead of being rude to the customer. Totally didn’t expect such a behavior from such a big concern. My daughter was totally upset and we had to handle the crying child all the way home.

We used to take our kids here before covid and it was great. However, yesterday was our first time going back and when we arrived, we were told that the session was sold out, and we would have to wait 2 hours for the next one. It would be nice if they made that more clear on their website, because myself and my husband both visited the website before coming and it does not specify that you should reserve a spot. Our kids were obviously disappointed, but also the way we were told in a not compassionate way left a bad taste for us.

This place is a gem. I was visiting from out of town, took my grandkids over the weekend and we had a blast. I can see why the sell out. Lucky for us, I called in advanced and got the lowdown on making reservations in advance. The staff was so friendly, the pool was so refreshing, I think the slide was the favorite. They even have a gift shop! We ended our experience with Italian Sodas for the way home. For a fun time with your kiddos, I highly recommend!

For a family of four it will cost you $32 and its during the public swim that is after 1p. Clean facility, decent workers. Beware of where you sit, you can get splashed easily and have balls thrown in your direction if your near a basket ball hoop.

We’ve been taking our daughter her for swims lessons for years! The instructors are great and my daughter has learned so much. Always a pleasant experience! We also enjoyed Rec swim (when that was still a thing!) the lazy River is always a go to, and my husband very much enjoyed the FlowRider! I haven’t been brave enough to go on it yet lol when my daughter was younger, the playground part of the pool was a big hit too! It’s perfect for the littles. Also very much like how the pool or progressively gets deeper, again, perfect for the littles. Oh! And there’s a water slide and a hot tub!

I'm going to make a bold claim: This is the best pool in the Seattle area. From a competitive swimmer's perspective, this pool is great. Perfect depth, intuitive markings and consistent temperatures.

My kids had a wonderful time at this aquatic center during their open swim times. Yes it was crowded but so much to do here. Plus, parents of kids that are a little older and can swim(I think 8 years or older), they don’t have to pay an admission fee if they aren’t swimming.

Awesome but crowded water play area. We come once a month atleast since we got to know of this place. Felt clean but not too clean, people's hair was everywhere . My eyes were burning from being just sitting on the side on the benches. Too much chemicals. Play area for toddlers was cute. Splash slide was a thrill. Only extra payment was for the water surfing. Rest was included in the entry fees. There were young lifeguards. Kids were mostly well behaved. People were wearing their shoes & slippers next to water & walking in the water borders which makes water dirty. People are not considerate of the facility they get I felt. Most Employees I interacted with are polite, but I could see others cared less. But this place is awesome for birthday parties for kids in summer months especially. There's a very cute gift shop in the lobby . Entry per person is $8.25 as of 2023. This place gets a vote for One time must visit !!

Great place to take the kids. Fun for the whole family.. Great exercise, it's clean and enough lifeguards to keep the place safe. Something for all ages, young & old. Take the family & have a blast. Absolutely love this place

Nicely operated aquatic facility with a history of introducing young swimmers to the sport, training champions and allowing the less serious a place to play! Parking is a little challenging as the facility is busy most of the time, reservations are required for swim dates. They also have a party room for celebrations and a latte/snack bar.

I REEEALLY want to give this place 5 stars. Everyone is incredible, it's a Snohomish County Gem. HOWEVER, when we visited there were harder to reach areas of the pool that were covered in a phlegmy colored grime. You could tell the rest of the areas were clean but certain spots were missed and very thick and my daughters would accidently touch it. I found out about this after spending the time in the pool. This was last summer. Hoping it's been cleaned by now, but I wanted to put this out there so the maintenance people could check.

The water slide is great!!! Could use more crowd control on the stairs. Nice bathrooms even have soap in the showers. Nice snacks and gift shop. Price is reasonable. Whole place was very crowded. Heard they limit to 200 but think would be more enjoyable with less. Also they didnt take our concerns very seriously about a fall hazard. I saw 1 older child slip and fall and saw 2 other adults (one carrying a child) slipped in same place. All 3 were walking. I asked 2 lifeguards to place a cone in the spot. One said ask someone else as they have a walkie-talkie. That made sense. The other said its a slippery spot people who slip do so because they are running. I said no they weren't. Anyway no one ever did anything about it.

Warm pools, with life vests. Very nice. showers don't stay on long enough. But pretty clean. Wish they had more open rec swim times.

Hot tube is out of order 👎 and the water is too cold for my 1yr old. Their lips would turn blue, I had to constantly warm them back up at the shower but besides that, water slide was fun 👍our personal "cost guard approved" life vest was not allowed for our child to use, it was brand freaking new from Costco 😡. Their vests were the same as our child's 😒. water suits are allowed there 👍. Try not to get too close to the water jets in the lazy river, they kinda shoot too hard. The family changing room has 4 open space but one of them is out of order. Them have lockers and it's free, but bring your own lock 🔐.

I love to go here to swim laps in the well maintained high quality competition pool. Both the front end staff (desk) and back end staff (life guards) are well trained and great communicators. The locker room is clean, and did I mention how nice the pool is? The only complaint that I have is that the lane reservation system is archaic. Instead of reserving online, you need to call their automated phone system, ask to speak to a human being, and have a (sometimes lengthy) conversation with someone to find an available time (availability is highly variable due to events).

What a hidden gem of a gift shop. I purchased so many cute things today. The gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to bring my kiddos back for a fun swim over the weekend.

This pool seems huge but once you go inside you realize that you are stuck in the kiddie area because you can’t use the hot tub under 13 years old and the olympic part of the pool is for members only. The pool water was also on the cold side and my kids kept clenching their teeth the entire time. The best part was walking outside after the pool session ended and enjoying the 85 degree warm up sad but true. I didn’t care much for this place and will probably not return.

This is a huge aquatic center and I’m impressed by the size. Our daughter takes swim private lessons with her instructor Miss Mary Sue who is awesome and great teacher. This is a saltwater pool facility but the chlorine scent is still present due to the filtering process via electrolysis that creates chlorine but it is definitely not like other facilities where chlorine is dumped into the pool by the buckets so that is helpful. What could make this facility top notch is the locker rooms, I do not understand why there aren’t any changing stalls? You can’t realistically change in the showers as thats a safety hazard, but for sure changing stalls because there are too many unclothed people walking around and my daughter doesn’t need to see that.
