We
arrived
from
CPH
quite
early
in
the
morning
and
the
Front
Desk
staff
was
very
accommodating
allowing
us
to
place
our
bags
in
storage
until
we
could
check
in.
After
a
few
hours
of
wandering
around
Copenhagen--getting
the
lay
of
the
land--we
returned
and
they
allowed
us
an
early
check
in.
The
hotel
is
in
a
great
location
as
it's
close
to
a
lot
of
sites,
the
metro,
and
the
central
train
station
(about
a
10
minute
walk).
Breakfast
was
included
and
you're
not
going
to
go
hungry.
There
were
a
lot
of
choices
and
thankfully
a
lot
of
seating.
I
could
ding
the
hotel
on
the
traffic
jam
during
breakfast
time
at
the
lift
bay,
but
fast
thinking
staff
allowed
us
to
use
the
service
lifts.
There
is
a
gym,
if
you
want
to
work
out,
but
my
husband
took
advantage
with
the
location
by
the
lakes
to
get
his
morning
runs
in.
The
hotel
also
offers
laundry
service
(which
we
took
advantage
of),
but
it
was
really
pricey--it
was
worth
it
in
the
end,
though
since
we
didn't
have
lug
around
dirty
clothes.
If
you
need
forms
printed,
the
front
desk
was
fantastic
in
getting
that
done
for
us.
All
in
all,
we
were
very
happy
with
our
stay
here
and
would
stay
again.
I
only
wish
we
had
a
room
on
a
high
floor;
I'm
sure
the
views
are
to
die
for.
We
stayed
in
a
family
room
which
consisted
of
a
"bedroom"
&
"living
room"
(pull
out
sofa)
and
it
worked
great
for
our
needs.
