Left here to go to Caremount. Huge mistake. From the wonderful staff at the front desk to my nurse and can't say enough about Dr. Lombardi. Haven't had routine work in a long time and I get overwhelmed quick and frustrated. Not here. They guide you through the steps you need to do. And they refer you to places that are like them. Pleasant and helpful places. So glad I came back here.

First time there, wonderful experience. From check in to leaving. Seems to be run by women, they were all very pleasant & helpful. I highly recommend.

HORRIBLE place. do not come here. made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, pregnant at 15 weeks and decided to look for an ob for co-care with my midwife. drove an hour just for the front desk to tell me because I made my appointment online, their system did not confirm my appointment with them and my doctor was actually out that day. I receive a text message the day before asking to confirm I would be there. put the blame on ME for using THEIR online portal. wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy.

Just moved to the area and my first appointment and I already hate this practice. They will not allow the father of my child come in. He has every right to know everything with this appointment regarding our child. The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude and the people here scream and yell. They wait forever to bring you in and let people who checked way after you in first. This place is terrible I do not recommend coming here.

I recommend going anywhere else😂 I scheduled an appointment, called back a few days later to see if there was an earlier time, she said my appointment was triple booked and needed to reschedule me for 2 weeks later, I dealt with it, 2 weeks later, I show up (16w+5d pregnant mind you, with complications) they say sit in the waiting room wait an hour I ask if I still have an appointment and I’m no longer in the system and need to schedule an appointment. I told them no and now I’m on the hunt for a doctor who cares. At 17 weeks pregnant, knowing there’s complications and possibly genetic defects I don’t think that should happen. But whatever. Everyone I talk to has nothing but NEGATIVE to say about this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND. while I was waiting everyone there was waiting at least 30+ minutes before me. Not somewhere I wanna go.

Went to make a appointment and I was told they have no idea when I’d be able to be seen could be a month or 2 or 3. Don’t waste your time here go somewhere else idk how their doors are open no wonder they can’t keep a doctor. It’s always been bad being a patient but how do you not have a idea when someone could get a appointment that’s what you get paid to do

I normally don’t deal with this office , but GYN I see is based out of this office and is only occasionally in Poughkeepsie. They have made 2 telemed visits for me and have been late to both my appointment was today at 3:15 and yet I still don’t have a link at 4:05 . I called because I have to take my lunch to do this video call and they act like their time is more valuable than the patients. And I have to have this appointment because it’s my follow up after my surgery . I would not recommend them and now that I have insurance I will be looking for a new GYN and PCP .

I am a new patient and a month ago I requested an Appointment and by mistake they gave it to me for Thanksgiving Day. They sent me two messages confirming the Appointment for November 23-2024. I call to verify and they say they are very sorry but that the system made a mistake. and I have to wait several weeks for the next appointment and I'm dying of pain in my back! I give them 0 stars! that is unacceptable! :(

Completely racially profiled my mom. customer service is horrible. People like that shouldn’t be allowed to work.
