    Lol it's a chicken sandwich with nothing on it. And the chicken patty looks identical to the ones I buy in Costco. Eating out is a joke anymore. Waste of money waste of time.

    I gave it a 3 star because the egg rolls I ordered tasted like they were old and reheated based on the consistency of the outer layer of the egg roll, it was gooey not crispy and slightly rubbery... The sweat tea was ok it could be a little stronger and a little sweeter. It tastes really light almost as if it gets water down... I could be incorrect or Maybe not? Everything else was good!

    I visited this jack in the box location on 12/23/22 at 4 pm and had a positive experience. The lobby and restroom were clean, the staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the food was hot! I typically do not go to jack in the box locations because the food is never hot and fresh, so I was pleasantly surprised! I had a large order and the young man, Jonah, helped me carry my food out to the car! Way to go for outstanding service! I will be returning to this location again in the future.

    Jonah has great customer service at the window! Always a hoot and a holler when he sees us. Always greets us with a big smile and polite tone. And always gives enough sauce. 10/10 will come again

    Pretty standard drive thru place this location is always pretty clean staff is friendly and accommodating. Their menu has something for everyone. Top 3 on my list of favorite munchies spots

    Worst jack in the box to go to. Asked for 2 10 piece nuggets to only get 5 in each box. I call and I tell Jonna that I was just their and that I didnt get my receipt and that my order was wrong, he tells me I had drove off already and the nuggets that I was missing were in another bag he tells me that i have to come in right now to get my order replaced or else i cant get anything. Im telling him i cant go back and i will even bring the food in when i come in and he tells me he wont be abel to help me then. I asked to speak yo a manager he said theirs no manager. Then puts me on hold to tell me that his team lead watch 10 nuggets go in each box.

    Mae at the drive thru is nice with great customer service. Always complimentary and notices my 2 year old in the backseat. Today she was getting yelled at by food prep, I found out it was the manager, completely unprofessional. The yelling was loud enough to hear at the drive thru and be clearly understood. No one deserves that kind of harassment. I hope she reads this, I called and left a message, and contacted Jack in the Box directly and gets reprimanded and makes amends for her unprofessionalism and does not treat her employees with disrespect. You need to give respect to get it

    Everytime I put a mobile order in I wait 15min before I walk in so it should sure be ready. Nope, still have to wait as if they just start making it when I come in. Even though on the app I hit the prepare my food now button. I shouldn't have to wait so long for fast food.

    Went through the drive-thru, about 9pm. Customer service was great! Food was lacking. I live about 5 minutes from the restaurant and by the time I got home I had a cold hard sandwich and cold fries. I know $30 doesn’t go far these days but 2 barely edible (I couldn’t even eat half of it because it was so hard) sandwiches and cold fries… 😣 Ordered: Spicy chicken sandwich meal New chicken Sami meal

    Food was luke warm. I ate my fries as soon as I received my box and it was lukewarm. As i arrived home i had to reheat my food and salt it for lack of flavor, all though the staff was kind and helpful durning my experience in the drive thru. It was also pretty late when i went by around 11:30pm. So that could have been why the food wasn't as fresh as I'd like

    Super slow...employees are cordial and pleasant. Worst service this side of the Atlantic ocean. If your going to charge ridiculous prices you should at least provide fast food.

    Went to this location earlier today and there was only ONE worker taking orders and making them all by herself. I wasn't aware it was only her until I was already done ordering, I would've left if I had known this just so she wouldn't be even more flooded with orders. I pulled up to the window and saw her running back and forth trying to get our things together. She mentioned that her coworkers were late so she's been working alone. I felt so bad she kept apologizing for the wait but we waited patiently and she made our food pretty fast. I didn't catch her name but she definitely deserves a raise or at the very least some recognition for her hard work!

    Ordered from Uber Eats, priority delivery. Why is everything only available in Large sizes? Large Combos, large fries, large drinks? Just a way to rip people off! My food was delivered hard and cold. 2 sourdough Jack's and a large curly fry that were hard stale and cold. $40 worth of cold food. It's also been the same when we've gone to pick up. This is the last time I eat here.

    They rob their customers. Be careful, I ordered on the app which included a shake. Their shake machine was down even though I already paid for it and I was not offered a refund. Robbery. Be very careful.

    This here Jack's location is a very understandable group of hard workers during morning rush. I had been about 7 hours late for a pickup order due to transportation issue. I did try to call the location to update them, but some issue with there phone line is disconnected. Manager didnt know either, but however I had let them know and with no hesitation REMADE my late pickup order, "FRESH AND QUICK". 5 STAR SERVICE FOR BEING RESPONSIBLE.

    Hours says they are open, doors are locked. Employees inside ignore us extensively as we knock on the door to ask if they are open. They finally work up the courage to open and tell us only the drive through is open because they locked up, even though their hours on their door and sign indicate they should be open. We go through the drive through, and they make us wait before we order. Once we order, they get our order completely wrong, and the coffee and food was exceptionally subpar, even for fast food. Go to Burger King or something.

    Don't go here! came inside to maybe help the process after waiting in drive through for 5 minutes. 10 minutes at the register and didn't even get acknowledged. An employee thankfully came on shift and got me.squared away. he did great! wish I could give him 5 star. Dude deserves better. The guy before me had 6 dollars of sandwiches and waited about a half hour. nobody inside, incredibly disorganized manager. She's trying to micromanage unsucceasfully.

    So fed up with this place. It looks like they FINALLY got around to correcting their hours as posted online, but for a very, very long time until at least the end of last week, their hours were listed as being open 24/7. Twice last week and several times in the previous months I drove all the way across town, 15 minutes each way and wasting my gas, just to pull up and find a lobby chair blocking the drive thru and nobody inside. The sign on the door said 24/7 and maybe it still does. I have had trouble getting food here at various times for well over a year due to the problem I just described. I don't understand the problem--every other place that stays open late is able to find staff to run their graveyard shifts, why can't this single store?

    I deliberately had order two 5pc Spicy Chicken tender meals, and to substitute the regular fries with curly, ended up with two regular 5pc meals with nothing I asked for changed. I didn't even get sauce. It was not busy at all, customer service was sloppy.

    Good place to eat, and they have got much much faster than before, I can really tell someone has taken a lead at this place and made this a respectable place to eat, and not sitting in line 15 minutes in the drive thru anymore, and hey I appreciate it alot, and will continue to come back, for these reasons, and thank you, whose ever help this place get much better than 6 months ago

    Why is there serving size and taste different from other Jacks: no consistency in their taco line. Plus, my tacos shells were well over done: they were to hard to bite into.
