Great venue for hockey and concerts! There isn’t a bad seat in the arena and the an awesome place to catch a game or concert. The staff is super nice and I love the just walk out technology available in many convenience shops. They also have multiple self checkouts in certain areas to push people through quickly. Tons of different foods and some of my favorites or suggestions from friends are the Detroit style pizza, chicken place, and BBQ. The team store is fun to shop for something new and the staff everywhere is super helpful and nice. The arena itself is amazing. Everything is bright, shiny, and new! The seats are comfortable and the arena is just fun to wonder around before events. Highly recommend checking out if you get the chance!

Very nicely renovated and really easy and convenient to get there. Great atmosphere and beautiful arena. Staff was friendly and really organized even with such a big event on New Years Eve. The Mt. Baker entrance was really cool and the seats were pretty awesome. Unfortunately couldn’t get any pictures inside because phones weren’t allowed while watching the CHAPPELLE Show so they got locked in small pouches til the end of show. This was my first time since the renovation but definitely will be back.

First time on this venue and it was awesome. Went for a Stray Kids concert and even though I'm not the Stay (fan) of the family, I absolutely loved it. I also experienced an amazing act of kindness. Being vegan, my food options were very limited or non existent, however, in the burgers stand there was this person (wish I had gotten his name) who showed his most sincere desire to help me, and took the time to prepare, just for me, the closet thing to vegan he could prepare. Cleaned up the grill were he was going to cook my beyond burger, cleaned up all his tool, and made me the most delicious burger I could have asked for. Loved it, thank you!

Super basketball atmosphere... framework from the old arena intact. Comfortable seating and easy effortless entry. Good seats from all sides and levels. Concourse people friendly. Practical arena for it's usage in the perfect area in town. 'Seattle Center' (literally)

This was the first time I was able to visit Climate Pledge Arena-formerly Key Arena. It’s nice. Lots of food and beverage options and also Amazon store that makes purchases easy if you have Amazon account. Getting in and out was easy as well. Parking was not as easy as there are so many different ways. No more putting coins to feed the meter.

Bathrooms were surprisingly very clean and the stands and seats were nice and clean as well. Seems like it’s an incredibly thought out design where you’d have a great view from any angle. We definitely did from our seats! I felt safe knowing masks were enforced & vaccine cards were checked as well.

As far as stadiums/arenas go this one is really nice and for concerts the acoustics are decent. Very clean with a variety of food options (although any entree will set you back $15-16 easily). Attendee processing is very efficient and there are many helpful and friendly staff. Club section is great for viewing but the amenities inside don’t offer much that isn’t available in the general concourse. Pics show view of concert from sec 2 row Q. Alas the venue suffers from the classic women’s restroom backlog problem. We parked at the Gates Foundation and were able to leave with no delays.

Loved stars on ice!! Wow this place is pretty freaking amazing I just say they have done something with the place and I’m so happy they were able to make this place into wow place and that’s what they did!! I hope I can be back for other Events and they even caught us in the VIP section when we snuck in and they didn’t kick us out!! The staff was great and just sent us back to our seats thanks for a great Time

I went there for concerts, hockey games, and comedy acts. I have sat on many different levels except the suite level, and I can honestly say there isn't a bad seat! Ticket prices range for each game or show. The seats are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are lots of food options. I grew up attending the old Key Arena, and this place is definitely an upgrade. Pretty cool place. The bottom floor is a good place to roam around.

Awesome layout of arena. I used to see concerts here and the Sonics many years ago in the older arena. They kept the roof but changed everything to make it a modern gem. Nice clubs inside, food options, plant wall and seating very nice. Just saw my first NHL hockey game with the Kraken. And staff very friendly too. All around good experience. 👍

Saw a concert here and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound. We were in the 1st set of bleachers facing the stage and had a great view as well. The staff we interacted with were helpful, polite and professional. The prices are astronomical for anything, but that is to be expected. Also plenty of bathrooms available and only really had to wait in line after the concert.

It was my first time to The climate pledge arena and what a beautiful remodel or rebuild they did... We didn't win the game but I sure enjoyed the venue. If you haven't been there yet it is definitely worth visiting.

What a cool arena! The food was good, and the seats were comfy. The layout is easy once you get it. Bathrooms are clean. Staff was helpful. Had a great visit from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Can not wait to come back.

Really fun to watch hockey! Stepping into Climate Pledge Arena is akin to entering a realm of captivating entertainment. The arena's acoustics are superb, ensuring that every note, every roar of the crowd, and every electrifying moment resonates with crystal clarity. The sightlines are equally impressive, offering unobstructed views of the action from virtually every seat.

I went to watch the Dallas Stars vs Seattle Kraken last March. This is a very nice arena. It is one of the best ones I have been to for a hockey game. The seats were comfortable and I had a good view of the game even sitting up in the nose bleed section. I can't speak on the food or drinks as I didn't have anything, but the food definitively smelled great!

Best sports facility in Seattle hands down. Best food, best tech, best ambiance, best suites! I’ve been to concerts, sporting events and private parties here. If you can find a reason to celebrate something here, do it. They’ve done a phenomenal job bringing this venue back to life. Can’t wait to watch the Sonics play here again!!!

This stadium is one of my absolute favourites! It is very eco friendly and the food is delicious. The layout is a little confusing, but you can make your way through it if you try hard enough. It's very modern and advanced in a way that I feel could suit anybody. I went here to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and it was amazing! I highly recommend coming here.

I’m still going to call it Key Arena, but I absolutely love this stadium. They have a really done an outstanding job on the remake. It is definitely a venue to be proud of and I’ve seen two shows here that have had great sound. We also attended a Kraken game that was a ton of fun. I love the options for dining that include plant-based items and a lot of variety. The bathrooms are always clean and plentiful and there are places where you can fill up your water bottle. It is also really easy to get around.

I've been to 16 NHL arena's and this would have to be the nicest arena out there. Great culinary experience and a very large capacity that creates a powerful experience. Most importantly, the fans is what makes it welcoming and great. One note for outsiders is they only take plastic, no cash.

My husband and I came here to see Michael Bublé and we were totally blown away by how amazing the Climate Pledge Arena is. We had no idea what to expect aside from where our seats were. So, it was pretty cool walking up to see great views of the Space Needle, how the lighting and landscape compliments the exterior and how clean it was. Once inside we were engaged with the art and media that surrounds you from all directions- it was really an amazing experience. They really make everything accessible- there’s even a QR code that you can scan letting them know the hand soap needs to be refilled. I would highly recommend coming to this venue.

Never have I ever seen a location where we didn’t have to wait for the ladies’ room, or in a long line for a beer. Well done, $800 privately funded renovation team. Impossible burgers in Meat Free Monday for Paul McCarney “Got Back” tour too - we’ll played! Fantastic venue. Sounded great too.
