Ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough cup. It was really good and better than the ones sold at stores. The only downside I found is that many flavors were not available or sold out at mid afternoon and that was a bit disappointing.

It’s almost better than the pint! It stays frozen a lot longer than normal, so you have time to enjoy it, and they have some flavors that are normally out of stock in stores!

I ordered a pre-packed pint and they gave me a fresh-packed pint, complete with employee hair deeply embedded in it. I reached out to corporate but heard no response, guess they don’t care about health code violations. Nasty.

The ice cream is good but the atmosphere sucks. It's super loud inside and we weren't able to enjoy our ice cream because of a very large family that had children with them that they let run all over the place screaming. It would help a lot with the noise if the ceiling wasn't so open.

By far one of my favorite ice cream shops because of how amazing the flavors are. Our fav is the chunky Monkey. One thing to note is that they have rule in which a person can only test 2 flavors and they are super strict about that. But it is 2 per person so yeah. Recommend!

Nice ice cream and cakes. They are a bit on the sweet side, but pretty good nevertheless. The cakes need to be pre-ordered, so be prepared for that. Cakes are customizable. We come here often for birthday cakes 🎂

I ordered an ice cream cake for the first time from Ben & Jerry’s online and went for pick up. The ice cream cake was yummy. Will keep coming back for more on special occasions. Thank you.

Dirty place. Issaquah Highlands deserve better ice cream

Got myself Vanilla flavored, but it is the best Vanilla I've ever tasted! The store was clean and pretty much empty (visited when the weather was cold and rainy). And unfortunately because of Covid, they can't do samples. Parking was easy peasy. It's a fabulous ice cream chain!

This is a family friendly ice cream shop, featuring fancy flavors of ice cream cones. It is also community supportive. We have just visited this shop on its annual free cone day. Other than a free scoop of tasty ice cream, we had a chance to donate and support community activities. Kids are excited helping others. It was a meaningful trip besides delicious ice cream cones.

The best ice cream there is. Staff is young but friendly, service is fast. Classic Ben and Jerry’s vibes for sure!
