Very helpful staff, friendly servers. Their cocktails are nice but needs more variety. The food good.

Safe zone. Very clean. Spacious. Waitress was wonderful. The food was tasty. The drinks were lovely as well. Foods ordered: broccoli cheese soup, wicked chicken, sizzling chicken and shrimp (this can pitch up on you so you can get tiny burns. Don't keep it too close unless it's bearly simmering). Ultimate electric lemonade (mocktail) tasted nice, but didn't get any pineapples or lemon lime soda in it, like it said we would.

Placed an order online for collection at Price Plaza for Valentines Day dinner at home. My order confirmation said to pick up at 7.16pm. Got there around 6.30pm hoping it was ready earlier and saw about 25 people waiting by the door. They were all waiting for pick up orders with some people having placed their orders since 4pm. I stuck around and the number of people kept growing until I got a call around 7.40pm from TGI Fridays saying that my order may take another hour to be completed but they couldn't guarantee that. I wasn't going to be taking home dinner for my family at 9pm (hopefully) so I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They said the refund may take a day or two so I am hoping for the best. Extremely bad planning by Management. They were totally unprepared for one of the biggest nights for a restaurant. Kuddos to the staff there trying to deal with all these issues. Never lost their professionalism.

Really and truly it all depends on the waitress who can make your experience magnificent. The food is delicious, if you receive cold food it can be strikes off the bill. If the can allow you to leave with your drink would be a plus, they can add a simple charge for patrons to do so. Nonetheless I will give it a 4. To give them a 5 they need to expand on their menu.

I go there all the time for one thing: the beyond meat burger. But the service is so bad you have to go when you're not hungry. It always takes forever to get your meal and the staff is not attentive. Update: Went again today. Service still terrible. Food took long, fries and onion rings were cold and stale. The margaritas were good though

This is one of the better malls in Trinidad. I visited the food court after a very long time due to the coronavirus. The food Displays looked yummy. The food we bought was absolutely delicious and I now realize how much O missed the food court. I would definitely recommend this place unconditionally.

Always a 5 star experience at TGIs. Doesn't matter the location I go in Trinidad. However, my favourite TGI spot is around the Queens Park Savannah, POS...where they know me there like family, especially Latoya B! She is THE BEST WAITRESS everrrrrr!!!!!! Give that girl a raise. She understands the service industry and most of all me! Lol.....Great food, great times always at TGIs. Sooooooo many great memories

I love it here. I remember when they first opened with their eccentric decor. It’s lovely now. A nice vibe. Upbeat but still relaxing that you can chat with friends while enjoying the music and atmosphere. I like the food choices. Burgers, fries and shrimp, pasta … the brownie dessert is delicious and some good cocktails and a decent variety of mocktails.

Chaguanas TGI have since improved from the last time I visited. The waitress was pleasant and made some good menu recommendations!!!

Other than the impression that the kitchen may have been somwwhat understaffed at the time of our visit everything went well. Our server waa generally attentive and checked-in on us regularly and the hamburgers that most ordered were tasty and well prepared. From the eight around the table, however, two ordered pasta dishes Amand they were not as impressed as those who ordered the burgers. So if you are torn between ordering pasta and burgers it seems that the burger would be the winning choice. There are two plant based burgers available on the menu so vegetarians / vegans would also have sufficient options to choose from.

Great service and ambiance as we were seeking something classic/familiar. The food arrived quickly and the portions were huge. The only inconsistency with previous experiences was the electric lemonade that was offered during Restaurant week. Perhaps the ingredients used at the Price Plaza location were not of the same quality as Gulf City. The thing about non-alcoholic /virgin beverages is that people can really only focus on how it tastes and they look forward to it more. In alcoholic beverages it’s often whether it has enough alcohol or not in additional to flavour. So one might compensate for the other.

It was excellent. They were short staffed but the waitress came and apologized. She didn't have us sitting to long for us to get our order. Great service.

With the new covid-era menus they don't really let you know all available items. This compounded with the fact that we ordered an item from memory of a previous visit ended up with a significant extra charge as we were given an Ultimate version which cost a lot more. Otherwise it's tasty food, good portions and a reasonable ambiance.

Well!! Decided to stop for lunch as my daughter requested. We were seated, server cwme, drinks ordered, then we decided to order an appitizer. We waited about 20 mins when our potato skins arrived, which were stale tasting as though they were cooked in the microwave. We asked for condiments, what we got is in the picture, when we asked if thats it, the server came and said they are put of Gas!! How??? A restaurant has issues with cooking gas? We asked to speak to the manager, who eventually rectified. Presrige, do better!! You cannot have your staff and customers facing this

Was good a few years ago. The wings were good back then.. it's now over priced and don't taste the same. Usually the wings tast old and freezer laid... Also the idea of paying soo much for food that don't hit as it used to turns me away. The drinks are ok at times..

One of the best restaurants in T&T for great food and value for your money. They produce burgers, pastas, salads and appetizers with the freshest ingredients crafted into tasty and artistic dishes by world renound chefs. They even appeal to the locals with a complementary serving of hot sauce. They even sing for your birthday. The service is always great and I'm always pleased everytime I go there. Tipping is not mandatory but it's a good gesture. They are one of only a few restaurants to feature delectable vegan and vegetarian meals to capture that global rise of plant based eaters. Whether you're a local or just passing through the islands, you definitely need to stop by a TGIF.

Did a curb side pickup...and although the time to pickup on the email was an hour..food was ready before...however needed to call to find out...food was delicious though...kids and wife had burgers and a fish dish...i had the cajun Alfredo chicken and shrimp..all really cooked well. No condiments..so i guess you needed to ask..apart from that portion size was adequate..good job tgif

TGIF's service is horrible. You would think with Covid, they would improve their service but its been the opposite in my opinion after having dined in and ordered out on multiple occasions in the past 3 weeks. When I ordered my food (dining in) they brought the wrong meal. Thankfully I wasn't allergic to anything. But generally the food quality has dropped severely.

Customer service was the worse. No one cared to attend to those waiting on curbside pickup and dine in customers waiting for an hour without service. Too many options to settle for that type of service

I’d never thought tgi would disappoint me immeasurably. The fries were cold, the burger was absolutely bland to devour & it tasted like it was left out for a really long while. I couldn’t finish my meal. I would never return ever again.

I bought $199 special online, it was the absolute worst, it was both burnt and salty. Terrible! Zero stars.

I understand that they weren't well staffed because of the reality we are living. However, I frequent tgi and the experience was always more pleasant....but im now turned off as with my last experience Most of th staff was rude and the food was tasteless. From having to request utensils after our food was served to my drink being heedlessly placed on the edge of the table and the server just walking away with and attitude and without properly greeting the table.

Went for the first time for my birthday dinner.. although it's the pandemic..a very effective thing there is you choose your meals of their online menu which eliminates the touching. Loved the ambiance

So first time going anywhere after the lockdown. The restaurant was pretty empty. They followed protocol which was great. Loved how friendly and helpful the servers and everyone else was.
